“Not regarding the food but I’ve been here before and I came in person today because online it said that it was open on Tuesday but when I arrived in person, the sign said it was closed. I’m disappointed because I drove so far and was craving hotpot.“

“Hidden gem alert near USC! 🔥 $17.99 for a personal hot pot that’s actually huge. Tried the Signature Beef and Tomato Beef pots, both packed with meat and veggies—comes with rice AND glass noodles, so you’ll definitely leave full.
The skeletons are so good, especially the cumin lamb and charred cabbage. Crispy wings were a hit with the kids too.
Bonus: free parking, chill vibe with fun decor (shoutout to the 3-Body Problem fans!). Total win for students, families, and anyone craving affordable, flavorful Chinese food in DTLA.“

“Both employees were nice and patient, surprised there were only two workers though, they had to do a lot. The food was good, they explained that the creamy spicy base wasn’t really spicy, which I picked, and I liked it! The meat was good, decent atmosphere, not loud, no smoke from the cooking in your face as well, which I was surprised about because that normally happens in some shabu shabu restaurants.“

“If you’re looking for a dry hot pot place, you should check this place out. It’s very tasty, and I’ve been coming back many times. They also close very late, so you can get late-night snacks here to go. Valet parking only for $5 within 1 hour.“

“First of all, coming from a Chinese person - extremely good food, the ultimate male spot for you. secondly, to the person with literally a Chinese last name that left a whole review calling this “Korean” comfort food - this is Chinese and you being Chinese but going around saying that and not even know this is your own people’s food is so baffling to me and this is how we get our food and culture taken. The reason why the have Korean language in store is because Malatang had gotten very popular in Korea and this store IS in Ktown, maybe do some research before posting an AI rewrite of an review here and act like a google influencer 💀“

“Definitely my top 5 favorite restaurant in Ktown!! The food is so good, probably because the selections here are always so fresh and so clean. It’s always a pleasant experience to dine in here. The people working here are also very kind and helpful.
Btw, if it matters to you, they have THE cleanest restroom I have ever seen in Ktown.“

“I ordered the SP D Combo with army stew, spicy chicken feet, corn cheese, and seaweed rice ball — everything was delicious! The flavors were rich and well-balanced. The spicy chicken feet at level 1 were just the right amount of heat for me — super flavorful without being overwhelming. Definitely a great spot for Korean comfort food. Highly recommend for late night meal.“

“Their food is so good I've been coming here since I was a kid now I get to bring my children. Some items when you order you wait for them to be made fresh and the wait time isn't bad. The Boba teas are good my daughter loves the Taro flavor. It's affordable and they provide a generous amount of food.“

“This place is absolutely delicious. The food is fresh and tasty. The fried rice is tasty and so is the orange chicken, which is soft and tender. Noodles were a little little oily but that's okay because they are super tasty. My lady and I really enjoyed our dinner. Thank you!“

“As soon as we walked into the restaurant, we knew we were in for a treat. The ambience and decor were amazing; super chic with little surprises here and there. The food was delicious! We had the sushi; a mix of rolls and nigiri. The hamachi tostada is a MUST. Portions were a little on the smaller side but that just meant we were able to try more from the menu. Also don't sleep on the seasonal drinks! Overall, loved our experience and will definitely be going back!“

“I’ve eaten here about 5 times now and easily is one of my favorite places to eat in LA! They offer all you can eat shabu for affordable prices in comparison to many other places, it’s about $28 a person but the selections are good and completely satisying, and even include sushi. The veggie/buffet bar also has delicious things, plus tasty sauces to go with your food. If you ever go do not fail to get the tom yum broth and sukiyaki sauce for your meats! It is insanely delicious and flavorful. Atmosphere is quiet and relaxing too :) Thank you Shabushi for the great service and eats!“

“Mr. Rice is my favorite restaurant in Westwood! The service is so friendly and sweet (they’re a mom and pop shop). The shop itself is cozy and food comes out fast. The soup is hearty and flavorful with a generous serving size. My favorites are the double chilli beef and the kimchi beef soup mixian.“

“Their wagyu beef is so delicious! I cannot believe how soft they are and flavor is unbelievable. My recommendation is sukiyaki, but shabu shabu is good for variety.“
