They consolidated the older menu when they took over ownership and are making small changes to the atmosphere inside but it is DELISH!“

“Our first time at Yuki and I was honestly impressed. We came in 45min before closing for a last minute dinner. Instead of driving down the hill to the bigger name sushi restaurant we thought we would give Yuki a try and the staff greeted us with open arms. The sushi was tasty, the prices were great, the waitress was friendly and we will be coming back. Hopefully a lot earlier than right before they close.“

I opted for the signature ramen, “shiro ramen” a spine-tingling favorite. The broth was rich and deeply savory, with layers of umami that could awaken even the most dormant of bones. Each slurp brought a satisfying warmth that sent shivers down my… well, you get the idea. The noodles were perfectly chewy, a delightful contrast to my otherwise brittle frame. I appreciated how they held onto the broth, ensuring each bite was flavorful. The toppings—a generous scattering of green onions and a perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg—were visually appealing and added a delightful texture. For a skeleton, the highlight was undoubtedly the marrow-infused broth, which was rich enough to make me almost forget my lack of flesh. It was comforting in a way that transcended the corporeal. “Delicious! The waitress in the evening is so sweet I didn’t catch her name. Long dark hair. Junior I think is a manager he’s so nice also. We have been there a couple times now and will continue to go back. The lady in the back we overheard her being a little sassy but maybe that’s her personality type. Ide suggest if someone isn’t doing something correctly being a little quieter when reprimanding because your customers can overhear you speaking. The food is absolutely delicious.“

Good texture for ochazuke if they ever decide to go there 😃. Soup was perfect. Salad was your typical iceberg lettuce with standard dressing. I could've skipped the salad altogether. “Nice hibachi place. They don't inertact with you to much. Fried rice is always great. Wish the meat had more seasoning.
The jalepeno pepperfin. Had a great smokey flavor. They take pictures of groups and hang them on the walls.“

“I come here more than I should probably admit. The sushi is always fresh, and the service is just as good. These days I usually grab takeout since I work on the road, but every time I pass by, my car somehow pulls into their lot on its own (very bizarre).

Everything I have tried has been great. One tip, if you like a little kick, ask for jalapenos on your roll. You will not be disappointed.“
