“The location of this resto might be off for those who are not local but its been there for a while.
The inside of the restaurant is like Encanto the Disney come to life. A very Mexican vibe.
The food is ok and the unlimited chips and salsa is always a good thing.
The frozen Margarita though is like a smoothie that made me really full.
Price is reasonable and the resto has been a staple so you can't go wrong.“

“I celebrated my birthday today in this delicious restaurant. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a outstanding evening and the venue was undoubtedly the reason for that successful gathering. “The imagineering in this bar is amazing. So many details put in to make this one of the best immersive experiences. The drinks are also expertly crafted. We initially sat downstairs because we liked the energy coming from the bartenders and ample places to sit. But we did move to the upper level to take in more of the details. We’ll need to return several more times to enjoy more of the drinks we wanted to try. Super bummed that there were no mugs available. Next time!“

“I was really blown away by the quality of the food, everything was perfection. The staff were super warm and friendly and provided great service. It’s such a cute cozy spot and it was perfect for date night. Also I appreciated that the bartender had a heavy hand with the wine pour. Will definitely be back!“

“This was a lovely last minute date spot before a movie! We were able to get seating right away, and the service was spectacular. We ordered two of the pasta dishes and a glass of wine - all of it exceeded our expectations, and we were disappointed to have to rush out of there so quickly to catch the movie. It also seems like a great spot to go with a group - plenty of seating and no wait. The owner was lovely, we look forward to going back soon to explore more of their wine menu!“

“If you are in the know, Black Horse London Deli is the smallest coolest bar in SF and around the world possibly. The King, James has run this place for a couple of decades, it is the most unique bar spot in SF, fits only 2 handfuls of dedicated patrons, a special brand of humans indeed, the service is unsurpassed. After shelter in place, James turned it into a gourmet sandwich and hot dog kitchen, this King knows how to cook as well. So all you peeps who uses Postmates, grubhub etc. This place rocks and the food he serves is just super delicious, end of story“

“Awesome neighborhood bar spot to watch sports or just hang out with friends. Everyone is pretty nice and the staff is always on point. Prices are probably one of the most reasonable you will find in SF. You can get yourself a bucket of beers and play pool, darts or shuffle board. “I am reluctantly writing this review, and I will tell you why—Lost Resort is so delicious, I don’t want anyone to know. But that isn’t fair to this gem of a spot, so I will tell about my brunch review.
Food is A+. Delicious, fresh, creative, and just as yummy as you could want. Cocktails are right on point, curated to your delight. The service is great, at your leisure, friendly, and kind. The space is awesome, indoor/outdoor, and dog friendly (a must have for me). This is a wonderful spot for a party of 2 or 12. A hidden gem that you will be glad to have found. Beyond delish!“

“I have to say this place is a lot better than it probably needs to be. Really spacious and fun place for pre-theater, symphony, opera or ballet dining. They also have a late night happy hour for after the show drinks or dining. Nice touch!“

“I love a good Irish / neighborhood bar. It's more upmarket than other Irish bars in SF given the neighborhood. The beers are on point, and the tv's will certainly grab your attention if you come here alone. Friendly bartenders and the place is filled with locals.“

“Last night my friends had a table at a nearby (not to be named) bar that would not let me bring my backpack in.

So I go to bamboo hut and ask if they’ll hold it.

They at first say no (I don’t blame them, I wasn’t buying anything and it was a busy Friday night)

Out of desperation I offered to pay them $100 to hold it

The woman goes to talk to the manager / owner, who comes up and says they’ll hold it.

Then they refused my money. Both of them.

It was a kind, simple interaction that really made the night of a stranger (me).

“We stopped in here for a few hours while visiting San Francisco a little over a week ago, and we were so glad we did! We found out about the place by talking to a local bartender that we met at another bar, and she highly recommended it. It's like a Dave & Buster's just for adults, filled with all of your favorite classic arcade games and lots of great music. You can purchase a playing card and load it with points to use for playing games, much like Dave & Buster's. The bartenders were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. There is an excellent drink selection and a good selection of food as well.

There are tons of game options on the first and second floor, and the second floor also has lots of fun backdrops and scenery for photo opportunities. It's very "Instagrammable" if you will, lol. We got there around 5pm on a Thursday afternoon and it wasn't too crowded when we got there, but it got busier around 8:30 or 9pm. There was a DJ that started playing around 9pm or so, and he played an excellent combo of 90s, 2000s, and today's hits.

Definitely coming back next time I'm in SF!“

“My husband Pat and I (kim) always look forward to our visits to Marina Lounge. Bartender Peter greets us like great friends! Patrons are always friendly. We enjoy our conversations with the clientele. As visitors from Sonora they offer great places to enjoy meals and there are many delightful places in neighborhood serving a variety of steak, Asian, Peruvian, burgers etc. Never disappointed. “My experience here at Bar TZA was amazing. The customer service was great from the start, got greeted by the owner himself. The drinks were so good and the amount of alcohol they put is not overpowering. The watermelon margarita (chefs kiss). The food we ordered the sliders, the tacos dorados and THE WINGS, BOMB!!!!! Later on during the night they opened the dance floor the music was great. (I forgot my phone at home and I was having so much fun that I even forgot about my phone) so overall experience was great.. if you’re looking for something casual good food drinks and music. “I've had the good fortune of experiencing The Napper Tandy both as a patron as well as a music performer. As a patron, I can tell you that the food here is the BEST pub food you will ever find (I particularly recommend the reuben - the best I've ever had, hands down!)! As a performer, the staff as well as the crowd have always been extremely friendly, accommodating, and inviting. There's just something about the vibe of this place that seems to make people happy! The managers, Marissa and Nicola, are are absolute gems of human beings and their staff reflect their personal awesomeness! I'm looking forward to my next meal as well as my next show at The Napper Tandy. Hope to see ya there!“

“omg the food and drinks -- this Foodie has visited 4 times so far... (yes, it's that good) Small menu but super tasty! Stand outs include Treasury Pigs in Blanket, Ahi Tuna Poke, Chicken sandwich, The Burger, and that Fish sandwich!! (fantastic). Admittedly suprised at the tab after 3 rounds of libations (sooo good) -- but the drinks were strong and worthy. Love the chill vibe. Beautiful space, comfy lounge seating. Perfect for FiDi in the historic SF Treasury Building (check out the tin ceiling.) Highly recommend!“

“Beautiful and yummy neighborhood spot. Their cocktail called Dímelo is my absolute favorite. Smooth with the perfect balance of sweet & sour, plus a delicious kick. Service is always friendly and welcoming. Both the chic inside and the sidewalk patio have a nice variety of cozy seating options (booths, tables, window-side high-tops, etc.). Every dish I've ever tried here has been delicious as well. My tops: The meatloaf with a side of super creamy mashed potatoes + seasoned broccolini, and their very unique veggie burger (made of chickpeas, with such a wonderfully crispy crunch to it). I crave their veggie burger, meatloaf, and Dímelo cocktail quite frequently—they're that good!! I also love coming here for drinks while we wait for a table to open up at Saru just down the street. (Saru is waitlist only, no reservations, and the wait can sometimes be around an hour.) Perfect night out if you're looking for uniquely delicious food & drinks in a calm, unpretentiously elegant and romantic setting. Great for groups, couples, friends, and family alike.“
