“This place is a hidden gem! The service was amazing and they were so kind and friendly. The place is well kept and cared for. The sandwich was delicious and incredibly affordable. For $25 my girlfriend and I got to have a beach picnic with a full sandwich, Mac salad, two cokes, and a large bag of chips! We will absolutely be back!! Thank you to the sweet lady at the register and the kind chef who made our sandwich!“

“This CDM location is very very small. I’ve been a few times and usually there is only one employee working. If you go, have patience, if you’re waiting because these employees are very accommodating and will get your sandwich/order correct and they make them really well.
This is not the best for dining in. Its super small“

“Had a to go sandwich from 'Seasons' in Huntingdon Beach. I had The Yogi, Turkey and Avocado, and it was pretty nice, but slightly soggy. My mate had the Greatfella which was also good. Sandwiches were around $15 each and generously filled. Seating inside with a nice ambience if you want to dine in.“

“Growing up outside Philadelphia, I’m always on the hunt for authentic Philly cheese steaks. John’s has excellent cheese steaks and has been a Huntington Beach favorite for decades. The bread is amazing and baked locally which is a key ingredient to simply amazing sandwiches! They stuff a lot of meat and cheese and peppers and onions in there, and the result makes ya wanna shout, “Go Birds!” Someone will probably shout it back, too. If you like cheese steaks, yeah, get em the way ya like them at John’s!“

“Drove a long way to get here as I couldn’t find a baked potato anywhere else. The mega potato was delicious, although the potato skin wasn’t at all crispy (I prefer baked potatoes with crispy skin). Toppings were good. Steak sandwich had enough meat but was somehow strangely sweet which I very much dislike in savory food. Won’t be ordering that again but would come back for the potatoes if I can’t find a better place. FYI the place is located in a really run down part of town with a lot of homeless people walking around. I wouldn’t bring kids anywhere near here. This is definitely a dive in a seedy area but it’s still worth checking out.“

“I often eat from Mendocino Farms and every time the food is simply Yuuuummm & Healthy! Choosing from their salads, sandwiches, superfoods and couscous, this mouthwatering stomach filling work of art; you simply can't go wrong with anything you pick here!

The staff is super friendly and extremely quick. From working the kitchen to the front desk, to their catering person, they all seem to be extremely organized and offer great service.

“The young man who took my order was friendly and helpful. I asked for sandwich suggestions since it was my first time there, and he definitely led me in the right direction.

The sandwich was loaded with all the good stuff, but WAY too much lettuce - there was no way to take a bite of it, and since I am not a snake and able to unhinge my jaw, I took most of it out. I did appreciate the generous helping of avocado and all the ingredients were fresh.

“This is my favorite sandwich shop! Out of all the amazing menu options, my current favorite has to be the turkey pesto sandwich it’s so good! I’ve seen a lot of people ordering it too, so I guess it’s pretty popular. Everything else on the menu is delicious as well. They also have plenty of drinks, chips, and even cookies and smoothies, so it’s a great spot to visit with kids. I ordered delivery and wasn't sure what to expect. I paid about $25 which I think is a bit high for a breakfast burrito but this one is absolutely hands down worth it. I got bacon, avocado, and sausage. It comes with pico de gallo, cheese, tater tots and egg. Ok here's what makes this burrito so good. It starts with the tortilla, so many places jam pack a burrito with food but this places grills the tortilla so everything stays in one place when i get it.The tater tots and the bacon was crispy and crunchy while the egg wasn't scrambled as much as it was over easy/medium. This gives each Ingredient It's own texture and letting you actually taste every flavor. Everything tasted really good and this is my new favorite burrito spot. Don't hesitate and order a breakfast burrito.“

“This is the OG spot. Been coming to Philly’s Best for more than 20 years and have a lot of great memories especially at this location! Went to a different one today and they didn’t have the pepper/pickle bar, didn’t serve beer, and no condiments at the tables like this place does.
