“In July of this year we celebrated our 60 th wedding anniversary by booking their side room.for a dinner party. Carlos , manager , was so helpful in planning menu and each guests could order thatvnite with everyone menu. We had choice of 2 salads, 5 entrees and 2 desserts. Our guests all raved about food and service. There was a table with appetizers for guests as they arrived and presented so nicely. Couldn’t have been happier and we were not charged for the room which several other places wanted to charge for just room. My daughter in law was able to go over that Saturday morning to decorate and put all flower arrangements in the tables. It looked amazing. Can’t say enough good things about the evening. “Lovely staff in a non-stuffy little restaurant. We ate outside, in front off the street. The tasting menu was excellent - inventive, delicious. The food came a bit fast, but as soon as I asked them to slow it down, pacing was excellent. Highly recommend. I would go back for that short rib yakiniku, the crispy pork belly, the char grilled sugar snap peas, and the bread!“

“First time here - my friend and I met in the area and decided to enter out of whim (we drove in 2hrs+ and Redwood is our meeting place). I had Matcha Hojicha latte and it's GOOD!! I was pleasantly surprised! I was able to adjust sweetness & ice, and dairy option available. Their drinks are crafted drinks and mine has many layered to it. I like that they used the matcha as a foam/topper. This is my new fave place. Too bad we don't have one in the area. @ Tong Sui - please open one in Livermore/Tracy/Brentwood area. This place doesn't accept cash but has online order and store pick up or use their kiosk. Tap pay or swipe are available here as well.“

Less hype than some of the nearby restaurants with much better food, for a much better price, with much better service. We're already looking forward to our next visit.“

“The Cheeseburger was good & juicy. I want to commend the service of the Lady with the Star Tattoo. By mistake I threw away my partial tooth. Didn't realize it until I made it home in Richmond (40 miles away). Drove back to All Star Burger & experienced the Amazing Service of the Lady with the Star Tattoo. She put on gloves & went threw every piece of trash & found my partial tooth at the bottom. She never complained, would not let me help & keep a smile on her face. I tried paying her but she politely refused. Like I said Amazing Service!!!“

“The high reviews caught my eye. One thing to note is that the food though delicious was a bit too salty. We ordered like 7 dishes to share with 7 people family style but half of the dishes were just way too salty, even for my tastes when I personally enjoy heavily-salted foods. It could be a one-off but I also submitted this review for the free desserts (which is very nice and not too sweet).

Aside from that I would definitely give this restaurant a try again in the future if I hear that their salt levels were better balanced and accounted for.“

“We went to Fashion Wok only to discover that it has become part of Home Eat and moved to the corner of the same street. There are a lot on the menu, with some catered more for non Chinese. We ordered the half lamb hot pot, it was tasty and had generous portion that came with a small side dish of tofu, vermicelli and vegetables. We recommend this dish and would suggest skipping the set lunch that seems to be more for non Chinese.“

“I've been wanting to go to this place for a while now. Everytime I search for a place with best coffee near my work, this always pops up. I finally had the pleasure of going here, and it wasn't too busy.
The person who took my order was super nice and helpful in narrowing down items to try. Everything here is made to order, so they do recommend using the app. Especially if you are in a hurry.
I ordered:

1. Vietnamese coffee with salted cream: Surprisingly, this was a little sweet to me. I do recommend sipping it, instead of drinking it through a straw to get the full flavor.

2. Croffle w/ nutella: This was crispy and chewy. The nutella gave it a messy yumminess

3. Egg, cheese, and bacon croissant: This was delicious and surprisingly it didn't have that greasy oily feeling. It is very hearty.

4. Perfect green smoothie: My co-worker loved this and found it very delicious. Perfect balance of all the items.

The cesar salad was dressed to perfection served on a chilled plate w/shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano.. Delish! My short rib ravioli special was exactly what I was hoping for. Hand made in house pasta baked to perfection. My wife had the sacchettto vegi pasta pocket stuffed w/vegis . The red sauce had tremendous flavor... and perfect to mop up with the bread. 🤪...
