“Stopped in for a late lunch and witnessed the GM, Philip, handle an erratic and aggressive customer with calm and utmost professionalism. He apologized to us for the incident, although clearly he was not responsible for that person's rude behavior. We had delicious sandwiches and enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere. We WILL be back!“

“It was a busy morning and the receptionist alarmed us that service would be slow, I wonder if they could solve that by hiring more personnel. The waitstaff was very professional and nice. The food was good, it was all a very nice athmosphere.“

“I'm not much of a gambler but my dad was a frequent visitor when he was alive. So in his honor on his birthday we had dinner at one of the restaurants. Ordered one of Dad's signature dishes that I miss, meatloaf. Although not like dads it was tasty and good size slice. Everyone enjoyed their dishes as well. Our waitress was very friendly and responsive which made Dads birthday celebration that much nicer. Maybe a new tradition!“

Garlic Parm Burger - Half Pound patty, candied jalapeño bacon, swiss, garlic aioli, arugula, tomato, brioche bun, parmesean crisp - Served w Fries. Absolute 🔥! Our Server "Jordan" was awesome too.“

“I had the pleasure of visiting Cali BBQ while staying in the area. There wasn't a wait to be seated which was nice. My server was very polite, attentive and helpful. When I visit a bbq place for the first time I usually try their brisket. If you can't do great brisket then you should just close up shop. Cali's brisket was easily one of the best briskets I have ever had. Tender with a smoke that was on point. I had the sandwich but if I am ever lucky enough to get back to Spring Valley my plan is to order the plate. I chose Mac &Cheese as a side and it was very nicely done. Such excellent food!! I liked that I could sit and watch one of the TVs if I wanted to but ignoring them was possible too. The vibe was very inviting and comfortable. I look forward to visiting again!“

Drinks were generous, tasty and chilled and the server was phenomenal. She was friendly, sweet and efficient. She kept a close eye on our drinks and check in with us a number of times to see that we had all that we needed. A delightful lunch.“
