“It is a good Chinese cuisine restaurant. I have visited this restaurant, once, in the middle of 2024, after leaving my work. So, after reading good reviews, about this establishment, I thought to have my dinner. Oh boy, I was not disappointed. The meals, that I have ordered, were delicious. Furthermore, they were well made. At the same time, the waitress, who attended my table, was helpful, and attentive. I forgot to add that there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy a meal. Still, I cannot vouch, about the ability of free space, on Fridays, or during weekend. Nevertheless, the tables, themselves, were neat. Of course, I cannot forget to mention, the prices were not on the expensive side. So, if anyone is in City of Industry or La Puente area, I would recommend to stop by this establishment. “My family and I live this place. The food is fresh and delightful. The only thing I would say in a different light is that I wish they had more staff. The service is good however, sometimes it takes a while for your server to cover to you due to understaffed. Other then that this place is one of our faves.“

“Eat there only if you want to be treated like dirt. I am sick and tired of their way of treating their customers. They don't do reservations and their wait system is unforgiving and insane. 1. Long wait times like 1.5 hours 2. But with that long wait time, they only give you 10 minutes to "all be there" when they tell you table is ready. 3. That's not even the worst. They put a "wait time" estimate near their check in table. So you would think that is a solid guideline right? But no. The REAL wait time can swing a good 30 minutes both ways. Say they put "Current Wait time is 1.5 hours" you could get a call at 1 hour mark. And then they give you 10 minutes to get your party to be there. And they give you hell if your party can't make it like it's your fault that you don't have crystal ball to tell that your table will be ready in one hour’s time. I have tolerated it coz their food is actually really good. Meat quality is good etc etc. What broke the camels back today is. I checked in at 5:45 today. Wait time is 1.5 hours. So estimate sit time is 7:15 right? When I get the text that table is ready at 7:05 I thought all is awesome. AND THEN they told me that are actually having a staff party tonight and last call is at 8. That leaves my party less than an hour to do an AYCE dinner. I was furious. So I question them, “Why didn't you tell your customer that when they checked in?” "Well, we put the notice on the door. You didn't see it! So… 🤷🏻‍♀️” 1. There are a bunch of white and black notices all over the door and check in area. 2. And yes. My eye sight is not awesome. I didn't see it. But shouldn't it be THEIR JOB to let customer know VERBALLY when they check in that they are shifting the last call time an hour early? That’s basic decency. I wasted almost 2 hours there and by then it’s like lines all over the place for any place. I am never going back again for a restaurant that treats their customer like dirt so they can make money off me any more.“

“I really like 疙瘩汤 here. The BBQ is pretty good too. I do wish they had more seasonings on the side though, like cumin or chili flakes.

One small thing: one of the servers was kind of rough when putting down plates and bringing out food. The movements were really fast and the noise was pretty loud, which caught us off guard a bit.

Overall the food is solid, and I’d still come back. Just hoping the service can be a little more relaxed next time.“

“Brandon was our server and he was so nice, so funny, and explained everything to us loved it!! The wall decor is awesome, they even had robots serving your side dishes! The Diamond Tier was awesome with grade A5 the dry aged wagyu was melt in your mouth good! Just as good as what we had in Japan. Brandon cooked them up for us and we enjoyed talking with him. Celebrating my husband's birthday they sing and have some ice creamsicles ube or honeydew flavors. They do have drink stations, some extra food stations, a dessert station all of which you can walk around to grab yourself. The Otoro thick cut and black pepper beef cubes were our other favorites. Can't wait to go back!“

“Highly commendable service and absolutely stunning set menu! we went here for dinner last night for our Halloween date night! Their wagyu cuts are 100% top-grade and not just random "wagyu" that are below the marks. We tried their A5 and M9 meats, not to mention their salmon carpaccio that is to die for. Their sides are absolutely delicious and smart, one great example is their fried pork buns that is like a spin on soup dumplings. To top it off, you get premium ice cream in the end. Their salad is so good with yuzu and smokey salt, plus you get a chili mix too. They serve the meats fast plus your tablet menu is in front of you so you don't have to keep calling the staff to refill. I give them 9 stars! 🌟 🐄 🥩“

“I recently tried Chubby Skewers and overall had a pretty good experience. They have a great selection of meats, and at $1.20 per skewer, it’s easy to try a variety without spending too much.

That said, some of the meats were a bit on the tougher side, which took away from the experience a little. But not everything was a miss, the grilled oysters and scallops were definitely highlights and tasted really good.

I also liked that you can order from the menu if you want something more than skewers. Overall, it’s a solid spot if you’re looking for variety at a reasonable price, with a few standout items worth coming back for.“

“Absolutely amazing BBQ!!! Nothing was regular or ordinary. The brisket was so tender and tasty and the Blue Masa Cornbread was to die for! Melts in your mouth! And don’t forget the Cole Slaw which deserves capital letters!! The Mac and Cheese (not like any you’ve ever had!) was comped by our new friend who was our ordering coach and it stole the show!! “I went here for the first time on a Monday evening. The service was really good and on point on this day. Staff was always checking on us, always making sure our stove was clean or removing finished dishes. I got us the Deluxe meal. The spicy baby octopus was good. The gyōza dumplings and egg rolls were really good. They have sushi as well. Their menu can be accessed by QR code or you can ask for a physical menu.“

“This was our first time here. Our friends invited us and I have to say it didn't disappoint. We ordered pork belly burnt ends, brisket, Mac n cheese, coleslaw, sweet potato, and a bacon wrap poppers. Ahh-mazing!!

Manager Ulysses was a blessing, he welcomed us and treated us as we were home. The staff was great and courteous.

“Absolutely delicious! I decided to try this place today and I'm immediately reviewing to get people to support this local gem. I had the tofu vegetable combo plate and it was tasty as hell. The tofu was soft, the veggies had the perfect bite, and the brown sauce was well seasoned. The entire dish was warm and light enough that I almost cleaned my plate despite it being so satisfying. I'm happy I was able to bring some home for later and will be going back regularly now!“

“Unfortunately, I can never try this place because I don’t live locally and I always try to call them to find out even if there’s any parking because when I go on Google Earth, it’s impossible to see the restaurant and not sure where to park also, I want to make sure that they’re open because sometimes businesses say they are and then they are closed for whatever reason I’m trying to call them day after day, but there are no phone numbers. It’s not a very smart business move because I feel like they are probably losing many business like people like myself. I wanna try it.“

I got the small bowl. Just the teriyaki chicken and rice. They give you a lot of chicken and big pieces too. They also have extra teriyaki sauce and hot sauce. Ohh and they have free fountain drinks between 2-4 pm. My order was to go. Love this spot.“

“Came by with my son last minute they were almost sold out (says a lot about how amazing there food is) so we grabbed what they had left bbq beef ribs mac and cheese and smoked beans….you guys the food was beyond AMAZING i love bbq but this particular spot 10/10 my son is a picky eater i got him his own plate he devoured the ribs and mac and cheese. This spot specializes in potato noodles, skewers, and Hainan chicken.
Combo #1 comes with two bowls of rice and soup, a plate of chicken, cucumber salad, and fried peanut. The rice is very fragrant and the chicken was tasty with the sweet and spicy sauces.
The potato noodles is very tasty. I will say the best one in LA. If you want to add more protein to the soup that’s good. It is also good for the original recipe. I absolutely love the numbing, peppery flavor of Sichuan pepper in potato noodles.“

“I was driving down Whittier Boulevard. On the corner of Whittier Blvd and Rancho drive. I smelled some barbecue it caught my attention quick like. Luckily I hadn't had dinner yet so I stopped and got a $20 plate. It was stacked with meat. It had tri-tip, chicken, and ribs. Smoked to perfection. The plate included a side of Mac and Beans. I also had two tacos. All the meats are full of flavor, tender and juicy. If you're in the area and you enjoy barbecue I highly recommend this spot.“

We ordered a combo 2 for $29 ( only online) n got it to go since they almost close. The food came out hot and portion is generous, they gave a lot of meat and sides r delish. For a bbq chain this is really good quality. Fries r crispy n well seasoned, mac cheese was good, bbq sauce was delishhh. The toast was soft but crunchy at the same time, very buttery. The meat is so juicy and tender and soft fall off the bone type. I couldnt finish my plate in 1 go n i was pretty hungry! Definitely will be back again :) 9/10“
