“This is the Best and Most affordable Pho restaurant in L.A area. I've been going to this restaurant for many years and I highly recommend it. I only had to dock one star because they tell you your online pickup order is complete but it is always missing something so double check your order before you leave. Other than that this place is great and satisfying.“

“Great food! I've been here twice and have tried the fresh shrimp and tofu spring rolls with terrific accompanying sauce, flavorful chicken fried rice, shrimp pho with delicious broth, and the lovely Lychee fruit tea! Yum! Totally coming here again... and bringing more friends. Mangosteen has a clean, modern atmosphere, primarily indoors with a couple of outdoor tables. Friendly and helpful customer service.“

“Pho 626 in Baldwin Park is hands down one of the best spots for pho! The quality of the beef is top-notch — super tender and flavorful. The noodles are cooked perfectly with just the right texture. And don’t even get me started on the avocado smoothie… it’s the best I’ve ever had! Creamy, fresh, and not too sweet — just perfect. Highly recommend this place if you're craving quality pho and refreshing drinks!“

“I’ve been to this place many times and it always hits the spot. One of my favorite things to get here is the shaken beef (photo included). It’s very yummy and tastes like it’s made with lots of love which makes the meal taste even better! Service is amazing which makes this restaurant top tier.“

“I love Yume’s bahn mi. It’s tasty, cheap for a good portion ($9.42 with tax), and comes out quickly. I’ve also had the combination fried rice, and it was very good as well. There is some indoor seating and plenty of outdoor tables. The owner is super nice as well!“

“You really can't make a bad choice with any dish you select here. We tried the House Special, and the spring rolls are absolutely essential. My son is a big fan of the Ban Mi with grilled pork, and we also enjoyed the charbroiled pork vermicelli with egg rolls. Every dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back for more. Plus, the best part is that they offer a discount when you pay in cash!“

“A certified Diamond Bar classic. Everything is solid here, from the pho, to the rice plates and appetizers. The pricing is reasonable (expect to spend in the low 10's per person) and portions are good sized. They have two TV's in the case you wanted to catch a basketball game or football game as you eat. Would recommend if you're in the area, but would not be a place you drive out for.“

“This family-owned business usually never disappoints. We love the veggie pho because the broth is vegetable based, not chicken stock. The vegetables are always cooked to perfection and the portions are decent. On our last dining experience, we ordered the vegetable dumplings which came out very quickly. At first bite, I realized they were not vegetable but some kind of meat. While the place was busy, we couldn't find anyone to flag down fast enough before they delivered the correct order because the first one was chicken dumplings. Other than that, it's a good place for yummy food at good prices.“

“Picked this restaurant somewhat at random, not being familiar with the area, but very glad we did! Great food, one of our party had beef pho with ribeye and fish balls, and commented that it was super flavorful, my husband devoured the combo rice plate and raved about the beef sausage, and my shrimp fried rice was excellent, with big, perfectly cooked shrimp. And the best bit..... We have leftovers because the portions were HUGE! (Oh, and the passion fruit lemonade... So good!)
Really glad we stopped here, and definitely recommend!“

“Family-owned & operated specializing in Chicken Pho, and Hai Phong-style chicken and rice.
Perfect for a cold and/or rainy day. Comfort food. A nice find hidden in the SW corner plaza of Santa Anita and Lower Azusa.“

“medium bowl with the daily special combo! Pho soup was good but the meat was too hard to chew. I was so hungry I just swallowed it down. They steam bean sprouts free of charge, if necessary. Pink lemonade is good. Two spring rolls were excellent. Flan is really tiny, I honestly thought it would be a little bigger. Service is okay. I do love the busy atmosphere ambiance, I do plan on going back again!“

“This is a hidden gem 💎. Great service despite it being a busy restaurant. If you are craving Vietnamese food or just a simple beverage (boba, milk tea, etc.), you are in the right place. Thank you for the very kind cashier and the hardworking staff members. I plan to come back more often 🥰“

“Friday 8/9/24 Dinner at Golden Noodle & Grill in Rowland Heights. I’ve ordered #38 Roasted chicken on tomato rice. It is so crispy outside flavorful and tender inside; so delicious. This restaurant is a hidden gem which makes delicious Vietnamese foods with reasonable prices.
Long, service staff, was friendly and attentive to customers.
Van Huynh, restaurant owner & chef, has a great personality and cooks delicious Vietnamese foods. Dishes includes pho, broken rice, vermicelli, Chinese noodle soup, chow fun & mein, congee, Banh mi, Vietnamese deserts, milk shakes, and smoothies; all at a reasonable price. She took her time to greet me and even strike a pose for a photo which is posted on her Google map restaurant. Thank you Van!
The restaurant has nice decorations, clean, well lit, and well air conditioned on this warm day.
I recommend trying out this restaurant.

“Finally, a restaurant quality Pho places! It’s super busy but we got in quickly and didn’t wait long at all. We ordered the Pho special and Bun Bo Hue with extra meat on the bone. It’s really good! The best pho restaurant we have had in San Jose area. Well worth the wait and the price is very reasonable. We also got the spring roll and it’s delicious. The staff’s frequently refilled our water and tips included in the meal which makes it a lot easier for me actually. Will definitely the go to a Pho restaurant in town.“

“I have been coming here for several years. The owner is nice lady who did all her own cooking and the food was super and authentic. Now she has taken the food to new level. Amazing menu with a fantastic chef/owner. She also has hired a superb waiter named Lucky. Fantastic service and he is always trying to be helpful and double checks each order to make sure it is what you ordered. I took my guest and we had dine in and take out for my daughter. Dont for get to order the Vietnamese Ice Coffee. it is super. Thanks to the owner and her staff !!!! Sorry no pictures -- too busy eating tofu, egg rolls, shrimp fried rice, and chicken fried rice.“

“This place is a hidden gem! The food is delicious and the servers are very kind. They have the best spring rolls i’ve ever had. I like that they have different options for the protein. I prefer the Pork & Shrimp vs one or the other. I’ve never been to a place that uses rice noodles in their spring rolls instead of sprouts. Very nice touch and makes these top notch! Give them a try. You won’t regret it.“

“Been to this place three times, I always got food to go.
The first time I tried their Pho with flank and brisket. It was good, but I always prefer something that hits a little bit more.
Second time I decided to try the one with charbroiled beef and it was a game changer. I ordered it two days in a row cause it's absolutely delicious. The beef is very well marinated and tasted lightly sweet and smoky, I love to eat it even by itself.
I'll be coming back for sure.“

“very Americanized pho chain restaurant, but still overall good tasting food. I ordered #3 pho (steak and brisket I believe) and egg rolls. lots of meat and broth in the pho. my one gripe is that the pickled veg included with the egg rolls were cut very thick almost like matchsticks, not thin shreds like I typically find. it made the eating experience a little clumsy but good flavor and lots of filling inside.“

“Loved and enjoyed eating here. The staff were so friendly and nice. Thank you Trevor and the lady (boss lady)! The food was on point!! Their Pho was real tasty and like home cooked meals. Their menu was simple and everything you’d want if craving pho or simple fried rice. Prices were ok for California and I’d come back to have me some good Asian tasting food. Thank you.“

“Here’s a revised version of your review:
The broken rice at this Vietnamese restaurant is consistently good, but the chargrilled pork was a bit too thin. Overall, the experience was just okay—not great. However, it’s worth trying at least once.“

“I came into lollicup today looking for a drink, but what I didn't know is I would find is love and a hint of lust. The employee who armed the register was so delicious i got nervous and rode away on my scooter. She saw me fall on the cement and loose two of my front teeth. Don't worry my grandma is getting veneers and i'll be back for my true love.“

“Food/Taste/ - Pho (Beef Noodle Soup) of Tai Gau Gan Sach (#3 rare steak, fatty brisket, tendon, and tripe) and Tai Gan (#13 rare streak, tendon). Large portion for noodles and reasonable for the meats. The soup was salty overall but it didn't taste as umami as we hoped for.
- quick and to the point service with no fluff
- clean and brightly lit location. We came in the late afternoon so the place was mostly empty
Value for price: 5/5 - quick service, good portion size, and decent food“

“The beef pho wasn't as tasty as other places, though maybe because there was an event that day and they keep adding water to the broth or something. Not too much meat either. I'll come back to try other stuff on their menu like their sandwich and drinks. Decent amount of parking as it shares the plaza with other stores. Not much seating inside.“

“This spot has lots of tea and food options. We tried boba milk tea and Passionfruit green tea, both of which were a little too sweet for us. The boba was not as chewy either. However, the drinks may taste better if ordered less sweet. Otherwise, the staff are very kind. Vibes are cozy. Good spot, especially due to its close proximity to Western University.“

“I've been coming to this place for about 30 years now. It is the place where I first tasted phò. This restaurant cradled a budding foodie, and it continues it's tradition of delicious flavor. I visited it Sunday July 13, 2025. Needles to say I continue to be a fan.
Cash only! They compete for your cash against the Peppermint Rhino in the same strip mall.
The Phò is on point. There are other dishes, the likes of which I cannot pronounce, but they are delicious nonetheless. The staff has changed throughout the years, but it continues to be the same chop chop type of service, after all you came here to eat, not fraternize with the staff.
You came to eat, enjoy this jewell hidden in plain sight in the city of industry in the San Gabriel Valley. Bon appetit!“

“The food quality and portion size have both gone down over the years. However, they are still above average compared to other restaurants, because the taste has not changed much.
My family and I have been coming for years; and recently their prices have increased too...“

“Great food and selection, at an amazing price!
You can’t beat this place in terms of quality & value. More of a “hole in the wall” place, but also a nostalgic retro throwback to the “good old days”, when you can still purchase a decent Pho Noodle soup and/or a Banh-Mi meal (with a boba milk-tea or coffee drink) for a reasonable price; reminiscent of the pre-covid, pre-inflation and (sadly) pre-governmental tariffs of the current peculiar times.“

“Always get the buy two get one sandwich deals.
The 🥖 baguettes are fresh and tasty and the meats are thin and soft melts in the mouth. The teriyaki chicken with rice plate is large and very filling.
Their 🐄 Pho is pretty good too, the broth soup is really light and good flavor.
The desserts are not too sweet, all good.“

“This is genuinely one of my favorite places to eat in Pomona. I've been coming here for the past 2 years and they always have really great fresh food, and the owners are SO nice! They're super affordable as well, and they have good indoor seating and sell plants too, and fresh fruits while they're in season!
They used to be open till 11 pm (rip late night hours,
But after they shortened the hours they massively expanded the menu, now they have boba, smoothies, and other fun stuff!
Having tried the boba it's pretty good too,
maybe not of the same tier as a teahouse but definitely better than even some boba shops.
I really like boba so trust that when I say it's good it's good.
The spicy chicken is bomb! 100% recommend it, it's what I usually get, the lo mein and fried rice are good too, and I like their orange chicken :)“

“Some people meal prep—I just go to BMC once a week. Every Monday night, on my way to bowling, I swing by for my usual banh mi fix. This place is my go-to for a quick, no-fuss dinner that always hits the spot. They know me here. I walk in and they’re already prepping my usual: beef banh mi, extra veggies, extra jalapeños.
The sandwich is just right—not too big, not too small—perfect for a light dinner. For around $7.75 to $8, it's a great deal. Fresh bread, flavorful beef, good crunch from the veggies. Straightforward, no-frills, and satisfying every time.
The ladies running the place are friendly and fast, and best of all—parking is easy. It’s at the front of Haven City Market, so you can pull in and be out in minutes. As someone who avoids tight parking lots like emotional conversations, I deeply appreciate that.
It’s not a fancy sandwich, but it’s a very good one. If you’re into classic banh mi done right and priced right, this place is worth adding to your regular rotation. I give it a solid 4 stars—and that’s coming from someone who’s there basically every week.“
