“Many who dine out know about the chicken sandwich craze which spread across the nation several years ago. From gourmet style to fast-food many eateries jumped in to offer their take. Le Coupe is no sleeper and from what I experienced ranks in the top of fried chicken with a twist. Many rave about Memphis style chicken and they should but Le Coupe uses its Louisiana Cajun heritage to make it a "must stop." Their sandwich is exceptional. If you're looking for basic fried chicken, this is NOT YOUR SPOT. Instead you will be treated to fried chicken drenched in a tasty hot, honey style sauce that is the perfect complement. The quality of the sandwich shines as while the chicken is superbly prepared, the bun, the slaw, the pickles take it to a new level. Some might raise an eyebrow over the $15 cost but again, this a'int fast food as you get what you pay for. Moving on, the rib of corn is so basic it's hilarious to mention. But, boy have they hit it out of the park with this appetizer. Ribs of corn are drenched in a mayonnaise chili sauce that makes it a very addictive dish. For $11, worth the experience. The potato salad (made with red potatoes) is fresh made (like the other items), very tasty and a nice presentation by being topped off with fresh chives. The drinks are another hit. Everything is freshly made. The lemonade was tasty and you could taste the quality. Again, at $6, you get what you pay for. LeCoupe is a tiny venue but cozy enough for several chairs, as well as a few outside. Everything is made from scratch but your order comes at a quick pace. Western and Melrose is a busy intersection, so the parking on Western can be tight so you will need some patience or street-smarts. Le Coupe has earned my business so if you're having the taste for some uniquely fried chicken (thighs or tenders) you can't go wrong with them. Price points may appear high but worth it based on the quality your receive.“
“This place was on point... I have been following them from Florida.... waiting to come see my son in LA, so I could check them out.... Everything was above my expectations.... the snap of the dogs.... the spice of the hot link.... the chili was really tasty and great add on the dog.... Great job to the staff and even got to meet mom... a beautiful woman with lots of stories and spirt for life.... “My absolute favorite place to go. Very attentive excellent staff, we love them all. Marc is the greatest. We feel like we’re home there. Very flavorful, satisfying food and large portions! What a fantastic beer selection. The Cali creamin is my favorite. Outstanding whiskey and tequila selection as well. And I love how they advise you on what drinks to pair with your choice of food. What a great happy hour menu, and we love their specialty drinks! We will continue to come back to the Morrison establishment. Until next time!“
“service is always incredible (shout out to the amazing staff who deal with so much and yet remain so warm, positive, and friendly) but in my humble opinion (as an east coast girlie) the fries are literally middd and animal style does not help. shakes are delicious and while im not a huge burger fiend i can always count on a double double :)Vegetarian options: you could always get a grilled cheese on two buns if you’re freaky like that ?Dietary restrictions: they always have the protein style burger if you are looking to cut out the carbs and extra unfulfilling calories!!Kid-friendliness: fast food tends to always perform well with a younger crowd although its nutritional value for tiny growing humans is debatable…“
“I was a customer when they were still with their food truck so when I found out they opened a restaurant near my work I was very excited. My coworkers and I order at least once a week from here breakfast and lunch. Portions and prices are excellent and food tastes great too can't ask for much more especially in this neighborhood where options are incredibly limited. I think you should all check them out.“
“Best burger I’ve ever had. Was in the area and looked at some lists for can’t miss places with Amboy coming up. No line like the chicken place next door but this burger was so good I’m glad there wasn’t one driving me away. Will make the special trip any time I’m remotely close by. Absolute perfection.“

This waist time which we are evaluated on. The junior staff drummed their fingers waiting for the next thing to do instead of putting my order together.“
