“Prime is a really good pizza spot on the Westside that my partner and I always hit up when we’re flying out of LAX, sooo good! It’s a chain with spots all over, except in the Inland Empire.
But this time, the service was kind of a mess. We had a new server, which is totally fine — I’m usually pretty patient — but they were really ignoring us, like just not paying attention. C’mon, bruh!

We ordered a white slice, a meatball hoagie, and lemon pepper wings with ranch. To wash it all down, I had a white ale from Avery Brewing Co. The food was still fire, but the service definitely needs some work.“

“I've lived in Gundo for a long time. This location has been many restaurants. Naturally. I've eaten and support ALL the local pizza joints. But I've never been here... Last time I was here was when it opened as JustaPizza. Eating this 2 slice combo and drink here... $9 for 1 toping each slice with a drink(big slices)... But I got 2 toppings today?... Wow. So delish. So so crispy bottom crust. And just look at the pic. You get A LOT of toppings.Had the submarine sub last time. This place is great. Wish I supported it sooner.The owner is great. Nice. “For this yankee, the pizza was as close as it gets to any NY style pizza! The crust was perfectly thin (not too thin), the sauce had just the right amount of sweetness and the cheese had a good bite. The service was neighborhood friendly. The young men working knew the teens coming in. They were all pretty down to earth and polite. To too off the experience, very affordable!“

Absolutely worth the wait but definitely recommend getting a reservation if you can.

We ended up sitting outside which excluded us from getting any alcoholic beverages which was fine because we got drunk on pizza!

We split a Caesar salad, pickled vegetable appetizer, and ordered two pizzas for three people. It was more than enough food and we polished off the meal by splitting a tiramisu. It was define!

The dough really was the star of the show here with a soft chewy texture at the center, but a crispy crust.

I definitely wanna come back and sit at the bar as I’m sure it’s fun to watch them make the pies as you’re enjoying them.“

“Truly incredible. I found out about this place from the LA food podcast, and it really delivered. It looks like a hole in the wall, but you walk in and are greeted by music and delicious smells. The staff are very attentive and nice and our pizza was warmed up quickly. It was fun being there, we got to see the pizza getting made and someone shaking bread and pesto in a bucket. The actual pizza was delicious. Even the cheese pizza was so so flavourful and had such a good texture. Definitely will be coming back!“

“Anyone that says the positive reviews are fake are jaded. Genuinely the best pizza I’ve had in LA, and the family that run it are wonderful, warm and hardworking people. I don’t think you have to compare it to NY pizza, it’s just standalone good—and you can tell a lot of care went into it. The quality and price is also great compared to other spots that charge $30+ for a pie. Sure it’s near the station, but there’s a parking lot you can quickly just stop in to pick up. It’s our new go-to pizzeria moving forward, and we’re happy to be able to support such a gem.“

“A small pizza shop serving big, delicious New York style pies. It's right on the corner + the parking is in the back. Street parking too. They make medium-thin crusted pizzas, perfectly baked to be crispy/chewy that pizza should be. They are generous with toppings so create your favorite or order one of their specialty pizzas. I got the Meat Lovers one with pepperoni, Italian sausage + shaved ham + it just melted in your mouth with flavor. My BF loved it. I also ordered a cheese pizza with garlic + fresh basil which was so good! The fresh basil was amazing on it. They lay on the sauce + cheese nicely too, no skimping here. They offer all the usual toppings plus include Parmesan cheese + hot pepper for take-outs. Couple tables inside and nice patio with tables outside. Friendly service too! I also like how their Large pizza is actually large! So many places have shrunk their pizza sizes so that a Large is really medium-sized now most everywhere else, which is not fair. THIS place has true old school pizzas at reasonable prices that are worth the trip.“

“Steve the owner is a great guy so full of life and a smile that shines as bright as the sun. He's friendly and full of joy and you will be too. They only sell full pies that are extra large in size. I got the pepperoni pizza with sausage and it was amazing and it cost me $35 and worth it. I also got one of his meatballs and were so full of flavor and the marinara sauce was so fresh and tasty. He only serves on Friday's from 12pm to 7pm in the parking lot of a local church. This will not be the last time I go there! ;)“

My boyfriend introduced me to this little gem a few years ago and I can honestly say any other pizza I try since doesn't come close to the amazing taste that Jack's pizza makes. We're lucky enough to live 3 minutes away from this place, so we usually pick up and bring the pie home, but it's always piping hot and perfection every time. Their dow comes from NY. The taste is unlike any other in town. “The luxury of a day-off was certainly having time for great brunch. Vicky's All Day made it to the choice of the day. The outer appearance didn't really do justice in telling how cute the interior was. My friend well described it like a contemporary American diner.

We came around 11 which I thought was the right time as it's exactly before the crowd started to hit. Unfortunately though, took like good 45 minutes before we got our foods delivered and we did have to ask for couple of times as we're starving.

The Roasted Cauliflower appetizer came in much bigger size than we thought, making it surely worth the price. It sounded simple but well-seasoned and came in soft texture. The pairing sauce, which I thought was tahini-based just pleasantly complemented it.

I got their Lox Toast and my friend got the Breakfast Sandwich, and if we forgot the waiting time for a sec, we're both pleased by our dishes. The salmon was generously served on top of the sourdough and it's just simple pairing with cream cheese and capers but I enjoyed it. The boiled egg also came at the precise doneness level I fancied.

My friend's Breakfast Sandwich equally nailed it with beautiful trio of folded egg, cheese, and thick cut bacon. The idea of serving it with french toast certainly elevated this meal.

If you're seeking for filling breakfast or brunch menu, Vicky's doubtlessly your go-to. I just hope they could improve the serving time.
