“Susy did an amazing job on my mom’s birthday cake. She was able to create an exact replica of the
reference photo that I gave her. The cake was also so good and moist and everyone at the party loved it. There was a little hiccup on our end where one of the letters got damaged in transport and Susy was able to replace it last minute before the party started. Overall a great experience and I would use her again if I need a cake in Long Beach.“

“Stopped in with my boys and though we generally have good customer service at most Cold Stones with a couple of exceptions a while back at the Garden Grove location on Chapman, Stephanie provided outstanding customer service from the minute we walked in until the minute we walked out. It wasn't a surprise to find out that she was part of the management team when I asked. Seems that you provide a great example to your teammates.“

They have always had delicious Mexican bread, pastries, and cakes...now they have added tamales (if you're lucky enough to get them). Great for a quick trip when you need milk or eggs, but you get to treat yourself too.“

“Stopped by Cold Stone Creamery to try their Lemon Cake Batter ice cream - Was sick with the flu for almost 3 weeks and I missed my birthday - So as a treat for myself I the Lemon Cake Batter ice cream mixed with Strawberries as a shake - It's exactly what I was hoping for - A lil tangy and a lil sweet from strawberries - made it the perfect shake - And of course topped with some whipped cream - I highly recommend this flavor - It's only available for a limited time... 😋🫶🏻“

“Haven’t had Cold Stone in a while. Got the Strawberry Blonde in the largest size (about 12oz) and was surprised it’s now $12.79, almost the price of a lunch! (I usually stick to grocery-store Häagen-Dazs when it’s on sale.)

The Strawberry Blonde is super rich and delicious, more than enough to satisfy my ice cream cravings. The largest size is definitely big enough to share between 2–3 people, and for an occasional treat, it’s actually pretty great.”

“Customer service is great, they take their time into making your ice cream full! If you come between 4:30-6 pm and 7:30-9:30 pm expect it to be super busy! There’s free genuine bibles and sometimes they add more ice cream for your buck! If ordering a cake they have it ready right on the exact date and time, so don’t come early unless you called and rescheduled! The workers are young, some new and some first day so give grace as they may not know the whole menu yet.“

“I’ve never had any rude interactions with these employees but you also have to understand that they also have a life so coming in with 5 minutes till closing with all your family members trying to figure out what they want puts them in overtime and me as a business man can’t afford to pay out that much O/T because you decided to wait to the very last moment . I was greeted with such awesome energy it made me feel good and made me feel like it was ok for me to have this late craving lol. I always pick out 2 or 3 toppings for my ice cream and have the worker surprise me by picking 1 just to give my taste buds something different. I have yet to be disappointed.
