“Swami's atmosphere was relaxed, casual, and inviting. Their menu options were so plentiful with a great variety, and all of their portion sizes were more than generous for all eight of our dishes, from the waffles to the burgers. Their space was large and spacious and good for small and large group sizes.“

“My team came here for a post-work dinner outing a few months ago but the experience was so delightful that I’m still reminiscing about it today. I believe our server was Henry and he was absolutely excellent! He had a wonderful personality and perfect customer service skills. The food and menu were crafted with care and the ambiance was perfect. I highly recommend the Pony Room and the Rancho Valencia.

“Delicious food and drink! I’m from out of town but visit San Diego regularly. I always look forward to eating at Karl Strauss Brewing Co. One of my favorite meals is the black bean burger. It’s so delicious - tastes as good as a regular burger to me. So much flavor. The service is great and employees are friendly. I’m usually by myself so I eat at the bar and they sometimes offer samples of beers that compliment my meal. Looking forward to my next visit! 😋“

“iI you are looking for a fun atmosphere with yummy food and drinks, this is your place. This was our impromtu date night and we will be back. We had riesling, beer, spicy chicken wings, garlic noodles, and the yummiest over baked and glazed brussels sprouts. To top it off, we ordered the bread pudding cream brulee and I must say the flavors of the vanilla ice cream, bread pudding, chocolate, and creme brulee all melts in your mouth. get ready for a party 🥳 in your mouth. Highly recommended.“

“One of our special date night places when in the San Diego area. Outdoor seating is great and food is wonderful. Rancho Santa Fe in the evening is quiet and you can just have a nice conversation over dinner.“

“Their chicken and carne asada are some of the best around in all of San Diego. Love their food and how they cook it fresh over a open flame and charcoal. You can definitely taste the difference. Highly recommend, the restaurant has this homely vibe that is welcoming.“

“What a great restaurant at the Bernardo Winery. It's the perfect place to meet up with friends for lunch before walking around the cute winery and do some shopping in the boutiques on site.

There are lots of outdoor tables to choose from and most are shaded. It opens at 11am and it was busy soon after. We went on a weekday too.
You can get wines from the tasting room or delicious coffee from Manzanita next door.

You order from the counter and your food will be delivered to your table. Everything we had was delicious though the pizza was a little on the burnt side from the wood fired oven.

Parking: There are two small parking lots and plenty of street parking.“
