“Gemelos Cantina & Sports Bar is new and next door to their restaurant in Redwood City. Place your order for food at the restaurant and they bring it over to you on the bar side. Nice atmosphere with plenty of TV screens, a pool table and a group of couch seating inside. Outside there is a patio in the back with heaters.“

“It's a good old fashioned pub. Nothing fancy, just a nice comfortable place to have a drink and make a friend. There is a large outside area where you can smoke and have a drink, which is hard to find. It's my go to place after a hard days work. The service is the best !!“

“Great food. My favorite is their wagyu garlic fried rice ($27). The rice is well seasoned and their steak is tender. Overall a very savory and delicious dish.

Note: The dishes are pricey and their portions are small. But each dish is quality.

Their service can be slow. We’ve gone a few times and although we get seated and order quickly, the food can take a bit to arrive.

The restaurant feels like a cozy Japanese restaurant and they also have outdoor seating.

Overall they’re definitely on the pricier side and have small portions but each is dish is well made. It’s nice to have a quality Japanese restaurant in Redwood City“
