The gorgeous rainforest boho-chic design paired and the captivating global music that's played create a very romantic and magical environment. The food is delicious and so artfully prepared that I often find myself pausing mid-conversation just to savor what I'm eating (and looking at). The staff is warm, helpful and consistently welcoming. Meteora is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the world.“

“Not a big fan of sitting on the side of street where people walk by and you intake that fumes coming from all these traffic. Got to sit inside by the bar, the food here is okay, but a bit pricey for what it's worth. Been to many affordable to very expensive sushi places in the U.S. and in Asia, this place is more IG/social media friendly picturesque place than an actual sushi/sashimi place. Not much nigiri/sashimi choices. Not a big fan of places that sell pre-made canned alcohol with an extreme markup.“

I had ordered four tacos: Masala Birria, Tinga Masala Chicken (by recommendation), Pibil Chicken, and the potato (Mexican potato substitution), along with a side of Mom's Beans and seasoned Cauliflower. Food is stellar and there are both British and American options on the menu. The display of motorcycles creates a fun atmosphere. There is a shop, barber, tattoo parlour, and display room for motorcycles as well as many other places to hang out here. Must visit if you are an auto or motorcycle enthusiast while in LA“

“My family came here before, and loved it so much they made us drive 1 hour 10 through LA traffic to come again. All vegetarian (some contain eggs, clearly marked), mostly vegan. First class food. The best was the Vege Fish with Pine Nuts; but even the Chopped Mustard with Tofu Skin was excellent. The other tables were all filled with Chinese people - it looks popular. “It was even better than I remember. I had the catfish po boy, chicken & waffles. The French bread, remoulade sauce & generous seasoning of the fish were delicious. I would definitely not consider myself a grits fan but the fried cinnamon sugar grits…so good. I can definitely post photos of empty boxes but other than that ??‍♀️. “The signature dish is the crab in sauce, which comes in medium and large sizes. medium is two crabs with two bowls of rice, and large is three crabs. Compared with other Korean restaurants, the sauce crab taste is mild, and it will not be salty enough to explode in the middle of the meal and cannot continue to eat. The crab is fresh, not fishy, and the meat is firm, not squishy. The crab meat is also very full, the crab legs are full, there is no empty shell crab. The sea urchin rice is a little smaller but the sea urchin is enough. regular sea urchins are not particularly sweet, but they are fresh and worth the price. The sea urchin Rice bowl combo will be served with steamed eggs, runny eggs and two prawns in sauce. Raw marinated salmon rice is amazing to me. The salmon is marinated just enough to be flavorful, but not overly salty. The portions are generous. You can eat two bites of each piece of salmon.“

They also came with daal and a special dish with garbanzo beans, rice, and whatever naan you chose. We also ordered cocktails. Mine was a spicy margarita and his was a Punjabi mango frozen cocktail. Both were very good. We also had chai with dinner and it was delicious. The server was very nice and gave us a gratis dessert of very sweet donuts in sauce.“

“We have been going to Horses ever since they opened since it’s right in our neighborhood. The most friendly staff with a big shout out to Amanda. The most amazing craft cocktails and absolutely delicious food. I think we’ve almost tried everything on the menu and have not been disappointed once. Can be hard to get a reservation, but we usually get there at 5:15 and are able to sit at the bar with no problem.“

“Was super happy with our dinner at Hippo. Every dish was delicious. The brussel sprouts and cauliflower starters had excellent flavors. All the pastas we tried had incredible depth of flavor without being overly heavy or greasy. The hippo rolls and table focaccia were excellent and the chicken thighs were to die for. Only thing that was lackluster was the passion fruit gelato. Fun vibe, lots of seating, and great service!“

Our service person, Nicole, delivered a well detailed explanation of favz from the menu. The patio was a great space. I look forward to dining indoors in the future.
