We enjoyed the charbroiled pork and lemongrass chicken banh mi - a great value at $6.25 each. The bread had a great crust: thin, very crisp, and flaky. The pickled carrot and daikon added nice texture and brightness, while the raw jalapeños brought the right amount of heat. The egg rolls were also a hit, with a peppery flavor and a crisp outer shell.

Note that this is a grab-and-go spot with a strictly business vibe. The service is efficient, so have your order ready. There is only one small table for snacking and two benches for waiting. They also offer extensive party tray options if you order in advance.

There is plenty of free parking, though the lot gets competitive on weekends due to the nearby Aldi and Lucky Seafood Market.“

“Ike's was just a random find on UberEats, looking for something new and nice while staying here in San Diego; oh boy... they didn't disappoint!

I ordered the Menage A Trois and the Matt Cain sandwichs, and they were both quite nice. They both were ordered with Dutch crunch bread, lettuce, red onion, and tomato.

Both sandwiches meat's were tender and well flavoured, they arrived hot and well wrapped. Truly nothing to complain about, they were both fantastic tasting and the texture beats a lot of other sandwich shops out there.

Be warned, they are quite filling and dense sandwichs, just one was enough to satisfy.

Our server Tessa prepared the rolls wonderfully and the packer Leila ensured they arrived safe and sound.

Would definitely recommend and will eat here again.“

The line was out the door when you arrive during Saturday's lunch rush but we had our food in no time at all. The atmosphere with its turf and play area was nice for families, especially those with young children and those like us with our Collie and Golden Retriever in tow. “This location is convenient for anyone working or living within a four mile radius. There is a full shopping mall here with several eateries and a grocery store. The lot is huge, so plenty of parking, even during holiday season.

This Subway has a couple of women who work the day shift like pros. They make a sandwich like it’s nobody’s business and not once have they ever messed it up. I have busted this store more times than I can count on my fingers and toes, so it’s about time I gave them their props! Way to go girls. I sure hope your manager appreciates you as much as all us customers do!“
