Tasted a little sour almost like they exclusively used the lemon rind and added no sugar. If you're into that, great but I gotta say I was expecting something a little more satisfying. They were out of the sticky buns when we tried to order them so they automatically ordered us the Egyptian. Okay sure, I get it, but maybe ask first lol. The Egyptian was also kind of a let down and reminded me more of a piece of black licorice than a sweet sticky bun. Some artisan food for sure but I think it's a bit overrated.“

The redwoods are magical. The view of the vineyards spectacular. Delicious deli food. “Amazing place to get a bite. I’ve had Spud’s for a few years now. Their clam chowder is the best I’ve ever had. I live 2 hours away, but make sure I get down to bodega bay every few months. The location is awesome, parking can be not great if it’s the weekend and it’s busy. It’s also great they have specials and locally caught seafood. If you haven’t heard of Spud’s then I’m sorry for ya. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone.“

“Down to earth hospitality. Every employee there is so kind (offering to take photos, helping you understand the options and events, and making sure things are right). The pours are generous, but those sandwiches are amazing! I recommend stopping here for the history, the brandy, the still wine (yes they make still wine!), and the market! Not to mention, their patio is surrounded by redwood trees!“

“One of the most beautiful golf courses I've ever seen or played, staffed by some of the nicest people I've ever met at a golf course. My only regret is that I don't live nearby, so I can't come here 3 times a week. If you told me I could golf at Augusta for the same price, I'd do it, but I'd still love Northwood more.“

We sampled a few wines & got a bottle to enjoy as we sat taking in the beautiful view of the evening. Pet friendly we had our puppers & they brought out a bowl of water for her. Had the place to ourselves & it was absolutely dreamy.“

“My friend and I shared a wine tasting which consisted of three small glasses of tasting size. You get to pick the three wines that you want. Not a huge selection., but works. We decided to eat there and I got the crabcakes which were pretty tasty a spicy sauce on top, and there were bell peppers and with the crabcakes. My friend got salmon with the skin was very crispy which he likes but the inside was too rare and he had to ask them to cook it more. It came back, still a bit too rare, and we fed that to the seagulls….The couscous salad that came with it was the best thing of all. I would not run back there but if you’re hungry and in that exact area, it’s a convenient place to grab a bite to eat. They have a couple of different patios outside, and the staff was very friendly. The one remark my friend said was that if they’re going to leave the salmon that raw like they said they usually do, they should ask people how they like it cooked. He loves sushi, but it was too rare for him being that it was salmon. It was a great day to get away from the high heat of Sonoma. We went from the 90s to the 60s wearing a jacket. He had never gone by the school house from Alford Hitchcock The Birds, so we did that on the way out.“

“Wow! What a gem! If you are looking for outstanding chowder, you have to try Ginochio’s Kitchen. Best chowder we have had in California. The owner is a sweetheart who knows everything about the town of Bodega Bay.
Huge parking lot with lots of spots. Clean restrooms. Food comes out quick and piping hot.
We finally got to try their breakfast burritos and they did not disappoint. Huge and filled with delicious pulled pork.
We will definitely be back soon!“

“This small little family restaurant in Bodega bay serves up authentic Mexican fare. They did not have a vegan menu per de but the helpful person who waited on us came up with options . After being to two other places in town this was a great option“

“I hesitate to write a review of this place, because I don't want to see it get crowded. Fabulous chowder. Much better than that other place down the street. Very seldom crowded. Friendly and helpful staff. Sandwiches are great too. Highly recommended!“

“We stopped in on a Tuesday for lunch. We were seated promptly. Server was very nice, took our drinks order and then our food order.
Wifey had steak fries, I had the fisherman's stew and a cup of clam chowder start
Chowder came out, it was good, crispy bacon on top, plenty of clams, good flavor. It came with a piece of delicious bread with garlic butter. Yum!
Entrees came out shortly after, my wife's steak looked good, the sauce on it was great. She said it was cooked correctly and really enjoyed it
My Fisherman's stew was the bomb, tons of seafood and the Creole broth was spicy and very flavorful, plus two more pieces of garlic bread. I thoroughly enjoyed it
We definitely enjoyed ourselves and will be back

“This place is outstanding! I had the Mexican mocha. It was so creamy and delicious. I’m literally asking myself why I go to SBUX. I had the big breakfast burrito. Was enough for me and my daughter. I love that they grill the burrito. Reminds me of home. (Texas) We had black iced coffee. Very good flavor. Hot chocolate was so good too. My husband had the 2 sunny side up eggs on sourdough. We love coming to Guerneville on the weekends to kayak. And now we have an excellent coffee and breakfast stop! Thank you ladies, for a wonderful experience. Will see you again, real soon.“

“We love this place! The food is ALWAYS good; the service is always good, and we love that there is always a good band playing and we get to dance! Our first waiter was Ben and oh how we loved him so we always asked for him when we would go in. Sadly, Ben moved out of the area but then we got Danny! Another fantastic server and now we always ask for her! Can't vouch for the other servers but my guess would be that they are all good! Susie is the owner, and she is wonderful! She always mingles with her guests and even gets many of them up dancing! I hope she knows how much her regulars appreciate her! I'm so glad we found this place because we do not live out there. We live in Santa Rosa, and I must say it is always worth the trip out there for a great evening!“

“Great local hangout with outdoor seating on the River!. This is a must stop for those hot days on the Russian River. It was 93 today, but the shade with a river breeze was comfortable on the deck. They have a good selection of house brews with daily specials and a few mixed cocktails. Bar food is available, it's the normal fair. Great quality, you won't be disappointed.“
