And seeing the menu in print certainly validated our sleuthy intuition. \nThe food was very good and beautifully presented, no argument there. But over $200 before tip with one starter, two entrees and one dessert felt overpriced to me. Portions were sized well - they seemed small but were satisfying and we didn’t leave hungry. \nThe music was also a bit too loud, although I connected to the playlist. \nOverall a decent experience. I wouldn’t necessarily revisit, but would recommend with the cost caveat.“

“My husband and I usually go during happy hour for their poke nachos and crispy brussel sprouts but have tried a few other things. Everything we've tried has been delicious but occasionally varies in preparation quality. We went on March 18th and ordered the poke nachos but they were not as good. The portion was a lot smaller than usual, so we decided to order another one. The second one came out great (I included a picture of the one prepared correctly) and that's when we realized they left off ingredients from the first one sent. They were still good but it was interesting that the two plates were that different. We didn't mention this to our waiter and I'm sure they would have been accommodating but maybe plates should be checked for quality before they're delivered?

Another note, we usually sit at the bar but we got a table the last time since the bar was packed. We were obviously fine with this but the cleanliness was extremely lacking. The menus had food on them and greasy fingerprints. I'm also not sure why the booths are never wiped down?? The tables are cleaned but the food just lands on the seats. Then you're wondering what else isn't cleaned, look around, and notice all the other spots that aren't wiped down. So gross.“

“What a find! I'm not in the habit of writing reviews but after a recent “Spaghetti Sunday” at The Georgian Room I find myself wanting to share this win. So rare to find a restaurant that delivers on both feel and flavor. Standouts were - (expertly executed) martini, crunchy/buttery/ herby garlic bread, perfectly punchy/ tangy/creamy + bright Caesar, made with crisp little gem lettuce, spaghetti and meatballs, just the kind you want - perfectly cooked pasta, straightforward meatballs in a traditional and tasty, comforting sauce. The service was top tier (warm and attentive). Such fun to be in room full of people enjoying delicious food together in a beautiful setting!“

“I used to come here often and decided to try it again. I was definitely ordering a Philly cheesesteak. They have 3 different cheese option but I went with the yellow cheese. It used to be serviced on a larger roll but this time it was more like a skinny baguette. They were also light on the cheese. Still gave them 4 stars since the meat was tasty, bread was fresh and service was quick.“

We ordered the prime rib, broccoli and French onion soup. For the price, I would rate the steak 8.5/10. The service and ambiance of the restaurant was great. “We had such a wonderful dining experience at Ruth's Chris. Our waitress, Alisha, was absolutely amazing—her recommendations were spot on and everything we tried was delicious. The entire staff went above and beyond, checking in on us throughout the evening and making sure everything ran smoothly. I especially appreciated how thoughtfully the courses were spaced out. “From the moment my daughter and I walked in, we were greeted cheerfully. It took a moment for a waiter to show himself, but I was really impressed when he took our 'specialized ' order for appetizers and drinks without writing it down. Very fast service. He gave us enough time to enjoy the appetizers before coming to ask about entrees. When asked about certain cuts of steak, he was very knowledgeable on each one and how the taste would be. These again were not written down but perfectly delivered. When I asked him for suggestions on the cheesecake dessert, he was extremely helpful with informing us what he, himself, had tried as well as thoughts on other cheesecakes other patrons had eaten. His recommendations were a thousand percent on point. (Some servers seem to listen but they don't really...this guy did and was simply fantastic). He was very situationally aware and seemed to know when my daughter or I needed him (great technique). He provided a bag of things that I had ordered to go right as we were finishing up our cheesecake. There was no rush. We finished our drinks as he provided the bill. Our waiter took the bill and payment, was gone for maybe 2 minutes, said thank you with a smile and left to let us totally finish up and prepare to leave. I know that I am not by any means the best tipper...but I waitressed myself in younger years and my server blew me away. On a check, I gave him $40 on the credit card and then another $40 in cash. I'm not bragging about it. But I am saying that he did such a wonderful job that he deserve a big tip. (It was only my daughter and I) I think this young man definitely deserved a large tip. The Cheesecake Factory - a beautiful place with fantastic servers and hostess's. (At least at the Northridge mall.) Thank you again for the beautiful good and the exceptional service! (Can't remember the servers name....possibly Charles?!?😂 )“
