“Chowking (131 W Carson St, Carson, CA 90745) never disappoints! The Beef Wonton Noodles are flavorful and comforting, perfect for satisfying any craving. The Sago’t Gulaman and Naicha Milk Tea are refreshing and perfectly balanced in sweetness. Their Halo-Halo is a must-try — creamy, colorful, and filled with all the classic Filipino ingredients. And the Taho is just like home — warm, soft, and sweetly nostalgic.
Overall, great food, friendly service, and a clean, inviting atmosphere. Definitely a 5-star experience for anyone craving authentic Filipino-Chinese comfort food!“

“Great food great service the man who made my food who I assume was the owner was so nice I've been looking for my favorite dish which is Singapore Mei Fun and I've called every Chinese restaurant in Carson and everyone tells me they don’t make it or they have some fat noodle that they call rice noodles, but this man knew exactly what I wanted and made the best dish that I’ve ever had in my life. This is my new place. I love this place and I love the food and the great service and the great prices. also, it was the first Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to with a Christmas tree, which was cool Thank you and God bless.“

“Pretty good and big portions! We ordered the Crispy Seasoned Pork Chops, BBQ beef, Special Fried Rice, and the Chopsuey. The Pork Chops were crispy on the outside, but tender inside, which was nice. The chopsuey was not like what I was thinking in my head when I ordered it, but was still good. The fried rice and the BBQ beef though were not as flavorful as we would have liked, but overall it was still a great meal and we had a decent amount of leftovers to bring home! The servers were also really nice, so that gives them added points in my book! :)“
“I thought it was Chinese food looking quickly through the pictures then when i got in there i relized there was no fried rice and i saw sausage links so i knew something was different but i continued to continued to order anyway when i said i want the noodles she said $3 extra ive never heared the cheapest thing on the menu being up sold but i figured it had to be more to the story. The food turned out to be some of the best near harbor city most places lack flavor around here the noodles are not good even without the $3 upsale i would not get it again but i will definitely be going back. egg rolls are fire. I just dont think the only vegetarian item should sit on not only meat and fish but pork and fish“
“They are honestly very nice staff who work there! When people are in class, there is pretty much no wait time. When people get out of class though, its a bit of a wait. I wish they gave out larger portions though! Fill up the plate! Don't be shy :)“

“The food is good but it is not worth the price. I got the pho combination which was 16 dollars. I would not mind the price but they are stingy with the meat. I would not bother coming back when there are so many other options that are worth the price of admission.“

“I like their chicken banh mi. Whatever that green sauce they have it tastes good. Their bottled water is expensive. I know they want to make extra money but it is too much. $1 per bottle and they would probably sell more. FYI, I know how much a case costs at Costco. ^_^“

“I was having the worst day ever. Came in to grab something to eat and Alexis made the whole experience better. It was something so warm and friendly about her. Then I go to pay and Zuly is also nice and welcoming. I just wanted to say thank you to the team. I’m going to enjoy this one and it feels a bit extra special.“
“The ice blended caramel and vanilla lattes have got to be the best I have ever had. I am totally obsessed! In my opinion they surpass Starbucks by far! No questions about that! But then again the large iced coffee is just as good. It's always so hard to decide if I want ice blended coffee or just a regular iced coffee cause either one of them has me almost in tears when it's all gone! ???“

“The food here is pretty good. I ordered the Combo C with some fortune cookies and an Arizona. I love how they're not stingy with the portions. For $13.99 I'd say you'd definitely get your money's worth. I will be eating here again.“

“Best steam table Chinese I've ever had. The only lady behind the counter was efficient with the line that was in there.
Bbq pork was tender and delicious, grab some hot mustard. The orange chicken is something we don't usually order but was great here, still crunchy. Egg foo young was made fresh to order and surprisingly wonderful, airy and the best use of water chestnuts I've seen. The lady even chopped it up for us with a huge cleaver so it was easier to eat. The fried rice has chunks of bbq pork and egg and the chow mein had chicken and egg. They have both Sriracha and chili oil. It was enough food for two plus leftovers
It's been open for forty years and is inside a cute, kitchy building. Parking lot is tiny and one way, enter from KFC around the corner“
