“I’ve been living overseas for so long, after arriving at Burbank airport, this was an absolute must since no where else but SoCal can you get a San Diego style carne asada burrito and California Burrito (fries, carne asada, cheese, pico de gallo, and sour cream.

“I came into Carl's Jr. around 3:30am for some breakfast on my way to work. I ordered a Western Bacon Cheeseburger combo, which is my favorite burger from this restaurant. The customer service from Miguel was really great, especially considering how early it was. The order took no more than 5 minutes, and I was on my way. The burger was delicious as always, and the fries were freshly made. I will definitely be coming here more often on my way to work.“

“We found this place today and were so happy we did. The food was excellent and owner was so nice. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast burritos which were big and flavorful without being greasy or heavy feeling. The breakfast pizza was a 10/10 and the dough was spectacular. Great service that was super efficient and fast which was super helpful since we had a flight to catch. It's a very convenient location right next to the burbank airport (3-5min walk door to door to the ticketing area) so we got a quick bite to eat before the flight, instead of getting charged for overpriced airport food. Overall: very filling/tasty food, solid friendly service, and super convenient location.“

“After a really disappointing experience at the Studio City Jersey Mike’s, I drove 12 minutes to this location on Hollywood Way in Burbank—and let me tell you, it was like night and day.

The staff here were welcoming, professional, and on point. They greeted me with smiles, actually listened to my order, and made the sandwich with care (and the right portion size!). The place was clean, the energy was great, and it honestly restored my faith in the Jersey Mike’s brand.

I’m from Point Pleasant, New Jersey—where Jersey Mike’s was born. So yeah, I take this brand personally. It’s a taste of home for me. And this location? It got it right. Big shoutout to the team here for doing things the Jersey Mike’s way. I’ll be coming back to this one from now on.“

I noted an uncommon allergy on my order customization, and not only did they keep the ingredient out of my sub as requested, he noted he wiped the counter and changed his gloves to minimize cross-contamination as much as he could.
