“The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. The place wasn’t busy, and the service was impressively fast. I ordered the Buffalo Ranch Mac and the Pad Thai to go, and both were ready within 10 minutes. The food was tasty and fresh—definitely a great spot if you’re looking for a quick, quality meal to take out. Highly recommended!“

Can you imagine 20 of us, but we never had to ask for another drink, she automatically filled our glasses and she had a smile all the time. “I have been to the 2 Little Tokyo locations and this one is definitely the winner! there’s a huge variety of pastries and things to eat for a quick bite (you might probably have to eat it standing or elsewhere during the weekends since it gets pretty packed and there’s just 3 tables!) but the steamed buns were good!, the matcha mochi wasn’t too sweet so it was perfect, the almond croissant was fine but their specialty is definitely on other pastries! will definitely come back again to try more stuff.“

“Came here for Brioche with ricotta, honey, and pistachio. Got two croissants which were Strawberry & cream and Bacon & onion for togo. For Brioche I requested for honey on the side because I prefer to adjust the sweetness by myself and it was perfectly scrumptious. Millions out of ten! Brioche itself was soft, buttery, and tasty so it complimented very well with ricotta and honey plus a bit crunchy from pistachio. Oh one bite and I was blown away. My taste buds were dancing happily. Let’s talk about croissants. Normally, I tend to like savory croissants more than sweet croissants. However, after I tried both of them, strawberry and cream is the winner. I really like the filling. I’m not sure if it’s mascarpone or something else that went really well with strawberry jam. It’s so freaking good! Bacon and onion croissant was not bad at all but as I stated earlier, strawberry & cream is the winner for me.“

“This place came to the rescue!!! The wedding cake I had made fell over on the long drive. It was a disaster!! Other bakeries near the wedding venue were already closed and others needed at least 48 hour notice… the wedding was happening NOW. I called Sonora Bakery in my final desperate attempt, explained the situation, sent them a picture of the cake and within minutes, they got to work. The cake was delicious and the wedding was saved. Thank you Sonora Bakery…. You have a customer for life!“

“The food here is pretty good. We ordered Pho, sandwich, chicken egg rolls and vermicelli. Take awhile for the food to come out but it’s worth it. Chicken egg rolls are surprisingly taste very like pork egg rolls. Recommend this place if you want to try Vietnamese food in Little Tokyo.“

“I was looking for a great coffee spot and I found one that was on the way.

I had their matcha latte with whole milk and it was delicious. The right flavor and temperature. The place looks like a great spot to pull up a laptop and listen to some good music.

I’d definitely come back again to try their other menu items.“

“What they do have tastes delicious. From the sweet, rich pastries and cakes to the satisfying burritos and mollete, I always love what I have ordered. I can't judge the authenticity and I do wish they had a few more choices different (and healthier?) from their current selection. They do have vegetarian options, although they don't always have them in stock. The drinks also satisfy my coffee cravings.

They have free wifi, but it isn't a place to sit and work for more than a couple of hours, but they have a bathroom for customers.“

“I wanted to try this bakery because I was in the area. It is a small bakery just pick up. There is no seating, but the bakery is clean and pleasant. I met the owner who was friendly and helpful. It was so nice to be able to eat a gluten free, low carb dessert. The items we did purchase were fresh, moist and delicious. It was a bit pricey, but when you like baked goods, and can’t have gluten in it and or are diabetic this is a nice solution.“

Walk to the left of the canopy and walk up the stairs to the "will call" office. Knock on the door until someone answers. They will walk you to the bakery where you can choose and pay for your bread. They take cash and cards. Excellent bread at great prices. I paid $5 for a large loaf of sourdough bread. Would definitely recommend!“

Observing that let's me know that they take care of their coustomers. Another employee asked me if my puppy wanted water. I was in awwwww. Then out of no where a lady in blue approaches & while also loving on Thor, informed me that pets are allowed to eat in the out door area of the restaurant per Management. The kind lady Jackie was management!!! I can't say even due to having Thor with me I was getting special attention because of his 😍. I come in here I didn't know Molly's name @ the time but her positive vibes have not changed. Ms. Jackie helped me & Thor to the car, with my food (which she did not have to do) out of the kindness of her heart! And she gave me some special tips on my knee. LOL. I'm raving about the service, I haven't even talked about my meal. Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp & Butter cake. All was good. Once again Thank you so much ladies.“

“First off, Terrific Customer Service at the Long Beach, CA location! The manager is amazing. So helpful with recommendations when asked, provides great detail, and is so enthusiastic about the incredible menu. Tocaya at 2nd & PCH has lovely, fresh, bright, clean food. The menu is unique and flexible. You get to choose the protein you want, the cheese you want, whether or not you want your dish to be vegan. So many options and super tasty food! My friend really enjoyed the VEGAN Asada & VEGAN Tinga tacos. I loved my Taco Salad with gluten-free, battered & fried mahi-mahi (that was so, so scrumptious) with Queso Fresco. I swapped and got the cilantro lime dressing (instead of the roasted poblano dressing) and my bowl of goodies was delicious. We shared and relished the Street Corn and the (VEGAN) Queso & Chips. We were both shocked to find the Queso was VEGAN; it’s that good! We also tried the vegan Crema, just to check it out — SO yummy. AND the obviously homemade chips were mouthwatering. Tocaya has seasonal Sangria selections, beer, and other interesting drink options. They’ve got indoor and outdoor seating… and I recommend you head over soon!“

Everything is affordable and they have so much to choose from! They have everything you need! My daughter said the donut holes just melted in her mouth. They are so soft, they really do. The flavor of the dough is really good too. Some places taste off or the icing is thin and bland but here, everything tastes perfect, fresh, and flavorful.“

My family and I have followed Chef & Owner Kei since it first started and only had regular priority mail delivery and pickup from a co-op location in Downtown LA. I stopped by after the Montrose Farmers Market, where Sugarbird was before and I believe still is for other Farmers Markets, and Kei herself was managing the store. She was nice and really excited to finally have her own storefront. I got a free tea, free clotted cream, the tea sandwich set, six scones (ube, lemon blueberry, matcha, fig & rosemary, passionfruit & earl grey) and shortbread cookies.“
