“We stopped by IHOP for a late-night dinner and were greeted promptly with no wait time—seated right away, which was a great start. Our server, Rosario, was very friendly and gave us a few minutes to look over the menu before taking our drink orders.

Our family ordered breakfast items, including omelets and the Split Decision plates. My wife’s Build Your Own Omelet came out missing a couple of ingredients, but impressively, the kitchen and Rosario caught the mistake before we even had a chance to say anything and fixed it right away.

I did end up grabbing condiments myself after asking, but Rosario appeared to be the only server managing five other tables and handling to-go orders—so it’s understandable. She definitely deserves some extra support, but she stayed friendly and professional throughout.

All around, it was a great meal with good service. We'd definitely come back again.“

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Breakfast Factory in the Brea Mall food court, and let me tell you, it was a very tasty experience! While they offer some mouthwatering breakfast burritos that caught my eye, I decided to try their smash burger menu this time.

I went for the double cheeseburger smash burger combo, which came with a generous portion of crispy fries and a drink that had free refills—always a plus! The burger was a true standout, featuring their house sauce that reminded me of a delicious Thousand Island dressing, along with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Every bite was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection.

I was thoroughly impressed and can’t wait to go back and try their breakfast offerings and other menu items. If you’re in the area and looking for a satisfying meal, The Breakfast Factory is definitely worth a visit! Five stars all the way!“

“Best Brunch ever! Light and crispy waffles with perfectly seasoned chicken. The salad was bright and acidic and the fruit was extremely fresh. Also, the counter service helps the food get there quicker than a diner, and it removes the need to tip a waiter.“

At first it was fine, just like ducks and chipmunks, but then i started seeing mice? It just kinda weirded me out, but then we saw a tiger and a bear?! Helen was quick on delivery, she was willing to work with us to add variation to the lunches and her prices could not be beat. The employees we were training highly complimented all the food. Sometimes service can be a little slow and there's a lady using her cell phone to put on makeup at least half the time I'm in here. The tortilla almost seems homemade. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful. The orange juice is freshly squeezed and delicious. Came down from the bay area to try them out. Going back for more. **Update, they open early, so if you are going to Disney, then this place is right down the street, just map it. Always great soft moist donuts. Vietnamese coffee, great and you can ask for it even stronger. Ask for the secret sauce. Low quantities of donuts at 11:00 am.“

“The inside of the restaurant is long and narrow, and there is a motel right next to it, so it was very crowded and there were many people waiting in line. It was full at 9am, maybe because the store was small? The downside was that it was very noisy.

We stopped by the IHOP near Disneyland and it was exactly what we needed , classic comfort food, quick service, and generous portions. It gets pretty busy (especially in the mornings), but the staff handled the crowd well and we were seated faster than expected.

The pancakes were fluffy and delicious as always, and the omelettes were huge and satisfying. Prices are slightly higher than a regular IHOP, likely due to the location, but still reasonable compared to theme park food.

Perfect place to fuel up before heading into the parks, or to recover after a long day of walking.“

I ordered my hash browns almost burnt, with the iced coffee which I got to go because it was so good. We all spit out tickets across the table which is more complicated! They had to push together 3/4 tables for us. Great service and food. I would love to come back to this IHOP during our next vacation!“
