“This place used to be AhiPoke, and I stopped going since it was clear that AP was going downhill. But since the owner of I Fish Poke took over, the place feels revitalized!

“Came here because I know I like the food and it was amazing as always. Me and my girlfriend ordered, sat down, then she decided she wanted some fries. She waited in line again for a bit but it was a little long, at the time came back to the table as the food came. She said “yea the line was long so it’s ok” the manager overheard as he was dropping the food off and wanted to get us whatever we were waiting for free. “I had been craving barbecue for weeks. I had to go to Roseville for an errand , while driving around hungry I saw a dickies and decided to pull in. I meet the nicest people I had the best brisket sandwich I’ve had in years and the freshest crunchiest coleslaw. I walked out there one happy camper. Can’t wait to return.“

And our waitress - whose name I unfortunately did not catch - was thoughtful, friendly, and hospitable; which is rare these days. “Stopped in on a whim today as we were in the area. Google gave 4.9 stars and we were not disappointed. From the greetings when we entered the door to the delicious BBQ burger and fall off the bone baby back ribs everything was great! We definitely plan to return to try other key items on the menu!“

Food is good with the usual meats, vegetables, sauces and spices. My family, who live near to this, go regularly.
I always enjoy getting my ‘fix’ when I come into town to visit.

““Doma,” a small Korean-owned restaurant on Folsom blvd, is a hidden gem for those living in Sacramento. They haven’t been open for long but the energy and atmosphere of the restaurant is vibrant and young. The menu has a variety of options and I am happy to say that there is no wrong option. I ordered the cold noodles and it tasted so good, I had to get it twice. Overall, I would definitely come here again next time I visit Sacramento.“

“Didn't eat there and only went to play some Golden Tee. They are one of the few places that has the new Golden Tee PGA Live edition and it was well maintained. It's right next to the bar so getting drinks not a problem but they did check on us at the right times. I'll be back for sure.
It was a Sunday and they ended up closing early since there was pretty much no one in there and we were getting ready to leave anyway. So although the atmosphere was dead that wasn't a bad thing since we were playing the game and less people talking or bumping into you is a good thing. The machine is position in a good place and you only need to worry about a bar back running into you but not really since there is a spot for him to go around. all in all it was a great experience but thats why i gave 3 stars on Atmosphere and we did not eat so didn't grade food as of yet.“

“I've been to many kbbqs both around Sacramento and in K-town LA. This is by far the best kbbq place in Sacramento.
It has a very high level of traditional flavors and care for the ingredients. It's not your typical kbbq place that has strong flavors and marinades. JJs marinades accentuates the high quality meats they provide. Yes some of the unmarinated meats comes out frozen but that is how you cut meat consistently thin. Despite it being frozen you can tell they use quality meats because the brisket incredibly beefy and melts in your mouth. The thin pork belly incredible clean pork flavor. The marinated meats all came out fresh and unfrozen unlike most places in town. Their sides and cold noodles were fresh and the broth was clean and balanced between tangy, sweet and salty. Probably the best I've had so far.
Service was absolutely fine for us but it's definitely a no frill place.
Come here if you're a real foodie.“

“It's hard to me up the food at a Mongolian BBQ, since each customer creates their own.

This place is clean, and includes soft serve ice cream for dessert.

Everyone in our large group enjoyed the meal. We will definitely be back.

Some may think it's pricey but when I consider that for the price I would pay for a basic Rib Eye dinner elsewhere, I can have as much Rib Eye, as well as a variety of other meats, chicken, shrimp, sides as I can possibly eat, it's very reasonable. Most of our group were 1st timers, so the cultural experience of new foods, cooking at your table the way you like, made for a unique experience. Our group of 20 something yr old punk rockers had a lot of fun, the service and food were excellent. We'll be back...ps. call ahead to gauge the crowd and bring an appetite.“

“OMG! 1st time here. had to wait a bit for fresh, delicious food. service was great , food is OMG so good, the Mac salad just yummy. went today around 6pm, staff was friendly and attentive, even when customer/ pick up person was super RUDE because fresh beef had to cook, with his food workers and woman are below be attitude, Sonya I think her name was handled herself well and continued to work along with co workers to get orders out, food fresh.
