Miguel and two other employees a young lady and another young man always greet us with a smile and small conversation at the window. “This Starbucks was out of the way from the original one I usually go to but in the location of my errands. So I walked in and just as expected the employees were so welcoming, nice, and as always very efficient with my order. Maddy took my order and even brought out my sons croissant personally which I thought was above and beyond. So glad I stopped in.“

Parking: You have 4 businesses with all employees utilizing the small parking lot. There is NO PARKING for employees offered, so the regular small lot is all utilized. Weird!!! So parking is always tricky.“
“I've been to 3 different Starbucks in the Fresno area, and every single time, my drink was made wrong. The staff has always been very nice and gracious about fixing the drink for me, but 3 for 3 at different locations and days is a bit nutty.“

“BRIANNA WAS SO HELPFUL i had the birthday reward and i was confused about what drinks counted and she patiently explained, and then i was just like "what's the closest drink to (the one i wanted)" and she got me something that tastes REALLY CLOSE if not exact like its crazyyyy so yeah she deserves a raise and also this starbucks has good vibes n a good layout so go here if ur gonna go to a Starbucks 🔥the outlets are covered up but i think thats probably true for most of the starbuckses in fresno nowadays
Wheelchair accessibility: they have a table for wheelchair users! its low and with plenty of open space behind + on it. people will be walking behind you tho while waiting in line for their drinks (the table is right next to where people pick up the drinks) (idk how to explain, see attached picture)(the person on the right is by the drink pick-up, and the table is right by there so when its busy the table may feel a little. weird to sit at)
ALSO THE FRONT DOOR US EASY TO GET TO FROM THE SIDEWALK AND THEIR YELLOW THINGIES ARE IN GOOD SHAPE although they do have tables that may make getting up a liiiiittle weird if ur chair is like my moms i know it would be at least. see attached image“

“I always come weekend mornings after a park visit, so this is notably for the weekend staff that consistently provides excellent service! There’s a girl with a bull nose ring and a sleeve of tattoos and a boy with the smoothest most beautiful face I’ve ever seen that work the window, I don’t know their names. They are the best window employees, friendly, prompt and precise! I’ve gotten in the drive thru and seen someone order a $50 order and thought I’d be waiting forever, but no! I could immediately feel the team inside the building work together and hustle on those drinks. I feel like I didn’t wait any longer for that order than I would have a smaller order. Exceptional management, team work, and communication. I am reassured by the retention of such good employees. Hope this maintains!“

Parking: It's just inside a Target store that has been around forever! Tons of parking

“This Starbucks is located inside the Target store. It's a good sized store that is kept clean and well stocked. I haven't seen a difference between this Starbucks and an independent store. They have all my favorite drinks, which I have picked up on my way in, and my way out. It's very convenient if you're a frequent Target shopper.“
“I've been with my son over a month here.. back and forth. And most of the baristas know my face and are so friendly. Stacy's my favorite... she pretty much has my drink down to a Tee, and always asks how my sons doing. It's funny to read the reviews bout the old lady with Red hair. (Maby it's not red hair anymore, IDK) At first I didn't care for her, she's not very friendly and seems to rush u... but is actually sweet if u give her a chance. I love this Starbucks!“
“I thank God for Starbucks because as a man who has experienced homelessness in the past I know how hard it can be to even find a drink of water on a 110° hot summer day. Starbucks is more than willing to give you as much ice or ice water as you need when other fast food chains, won't name names, make you purchase a 4$ jr item for a small cup of water or to use the bathroom when there are lots of us who do just that, use the bathroom. So I thank you Starbucks for most likely saving my life and others I know multiple times by offering something cool to drink and not passing judgement on someone who has hit hard times and they know nothing about.
Parking: Parking may be hard to find just because of all of the other stores and restaurants that use the same big lot are usually always do busy. I've seen the Starbucks drive thru line go all the way out to the street before. But they do their best to get everyone served in a timely manner.

“I was having a really hard day and went to Starbucks to enjoy a DELICIOUS cup of coffee. My order was taken by a young lady, who didn’t know I was feeling down. She and I shared a wonderful conversation and she without knowing turned my whole day around! “Had a great experience coming to this location again after years of living out of town. The morning crew, especially the young lady that was helping me with my mobile order @5:40am, went above and beyond trying to accommodate me (I had to get on the train on time) and my girlfriend who was trying to get to work on time. “While I keep going to Starbucks because I like the coffee better than any other, I have to say this. Most of the time, I order a Venti Espresso Frappuccino with sugar free vanilla, extra espresso shot, and blended with heavy cream. It is NEVER made the same. I can tell it will be good from the color. The only amount of heavy cream needed in a venti is 3 OZ. And follow the directions for the rest. It will be light Brown the way it should be. NOT WHITE!. EVERY Starbucks messes this up.“

“A Starbucks location I love coming to. Every time I come they are always quick and efficient. The barista named Ethan always remembers me whenever I go by for my morning drink before work. He’s so sweet and always makes my day with our small chats. The staff are always great when I go.“
“This is my favorite location. They do special barista creations if you want to try something different, and all the girls that work here are so sweet. They recommend me something if I’m not sure and they even remember my name. The lines are ALWAYS long but it goes quick!Vee is the best barista!“

“Starbucks is a fantastic place to meet with people, just get something to eat and drink. Get a pick-me-up, or even just get ice. On this visit all I did was get a large Starbucks cup I have filled with ice. There's no charge for this but the staff is always so friendly and helpful I leave them a bit in their tip box.“
“No bathroom bc they can get away with it by not offer seating. The people are nice but of course I got a cold drink and asked for hot of the new Apple Macchiato. It’s also the worst drink I’ve had from Starbucks. They asked my name and I was only customer and so I had to stand there waiting with no seats and then they called me by my debit card name. “Quick! Even with long lines, they get your drink to you fast. Customer service is always top notch with friendly baristas. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the pricing. Obviously not this location’s fault, as pricing is set by corporate, but still a factor in value.“
“Drive thru was stacked with cars but the wait time wasn't bad. It was moving at a good pace. Love the new holiday bread loaf out right now and the fall speciality drinks to pair with it...

“10/29/31 tried to go in at 8:50 since they have posted they close at 9 pm . Blonde girl just laughed as I walked away . If your closing time is at 8:50, then have that listed instead of 9pm . (Took the picture at 8:57, you can see doors are shut )“
“Very friendly service. I appreciate the pour-over they are willing to do after they stop brewing their dark roast. I don't mind waiting for it. Many times it is ready by the time I reach the pick-up window. They are a very busy location. Always worth the patients. ??

“Multiple managers have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I tend to ride a bike often. Normally not a big deal but a couple of times I arrived at store just barely passed time to close the lobby doors but the drive-thru was still open. Well, on 1 particular occasion I ordered my drinks through the app prior to arriving. It took me the better part of 10 minutes just to get anyone's attention long enough to explain to them that the drinks they had sitting right in front of them were mine so they could give them to me. I was being ignored because I was on a bike and since bikes are not allowed in the drive-thru, they chose to blow me off instead of investigate why I was still there after I clearly discovered the lobby doors had been locked. Decent store otherwise but if there isn't a drastic improvement on this issue and others like it, I will get to the point that I just won't make purchases from Starbucks unless it is a special occasion or it is more convenient than other options.“
“Ordered ahead, so much more convenient, so quick from order to pickup. Started using the app not long ago, now I feel stupid for not having started sooner. I've gotten so many free coffees, bagels and Danish. Get a hot drink customize it just the way you want and whatever size you want all for only 50 stars. Load the gift card to double the stars and pay through the app or scan in store and they add up pretty fast.“
“This location was extremely busy due to the buy one get one free deal and they were friendly ,fast and the boss was giving them positive pep talks through out the time i waited which I thought was extremely helpful and amazing ? every one of the associates were calm and hustling and I want to thank them for pushing my drive thru order through so I can pick it up inside..excellent customer service ?“
“We went on Father's day where it was fine when you get one free. Therefore, it was a 20-minute wait which the weight wasn't the problem but not being told until after you ordered with a bit of an issue to me. But we ordered our drinks sat there for 20 minutes reading. Got our drinks and left and the drinks were great as always. I'm God one with macadamia cold foam which I've never had and it was awesome“
“Been going here for years. They get our order right 9.5/10 times. If there is a mistake they fix it quickly with a smile. I cant stress enough how much me and my family appreciate stores like this. Very professional and clean.

“Shout out to the barista who helped me out this morning! I received the wrong drink yesterday morning, so I called to see if I can receive a credit or if I’m able to get the correct drink tomorrow morning. I spoke with the girl who made my drinks that morning and she asked me what time I’d be by, I let her know and went today and she had my drinks ready! I was an hour late and she remade them so they’d be fresh. I appreciate your kindness and your effort to go above and beyond! Much appreciated!“

“I might be wrong, but l think this Starbucks is under new management… I don’t want to jinx it because it’s so close to my work. I just had a fantastic experience here. Was greeted very kindly when I walked in by a lovely lady with a warm smile. She asked for name and as I was sitting down I told her “I just ordered it a couple minutes ago” and BOOM it’s ready!!! I’ve spent 10-15 minutes waiting before. I mean we’re south of Shaw and my Lavender Matcha is made to perfection. No dark green chunks, mixed perfectly. Bravo Ashlan Starbies. Bravo“
