“Came here around 4:00pm on Sunday 5/11. Giving it 4/5 because the staff was super friendly and the lady serving had a welcoming smile. The portions were also generous but the food was lacking. The food looked great but could have tasted better. The orange chicken wasn't at all crispy but had good flavor. The walnut shrimp was great. The beef in the broccoli beef was pretty much inedible. The chow mein was fresh but didn't taste like anything. Definitely needed soy sauce. Overall, it was fine for a quick and filling meal.“

“I got the spicy fried chicken from my BFF who always told me about this place. At first, I thought the chicken would be extra extra spicy, but it wasn't (I could handle very spicy food. This chicken had 5/10 to my level) IT WAS SOOOOO GOOOD!!
I don't normally eat onions, but somehow they seasoned the whole dish very well, I ended up finish everything in the container!! LOL
I'm going to go get more of this chicken soon and try other items & the stir fry rice noodles (my BFF recommended that as well).“

“Northern Chinese cuisine is so good! We were in the mood for some good dumplings and noodle, and I remembered that I wanted to try this restaurant Northern Cafe right by CSUN.
It's a nice, spacious restaurant with plenty of booths and windows. The staff were friendly and the food came out on time, so that's a plus there.
Now when it came to our meal, we definitely enjoyed everything that we ordered. We started out with Garlic Chicken Wings and Popcorn Chicken (not spicy at all, but delicious), and they both were great starters, especially if you like having the saltier side of your fried chicken. The Popcorn Chicken is almost addicting and it's easy to finish it before you know it.
Then out comes the House Special Beef Noodle Soup which I think is almost a mandatory must-have. I did wish I went with hand-pulled noodles instead of the regular noodle, but you can't go wrong with any of their noodle options. The broth was, warm, calming, and steeped in the wonderful aromatic beef flavor, while the noodle and beef were cooked to near perfection. Add some (or a lot) of chili oil, and you have yourself some noodle nirvana!
The handmade Juicy Pork Dumplings may be hot (caution), but slurping the hot soup out of them was half the fun! They were well made and were just a treat. 8 pieces are plenty to start so they're not stingy with their portions.
Finally, the Angus Beef Fried Rice was our last dish and it was quite good although it fell a bit short compared to the other dishes. It's not that it was not tasty, it just wasn't as tantalizing and was a bit more one-note and could have uses a bit more kick in the flavors.
All in all though, I'm looking forward to coming back to try more of their menu!“

“If you're looking for a Chinese dive,, this is it. Excellent food and above and beyond beyond service.
Most of the other patrons were Asian. All of the staff were. All of the good was good to great.
They handled our big party (9) without a hitch and had a completely reasonable bill since we also took home 4 or so meals.“

“I was a bit skeptical at thinking it is another restaurant serving s*ty soy sauce drenched noodles, but it was such a pleasant revelation how good the dishes were.
The Super Wok Special Beef is the one to order! It is incredibly tender, slight sweetness to it and buttery. It it served on top of a bed of sliced oranges. It is guaranteed to make you keep coming back for more. The dish is $19+ and serving is generous.
I went back another day to try out the lunch special. This time it was the crispy salt pepper shrimp selected. For $13.75, it came with a soup of the day, rice and the entree. Serving was very generous, maybe even 2 people can share one. It was excellent!
I regret ordering the prawn crispy noodles. Tasted terrible and too salty. Kind of like an overdone soy sauce noodles.“

“Ping Pong Chinese Cuisine is an absolute gem! Every visit is a delightful experience. The food is always fresh and bursting with flavor. Their Signature Crispy Duck is a must-try—perfectly cooked with a crispy skin and tender, juicy meat inside. The Chef’s special beef steak is another standout, cooked to perfection with a rich, savory sauce that complements the tender beef so well. I also highly recommend trying their steam fish w/ scallions and ginger for an extra treat.
The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for a family dinner or a casual meal with friends. The service is always top-notch; the staff is friendly, attentive, and eager to make sure you have a great dining experience.
If you’re in the mood for authentic and delicious Chinese food, Ping Pong Chinese Cuisine should be at the top of your list!“

“If you like Panda Express, this is the restaurant that started it all. Food is much better here, and there is a much larger selection than Express. Friendly staff, and great portions. You will not leave hungry.
From the wontons and paper chicken, to the orange chicken and Mongolian beef. We usually go with at least 5 of us, and 3 plates feeds us all. With a couple of apps, of course.
If you've never been, give them a try.“

“It was crispy noodle type of day and I wanted one badly that day. I stumbled upon this low key Chinese restaurant. The entrance is at the back facing the parking lot. Next to the restaurant is a bar that seems to attract chunky dudes who likes motorcycles. Frankly the entrance looks a bit sus.
Upon stepping in you’ll recognize it to be quintessential family run Chinese restaurant in the neighborhood. Only thing missing is the obligatory owner’s child doing homework in a corner table lol.
The crispy noodles I ordered was the one topped with prawn and veggies. The serving was quite generous and nicely plated. $14.95 for such a good serving! Other than maybe a bit more shrimp I’ll say it was a 👍👍
I’ll try the salt and pepper pork chop or the French style filet mignon next time.“

“Good solid Sichuan food. The Kung pao chicken was delicious. The Map tofu was good, but could have been spicier with more chili oil, but at least it had hua jiao. The Singapore noodles didn't disappoint, with jumbo shrimp, chicken, and bbq pork. Prices were reasonable and the portions generous. Expect to need take home containers...“

“$8 combo with decent sized portion--chow mein, fried rice and a meat! Can't beat that! No frills restaurants. They don't soak their rice in oil like many Chinese restaurants. Good orange chicken, also saw they have jalapeño chicken and fried banana.
Parking might be tough in this neighborhood but it's free.
They take cash and card“

“We walked into Dan Modern Chinese on a Saturday night expecting a wait, but to our surprise, we were seated quickly—even though the place was buzzing with activity. We ordered two noodle dishes, two orders of dumplings, and the Three Cups Chicken, and everything was absolutely delicious.
Our 10-year-old daughter declared the Dan Dan noodles the best noodles she’s ever had—and honestly, we agree. The flavors were bold and comforting, the portions generous, and everything felt fresh and well-executed.
It’s a perfect spot when you’re tired of your usual restaurant circuit. Reasonably priced, incredibly flavorful, and satisfying for both kids and adults. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Great food, prices are incredibly affordable, and they have plenty of parking on site. The employees are always friendly and quick to assist so they keep the line moving. Best thing so far about this spot though? They have Char Siu, it's one of my favorite dishes and I've been struggling to find it here. The portions are incredibly large too, probably could split it between 2-3 meals depending on how much you eat.“

“I recently order to go there, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu offered a delightful variety of authentic Chinese dishes, making it hard to choose.
I opted for the spicy Chicken and fish.both of which were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The chicken was perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of spice, while the fish were tender and delicious.
The service was impeccable; our server was attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, enhancing the overall dining experience.
To top it all off, the prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return. Whether you're a fan of Chinese cuisine or trying it for the first time, AW is a must-visit. Highly recommend!“

“No dine in so I won’t review service and atmosphere. Crab Rangoon was good. Orange chicken was fairly good but some pieces had more orange flavor than others. Black pepper beef had lots of vegetables and would have preferred more beef, flavor was good but could have been more peppery. Xo sauce string beans didn’t have much flavor, but I tasted the sauce in the bottom of the container and it was good so maybe the beans need to marinate more. I’ll try it again tomorrow and see if it tastes better. So, all in all, I’d say the food is kind of average.“

“We've been coming to this place for about a year now, and it never fails to impress. The food is absolutely wonderful. Love being able to watch them. Use the grill to cook it. They have a great array of proteins, including seafood and lamb. The vegetable selection changes every time we come in, which is great. Most days, they have a little robot that delivers your drinks all in all. It's a great place to visit and and up reasonably priced for the amount of food you can get. It's all you can eat.!“

“This place is family owned, it seems and it's my favorite. I will die for these noodles. “When I walked in, I was greeted by 2 friendly people. I let him know that it was my first time here. He gave me the whole rundown of selections that I could pick from, and what was the most popular. That was helpful. I ordered the two item combo. I asked if they were making any more chicken and mushroom. He said they could do that for me, which was nice. I got my order, and I would have to say that they offer nice size portions. The food was tasty. I would consider going back some other
time. Overall it was a nice experience.
Side Note: They close at 8 PM not 9 PM like this website says.
Parking: There are handicap spots right nearby, and easy access to get into the building.

“I had a terrific experience at this Panda Express inside Topanga Mall. I used my Tmobile Tuesday code on the orange chicken bowl for mobile order. When I went to pick it up, my food was already wrapped up in the bag. They give a decent amount of chicken with the rice. My sisters also met up with me after I finish eating my food and wanted to get her orange chicken bowl as well so I placed another order along with beef and broccoli. She then decided that she wanted Teriyaki chicken too but since my mobile order was already submitted, I told her to just order it in person. The line wasn't so bad, so she did the la carte Teriyaki chicken in a small box. The lady cutting the chicken and putting it in the box made sure that it's fully packed so that's highly appreciated because she made sure you get your money worth. Overall I would recommend coming here if you're craving a quick dish to eat.
Vegetarian options: They have some dishes that are healthy, like their fried egg rolls with no meat.
Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly since it's inside the mall so they can sit at the food court area.
Parking: This Panda Express is located inside the mall so there are plenty of parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible inside the mall. Just take the elevator to the 2nd floor.“

“Well, I'm not really a frequent review giver, but I want to put this review on Google because this Panda Express location is one of the best locations, and It's the nearest to my home! I went there today and the guy with a black shirt was really nice to everybody and was working all around the store! ( I don't know if he was a manager) I love the friendly environment of the Panda Express every time I go to any. And, I might apply to work here next year as I wanna be working with good people, a fast-paced environment, and a smile on the face! And the eggplant tofu they have is awesome, I hope they get the vegan orange chicken option again, but overall, I had a really great experience with panda express!! ✌️
