“I have been to many Boiling Point locations (in LA and OC) and I have to admit that this location is the best one so far in terms of space and service. This Boiling Point has a lot of tables so they can provide more and faster service than other locations. Our host is friendly and attentive ??. My party and I ordered their beef hot pot and Jin Tea butterfly pea flower lemonade & pink dragon (dragon fruit, lychee and oolong), and we enjoyed that combination a lot. I will definitely be back again in the near future! Keep up with the great service!

Dietary restrictions: A lot of garlic based sauces here and might have a lot of peanuts trace so be careful if you're allergic to those ingredients.

Parking: They have a shared parking lot with other businesses, not too difficult in finding a spot.

Wheelchair accessibility: Double-door entrance and plenty of spaces inside the restaurant.“

Maya helped me select the food for my vegan diet because their vegetarian options came with egg. I got kale & fruit salad with black rice and mango chrysanthemum tea. The food tasted really good but a few portions of their kale was not fresh enough.

I will try their drinks and dessert when I come again.

Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options but not vegan. I wish they would make their vegetarian options into vegan with tofu or tempe, and have option to add egg or other things.“

“The boba was delicious! We came towards closing and neither of our two drink were watered down! My boyfriend said that his brown sugar milk tea was perfect!! I got a lavender milk tea with rainbow jelly and it was delicious. I also liked that they had sweetness options and a very large menu with any flavor option/combination you would want! And the total for both drinks was only about 10 dollars.

Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be revisiting soon!

“I saw someone post on Instagram their spicy wonton so I had to come and try. It’s a hidden gem. The food is definitely comfort food from Taiwan. I can eat this kind of food daily basis and not get tire of the food. Portion is big, too.“

“Mama Lu Dumpling House is an absolute gem for dumpling lovers! The handmade dumplings are always fresh and bursting with flavor, especially the juicy pork and chive and xiao long bao that arrive perfectly steamed and full of delicious broth. The scallion pancakes are crispy and not too greasy, while the noodle dishes bring authentic, comforting flavors that make you feel like you're in the heart of Shanghai. The ambiance is no-frills, but it only adds to the charm, and the staff is attentive and efficient even during busy hours. “I have visited JJ Bakery Irvine over a decade. I love their Traditional Taiwanese breads , pastries and sweets. Here are a few items that I would recommend (in pic order)

1. Egg Tart: I always purchase two egg tarts when I have the chance. But, it got sold out quickly.
2.Taro Pastry: Real taro paste, not too sweet. It is very delicious

3. Custard Bread: One of the traditional Taiwanese breads.
4. Scallion Bread: It is savory. Sometimes, I like savory breakfast.

5. Flan: Flan is located at the refrigerator near the entrance. It is dense instead of watery. I love it.

6. Almond Cookie:Perfect snack while I am watching Netflix.( It won’t last 20 minutes though)“

“I usually order from the Fantuan app. Today, I decided to order their Taiwanese breakfast again, which is really good and brings me back to my hometown, Taiwan. Their toast is substantial, and the BBQ pork rice, along with the old-fashioned black tea with soy milk, is delightful. I love their egg pancakes with tuna; it's very authentic. The host is friendly and welcoming. I'll keep coming back to support their business."“

“There are many idiots rating this place low for no reason. The foods were all very flavorful and delicious. The waitresses were all very friendly and kind. We ordered the braised pork belly with the preserved vegetables, eggplant and beef, as well as the Kung Pao chicken. I recommend every one of them, they were all great.“

“It’s one of my favorite shave ice forever. But we tried Boba Tea this time, a little bit disappointed. It looks like they don’t have enough employees, I had to wait 1 hour and 40mins. However, the tea was not tasty as their shave ice, and the Boba was over cook. My boy loves Boba and always orders double. Unfortunately, he didn’t like their Boba at all.
Still will come, but no more Boba Tea here.“
