“We had an incredible Valentine's Day dinner at La Costanera in Half Moon Bay. The fixed menu was thoughtfully curated, and every dish was delicious — the oxtail entrée was absolutely amazing and a standout of the evening. The atmosphere was romantic and elegant, making it the perfect setting for a special night. Our dining consultant, Veronica, truly made the experience exceptional. When we noticed that each table had been given a rose but ours was missing, she kindly explained that the hostess should have provided one and personally went downstairs to get one for us. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism made us feel genuinely cared for. Veronica is easily one of the best servers we've had in a long time. We can't wait to return!“

“Solidly delicious! The prime rib was great. The Yorkshire pudding and crème brûlée were also standout highlights. In my opinion, it’s not quite on the same level as House of Prime Rib, but it comes pretty close — and it’s way easier to snag a reservation.“

“My first time experience here was amazing, my husband took us here on Valentine's Day and I was very impressed. I love how romantic and the vibe here was great! They had a DJ playing all the great old school hip hop. Their fixed course meal was amazing, more food than I expected, the servers were great even it was a busy night we still got checked on and if we edge doing fine, which is totally a big deal when it comes to customer service for me. The cheese & charcuterie was good and served with ham and carmelized onions which were yummy. The “aged Gouda” was actually smoked Gouda. I suggest they dim the lights further than they were dimmed on 16 Feb, 2025.“

“Great local sports bar for casual drinking where you can count on some cheap drinks and kind of loud music. I’ve been for multiple occasions, including a large birthday party and karaoke nights. It can be crowded to a point of not having available tables or bar space. Service is usually decent, but sometimes when they’re overwhelmed, they will deny making certain drinks. They have a signature spiked lemonade that is pretty good. There’s a pool table and a few barely working arcade machines. I always go when looking for a cheap bar that’s open in the downtown area.“

“A group (6) of us went to celebrate a friends retirement and it was the first time for all of us at Amara. We wanted to to try a variety of dishes since they all sounded so good! James was our waiter, he was amazing and helped us come up with a selection that that was a mix of their Mezzes, Share Plates and Large plates. Their pita bread was to die for, it was so delicious and it helped us sop up every last bit of the sauces from each dish. James also made a suggestion of an off menu Cabbage ( shared plate) that hands down we all loved. The Branzino , the raviolis, Broccoli, egg plant and Muhammara all were delicious with wonderful flavors!! And like I said earlier James was an amazing waiter and contributed to our wonderful meal. I definitely plan on going back 😋“

“I was staying in this Hilton and wasn't too hungry, but decided to get something from this restaurant. I sat at the bar and was helped by the bartender as soon as he was done with another customer. I ended up having a burger with sweet potato fries and they were both great. Of course the burger wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was much better than most restaurants, the sweet potato fries were perfectly done.

I read some of the reviews of this restaurant, a couple of them were for different places in the hotel, they're not open for breakfast and they don't carry packaged goods.

Some reviewers didn't like the pricing. It's not inexpensive, but I think it was priced right. The burger and fries were $22. McDonald's and Carl's Jr. are around $15-18 these days, $22 is a good deal for a great food in a nice hotel in one of the most expensive cities in the world. I had a cocktail, $16, this is the same that I pay at an average bar these days.

I thought that overall, the place was very clean and werll laid out, and the staff were all very professional. This is an area where people can get offended because you used the wrong hand to open a door, they're crazy, so to be able to find attentive, courteous, and professional employees, is amazing.

I will be staying here again, and I'll probably eat at Fire|Vine again.“

“Our family enjoys eating at Naked Fish in Millbrae. Their sushi rolls and bento boxes are always delicious. There are many options to choose from between the menu and their daily specials. Their food is presented well and amply portioned. Their service is consistently good and the servers are attentive. Whether we eat a late lunch or dinner with family and friends, we always leave this place full and content.My only criticism of this place is the location. Because the gym is directly above it, more specifically, the weight room, you can hear the weights dropping on the floor on certain occasions and it’s distracting. However, because we enjoy eating here more than anything else, we tolerate the noise on the few instances it’s happened.There is ample parking around, both on the street and in the parking lot next to it.Overall, I recommend you try this restaurant if you’re in the neighborhood.“

“We had one of the best experiences last night. Tim our waiter was one of the best we have had. He was able to find Sprite Zero for my wife's drink. He also delivered a warm chocolate chip cookie with a small scoop of ice cream for my wife even though it wasn't in the menu. His ability to go above the call of duty and not just say no I can't get that for you was so amazing it had to make sure it is recognized. Exceptional service needs to be acknowledge and rewarded. Thanks again Tim for making our night! Oh yeah by the way the food was very good too!��“

“Update: I had breakfest yesterday and today. I had privilege to have been attended Murcial and was such a delight with his energy. We started speaking in Spanish and had a great talk. His energy is far from few. You don't get to experience these special moments where you connect with someone on a deeper level. He explained how a smile can really change someones how look and experience. Please PLEASE give Murcial a shoutout. That's a genuine customer service experience.

This is a nice restaurant within the Hyatt Regency Hotel. It's right dead center of the place. The atmosphere is unique to the hotel. The wait for the food was decent. The hostesses were really nice. I had a flat Pepsi and they switched it out for me. Even the other waitress went and grabbed me a Starry versus a Sprite. She went out of her way to do that meant a lot. The other server was already on her way to deliver me a new drink. I felt spoiled having both bring me drinks. I didn't need a refill at that point. I felt welcomed for sure! When I first was sat down, the waiter who sat me sparked up a conversation and complimented my hat that I got from the RSAC event. It's nice to have a solo dinner and to be greeted a special wait. It ties in the whole experience. I ordered a well done cheese burger and it was great! Kudos to the staff!“
