“This is hands down the best vegetarian pizza I’ve ever had. Yes Pizza my Heart is great but Village Host has bubbly crunchy crust and the pieces are weighed down and soggy like PMH. The bottom is still hard holding up the Vege covered pizza! I’m obsessed w them. Little pricey but worth it as a treat. Cheese is great too! Always polite and cool people working too. More people need to know about them!“

Full of flavor and I got it with bacon. It had fresh onion and tomatoes and potatoes. It was a bit on the small side but definitely delicious, will definitely be going back to try more“

I have not been to Japan, but my companion has. Our meal was competitive on flavor and quality, and right here in Capitola. You know how miso soup can be a forgettable way to wait for your meal? Not here. Subtle and flavorful, make sure you enjoy some along with a memorable taste of Japan.“

“I have been coming here for 22 years. The wine and the experience is amazing. The facility also has a beautiful deck over looking the Soquel Creek. The hospitality manager Christopher has provided amazing customer service, is extremely knowledgeable on all things wine and always makes you feel welcome. Madelin is really wonderful as well. I highly recommend this amazing tasting room.“

“Little gem of a find... fish tacos were great. So was the super taco. Guacamole was fresh. Our server was the best! She was prompt, friendly and accommodating. We found a table tucked outside which was nice, but you're crowded with Zelda folks coming and going. Inside seating is fine, but you're on the beach - would be nice to have more outside seating.

“This is some of the best food my family and I have ever had! Super fresh and delicious! My boys got the pad Thai spice level zero and it was some of the most flavorful and delicious pad Thai we’ve ever had. My husband got the yellow curry spice level one. I got spice level two on my green curry and it was still clearing out our sinuses so just be aware of that when choosing a spice level. I like spicy, but 2 or 3 would be plenty spicy for me. Both amazing! We also all loved the vegetable soup. The broth was so yummy and veggies seemed freshly blanched/not mushy texture…just pure perfection. Wish I could eat here more often!“

“Went in today and tried the blueberry pastry which was very soft buttery and flaky it was so delicious. We also tried the cinnamon toasted bagel which had such good flavor. Breakfast sandwiches were on point. Bagels are soft and chewy toasted to perfection. Most importantly the ladies behind the counter were very friendly and thankful for our patronage. We appreciate that and had a great experience. We will be back in the future when we visit!!!“

“We’ve eaten here twice and overall it was pretty good! We’ve tried the yellow curry, fresh ginger stir fry, pad thai, fresh spring rolls and tom kha. Our favorite was the fresh ginger stir fry with tofu and the yellow curry! We did specifically request the Pad Thai vegan (there is an option to check a box when you online order) and it came with egg in it which was disappointing, so maybe that’s something to keep in mind if you have allergens/a specific diet. Maybe we’ll try again in the future!“
