“This restaurant is phenomenal! First of all the food is dreamy, I particularly LOVE the shrimp pasta. The cocktails are also just insane i love the fresh fruit in them sooo yummy! We have come multiple times and every time is great. Staff is always so friendly. Came on Fathers Day w/ the hubby & sat at the bar. Our bartender Lexi was killin it. She was the ONLY BARTENDER on a holiday!!!! Two thumbs up for her thats one hard workin chickie and doing it all with a smile! Definitely come check Lure out!”

“My adult children, Bonnie Weinberg and husband Les picked up a gorgeous deli platter for my 91st birthday yesterday. The tray was fantastic, filled with meat, cheeses, pickles, olives, peppers ssurrounded by lettuce. We've ordered before from other delis, but yours was incredible and delicious. An appetizing array that we will enjoy with every bite.”

Was so accommodating and informed about the tremendous choices on the menu. The food is well cooked, fast to arrive and all portions were enough for 2 and then some. Let me send out a special hello to our server.He too was attentive and very happy. Loved it, Loved it, Loved it !! We have decided to make this our date night dinner restaurant monthly. And so reasonably priced. Even with 2 cocktails, 1 appetizer and 2 entrees. The bill was just under $110. You can't beat this place. Thanks to the entire staff. We'll see you very soon!!”

“It's a small bar, but it's very cosy, everything here is on a positive wave. I came to this bar completely by accident, and I've been coming here every week for a whole year. There are games, music, karaoke, delicious snacks and delicious cocktails. The staff is very friendly! I recommend it to all good people!”

“The food is outstanding. This is *not* just "bar food." The tortilla soup and ahi tostadas are great - and the tortilla soup (shared with my wife) and ahi tostadas were my dinner last night. The premium margarita is great - and the small pitchers of it ("family size" if memory serves) are, if our math was right, much more of a discount from the per-glass price than are most pitchers. We love La Popular. It's a great place to get together with family, especially when (unlike last night) the weather is nice enough to dine outside.”

“What an amazing restaurant. My wife placed an order late at night. Typically I wont order if the restaurant is about to close but it was the highest rated restaurant open until 9pm. I arrived 10 min past closing and they still took care of us. The broth was amazing. I would highly recommend the filet mignon pho (rare). If you’re in the mood for an authentic mom and pop shop, stop by here!”

“Travelled from Nova Scotia, Canada recently for an event. Love hunting down good coffee and good vibes. Rented a car for the day and stumbled on Awkward Coffee. Based on the name alone I knew we had to go. Very friendly staff, great selection of specialty drinks and sweet treats. Got to sample their new strawberry cold foam while we were waiting as well 🫣 I would make the trip from Nova Scotia again just to go back and visit this shop. “In my book, this is the best Teriyaki chicken in the valley, maybe even Los Angeles. I have done dine in and take out, both situations yielding the same great food. The meals have great portions. But the teriyaki chicken and rice is the best. The chicken is never dry and always grilled with their terrific teriyaki sauce. It never tastes like it's been sitting on the grill for an hour, it's always fresh. Absolutely worth your time if you are a lover of good teriyaki.”

They even told me I could sit down and eat inside even though they were closing. The food was delicious! I think this may be the best burrito in the area. I had a double hickory burger with cheese and it was good, it comes with a chilli dog sauce, is not really strong and combines well with the burger. I would say that the patties are house made not frozen but I’m not sure and I didn’t ask. The fries are just normal but good and non of the food was very salty which is good tha way it is and you always can add some more if you like.”

It was so authentic that it reminded us of Kolhapuri home food. Along with that, the restaurant owner gave us complimentary Zunka & Bhakri! So exquisite! She suggested us some chef's special dishes. Kanda Bhaji, Sole kadhi was unique. Highly recommended!! The person who took our order, Aashish was kind and gave us the best hospitality during our visit. People should definitely try this restaurant for authentic Maharashtrian dishes!”

“We ate at Saladfarm Chatsworth 1/12/25. We found the place had no atmosphere and reminded you of a school cafeteria. There are only about 7 tables. My husband didn't like his salad because the lettuce was wet. Never had that problem before. My Steak/Cheese Panini was OK but the steak kept falling out. We don't plan on returning. Sorry.”

“Live bands every night they're open. Lots of happy regulars, visitors from far & wide, and frequent birthday parties etc. Crowded on weekends. 2 pool tables. Small parking lot, so mostly street parking in the neighborhood. But it's really about the dancing, and the dance floor is usually completely full. They have good beginner line dance lessons on Wed, Thu, & Sun. But no partner lessons, which is a shame because after the lessons and all weekend, partner dancing dominates the floor. Beginning women will find ready older partners to lead them, but absolute beginner guys who don't bring their own practice partner will usually be spectators, with line dances few and far between. I wish they brought in serious partner lessons a couple times a week, especially for the leads.”
