“Staff was super friendly and polite, quiet little burger joint with quality food, the burger was better than in n out the patties are kind of thin. Krinkle cut fries were decent and they serve more than enough! Someone said this was better than sequoia burger and right down the road however I’d rate this burger a 4 compared to the full 5 star sequoia burger in comparison“

“The burgers are delicious, and the fries, especially the sizes are great. I suggest Cajun Fries and Sequioa Chicken with mustard. However, anything on their wide menu is really good, so dont hesitate to try something new!“

“There was a problem with the app not working correctly so the manager gave me my meal and said that they would get the money later and when I got home I had an email saying that the whole thing had been canceled, so, I need to go back and pay him $8.28. And a 100% will do that the next time I leave Cloverdale. That was beyond excellent customer service!“

“I was very impressed with this location for a couple of reasons.
First, when we got our drinks I unloaded the tray and left one drink in the tray. I went to move the tray and I dumped a soda completely upside down in between my lap and the center console. We all expected the lid to pop off and create a mess everywhere, but it was securely on and there was only a single drop of liquid that spilled out!
Secondly, I tried to order something that I found online, but they did not sell it in the Restaurant. The person taking my order suggested an alternative that sounded delicious so I went with it. It had two patties. I ordered it without a bun and when we got our food I thought they had forgotten it because I was expecting it in a box with a fork and knife. Turns out they took the two patties and put all of the toppings in the middle and wrapped it up like a burger. It was so simple, but had never had one made like this before. I was so impressed with the care that they took with our meal overall. It was very enjoyable experience.“

“The staff at this location are a lot nicer and friendly mannered. The one in healdsburg it's unfortunate the experience with staff and management are rude but this establishment has been a great experience every time so the travel is worth it.“

“Compared to another Burger King I’ve been to, this one stands out a lot. It is very clean, the atmosphere is pleasant and well maintained, and the customer service is excellent. “You're drive thru line is not customer friendly. Big overgrown fern on the left that rubs against your car and overwatered hedge plants on the right shooting water on your car from that side. If you've ordered for more than two people, there's a good chance you'll have to go around and park in one of them four walking spots. And of course first you have to be able to get into them because where you come out of the drive-thru is right where the parking is.“

“What to say about absolutely delicious fried chicken at a gas station. I was hesitant but gave in to the smell and so glad I did. Cooked fresh to order. Juicy, crunchy, fresh and very well seasoned. We got the chicken and shrimp. Will definitely be back for more. Great job guys!“

“Cashier (young girl) didn't look at me when taking my order. She never told me how much my order was, I had to find it on the cash register. She didn't count my change back she sat it on the counter and walked away. When my order was up she just glanced at me so I went up to ask if my order was ready. She said nothing.
