“Workers were extremely kind and patient, we took time to decide our slice and he remained patient and smiling, he also gave us the largest slices. They give out free coupons for a drink with an order of 3 slices, the worker gave us an extra large drink instead of a normal size, he was again extremely kind. Great place with amazing atmosphere, highly recommend.“

“I had been craving a sandwich with some good bread. We went right before closing and to my surprise the bread was still fresh, had a slight crisp outside and very soft inside. We loved it so much we went back the next day. Our choices were cold tuna, italian and the brisket sandwiches. All were very good choices. The clam chowder soup was a great compliment to the tuna. My son had the mac-n-cheese he doesn’t eat anyones, but mine, however, he liked it! I plan to go back and try the French Dip next time. ?“

“The San Leandro location has very bad service 😡 on several occasions they have given me the wrong burgers and the worst thing is that they throw everything away

“The drive-through at this location used to be super slow. It's now regular wait times and really great upbeat staff! Dealing with the public can drain you. The young woman who helped me today 1/13/2025 was absolutely above and beyond. If her boss reads this, she has facial piercings around her mouth and dark hair. Please give her an 'atta girl' for great service and human interaction. I think people forget to smile at each other and just say hello.“
