I feel bad I didn't ask her name but I was just there not even 10 minutes ago (4:52 pm Saturday 8/8/26) & she had blonde hair! Seriously great worker & location, will be back 🙌✨“

“Who was amazing, my drink was amazing too, I got a manager’s wrap and a Matcha with Oreo bits. They have tons of pastries and tons of drinks, and a pretty good food menu, there’s tons of space for like small groups, and you’re able to order to go.“

“Stopped in with my boys and though we generally have good customer service at most Cold Stones with a couple of exceptions a while back at the Garden Grove location on Chapman, Stephanie provided outstanding customer service from the minute we walked in until the minute we walked out. It wasn't a surprise to find out that she was part of the management team when I asked. Seems that you provide a great example to your teammates.“

“I love buying custom cakes frm Maggy. She is always very detailed, easy to talk to and makes the best cakes. Everyone loves them,she did my daughters birthday cake and I called her last minute. She went beyond my expectations for sure. She made another amazing cake which was yellow cake with Chocolate Ganache. As you can see we have enjoyed the cake. “Customer service is great, they take their time into making your ice cream full! If you come between 4:30-6 pm and 7:30-9:30 pm expect it to be super busy! There’s free genuine bibles and sometimes they add more ice cream for your buck! If ordering a cake they have it ready right on the exact date and time, so don’t come early unless you called and rescheduled! The workers are young, some new and some first day so give grace as they may not know the whole menu yet.“

“I have been going to this bakery for many years...about 30 years but not sure if it's the same family. They have always had delicious Mexican bread, pastries, and cakes...now they have added tamales (if you're lucky enough to get them). Great for a quick trip when you need milk or eggs, but you get to treat yourself too.“

“Ice cream for Dessert tonight after dinner!! 😋 this has got to be my favorite ice cream place hands down. I always get the same thing, the sweet cream ice cream with the yellow pound cake, roasted almonds and marshmallows 🤩 this has been my go to since cold stone first began 😋 I dare you to try it. It's especially good if the marshmallow is in sauce form. The workers here are super sweet too.“

“Haven’t had Cold Stone in a while. Got the Strawberry Blonde in the largest size (about 12oz) and was surprised it’s now $12.79, almost the price of a lunch! (I usually stick to grocery-store Häagen-Dazs when it’s on sale.)
The Strawberry Blonde is super rich and delicious, more than enough to satisfy my ice cream cravings. The largest size is definitely big enough to share between 2–3 people, and for an occasional treat, it’s actually pretty great.”

“Got the white chocolate raspberry. Asked the worker what she recommended - she recommended brownie which was a very controversial suggestion apparently. 10/10 delicious.
Both workers were quick, efficient, and fun. Solid experience. Get the white chocolate raspberry with, no matter the reaction from the employee is.“
