The location is awesome, parking can be not great if it’s the weekend and it’s busy. It’s also great they have specials and locally caught seafood. If you haven’t heard of Spud’s then I’m sorry for ya. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone.“

We did a tasting flight afterwards (you select any 4 glasses from a selected list for $15). We recommend eating at the Korbel delicatessen & market here - our Korbel Kobb salad and Gardener sandwich were phenomenal! We enjoyed our champagne flight and lunch out on the large, multilevel outdoor deck with a view of the vineyard. We liked the small but well appointed gift shop & made a few nice purchases here as well.

As far as the wines are concerned, I had 6 + 1 2019 from the Library. The differences in profile and taste were striking and with such a beautiful view and setting, it is impossible not to like the wines.

Personnally the Wendling Block E Pinot Noir pleased me the best but Charles Heitz vineyard was a damm fine wine as well !

Bocce in the courtyard, pups on site, a water view among the vines. The balcony was shaded with umbrellas allowing the sun to warm the soul. The wines are part of the Wilson family, and we were so pleased with all of the pinot noirs. We could have spent the entire afternoon there.“
