“Been in the area for work a few times in the last couple months. I found this place on my first trip out here and couldn’t have stumbled upon a better place. They don’t have a kitchen, but you can find some of the best food trucks parked outside the front door regularly. A great place to watch sports and hang out where the locals do. From the owner to Jessica behind the bar, you’ll feel right at home.“

“Our band, Drini & the Bad Kats Band, played at the venue for the first time last night. The entire staff, patrons and owner were great. Our friends loved the venue as well. “I am from Detroit, and work in the bay area 2 weeks a month. I consider myself a dive bar aficionado. First visit here was in July, met George and a few regulars and fell in love immediately.
George treated me like I have been coming for years. Helped me find local spots to have great food and even helps me find Punk Rock shows to see when I am town. Chris's New Harbor is now my home away from Home.
Ask George to make you a Dolly Shot, they are Money 😀.
Fridays are Food Truck Day, different food truck ea. Friday. I had Jerk Salmon last time I was here on a Friday and it was excellent.

“We had an incredible experience at wunderbar last night. Firstly, we didn’t have a reservation and despite being fully booked they accommodated us which was incredibly kind!

Next, enough good things can’t be said about this hidden whimsical speakeasy.. magical vibes, delicious concoctions and a cozy ambience, very creative menu both design, concept and combinations..

A cool thing about their menu is that they have a light/dark magic theme.. the light magic is the classic cocktail for example an Old fashion, the dark magic is Wunderbar’s take on the classic cocktail in this case it was Poison apple this month.. fabulous idea.. because sometime you just want your regular with a twist! They also have a nice selection of White magic Non alcoholic cocktails..

They were originally going to fit us in for just 20 mins but we ended up staying over an hour and had 4 cocktails. 1 was a special cocktail for the night which was a pandan flavored whiskey.. a tiki drink, the dreamcatcher and the poison apple.. highly recommend all four..

“Can I give it 10 stars for atmosphere? Maybe 1 or 2 for food, but that makes it even at 5 stars. It's a historic dive bar that has character from its many years of pouring drinks. It's the absolute opposite of many of the bars/restaurants just down the road. Those are nice too, but cannot keep up with the character at Pioneer...“

Well let me tell you about Newell's.. The bartender was fabulous! She wasn't even sure what a certain drink was but she more than nailed it! It was right on! My Cadillac margarita was potent! I managed to wobble out of there to my next destination.. but barely! They do not serve food but our sweet bartender brought popcorn in order to save me embarrassment! It was a fun experience and I think I may have to return!“

The regulars here make it feel like home, even to someone who just arrived from the airport. The gourmet food options include Lays, Fritos, Cheetos and Cheez-Its. We got some inside knowledge about the town as we are from Oregon. The drinks were perfect and the food was top notch! “Gemelos Cantina & Sports Bar is new and next door to their restaurant in Redwood City. Place your order for food at the restaurant and they bring it over to you on the bar side. Nice atmosphere with plenty of TV screens, a pool table and a group of couch seating inside. Outside there is a patio in the back with heaters.“

“This place is basically a food court for the tech crowd. I like that they offer a wide variety of food, and ordering through the self-service tablet kiosks is quick and convenient. The portions are also quite generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry.
That said, don't expect it to be a place where you can linger for hours or let your kids run around and play. It's more of a grab-a-meal-and-go kind of spot.
We ordered the burgers and the pasta. The smash burger was the highlight—juicy, flavorful, and you could actually taste the wagyu in the beef. The fries were decent but nothing particularly memorable.
The pasta was a pleasant surprise. The sauce was rich and well-balanced, and the cheese was perfectly incorporated. Everything came together really well, making it one of the standout dishes of the meal.“

Was irresistible and incredibly tender. My Father had their prime rib with mash potatoes. Took the leftovers home. I would definitely go back ! “Rolled into town on a Wednesday, looking to book a late night party on the upcoming Saturday. Monica behind the bar grabbed the owner Malhi from next door. They were both super helpful and made it easy. Had a great time with good drinks. Even pumped our own music through their sound system. Nice looking place with chill vibe.“

“Had a wonderful, fresh breakfast and a nice dinner at the restaurant in The Westin in Palo Alto. The breakfast I chose was the bar which included eggs, bacon, potatoes, and French toast. Cereal, coffee, OJ, and toast was available as well a 8 varieties of fruit.For dinner, I started with the cheese plate and finished with the Soleil Burger with Gilroy fries. Long Islands were outstanding. The cheese plate was excellent and served with toast. The burger was cooked to perfection with bacon and cheddar.“

“Hey, I found this place last night when I was staying at the Westin Marriott across the street. The Korean BBQ pork tacos and mac and cheese were awesome! The tacos had this amazing sauce that really highlighted the Korean flavors, but it wasn't too spicy. And the mac and cheese? Perfect amount of cheese.“
