The quality and character of the tacos are heavenly as the ingredients are most flavorfully and adeptly concocted, though perhaps most delightful was the perfectly blended and topped salsa which was a complimentary treasure and thrill to devour. This lovely street taco haven enlivened by profuse vegetation and most lovely service, is an imperative institution in Redwood City.“

There was a huge diversity of options. Saw there was a Mochi fish tofu then ? it was very interesting. Got pretty much everything I wanted. There was even a sauce bar. Only complaint is that the soup base was slightly salty

“Evvia was wonderful! We were there for an occasion dinner, and it was a terrific evening. The service was excellent- great timing, nothing rushed. The food was excellent- particularly the wood fired whole fish served with delicious vegetables- but everything was great including the octopus appetizer. We ate outside and loved the ambiance. We will return here next time in Palo Alto- a great experience.“

“I probably ordered the wrong thing. I got their matcha drink with coconut milk since they seem to be known for coconut, but. I don't think those two flavors mix together at all. Also tried the mango mochi pudding which was okay, and the mango drink which was good. Probably my fault since I don't like coconut that much. If you love coconut, you'll like this place.“

“I’ve been a huge fan of Craft Roots for 5 years and visit the restaurant in Morgan Hill every time I’m nearby that area. They recently decided to try a “ghost kitchen” model in Sunnyvale. I’m generally a skeptic of delivery-only restaurants, but am joyful in this case that Craft Roots is expanding in any form. And what I’ve had by take-out or delivery is just as good as the food from the brick and mortar location“

As a huge coconut fan, I felt like the addition of flavors like strawberry or vanilla made it taste a bit too western for my liking, taking away from the authentic coconut flavor I enjoy. While the concept is creative, the execution didn’t quite hit the mark for me.

Pricing: The pricing definitely felt a bit high for what you get. While the desserts are decent, I don’t think they justify the cost, especially considering the size and flavor profile of the dishes.

Service: The service, however, was great. The staff were helpful and friendly, offering suggestions and answering questions with a smile. They made the experience much more pleasant, and I appreciate their attentiveness.

Excellent service from all staff, very good, hot, fresh food & beautiful location in downtown Sunnyvale! Parking in the back open complex gets full but across the street in the parking structure there's plenty of parking there.

Home Eat is best known for tasty chicken dishes, I would never recommend beef dishes. Their Mongolian Beef isn't good at all.

Today's fare (large portions!);
-Mapo Tofu: delicious and NO sugar added, as it should be
-General Tso's Chicken w.broccoli florets: delicious, sweet, with a tiny bit of heat
-A. Choy stir fried bok choy: ok, but their eggplant and string beans is much tastier
-Sesame Chicken: very good, sweet, no heat
-Kungpao Chicken: absolutely delicious, perfect flavor
-Cumin Lamb: only for those who love cumin
-Grandma Curry Wok: just ok
-Egg Yolk Fried Chicken Wings, like 12+ pieces: no. Smelled like egg yolk, was fresh but didn't taste good, wouldn't reorder or recommend
-Spicy Pepper Fried Chicken Wings, also 12+ pieces, also fresh but not tasty at all and also not one bit spicy.

Service: this place has minimal interaction with servers as every table has a QR code to order food and pay when you order.
