The food was delicious; I had the Hamburger salad (salad with perfectly seasoned burger patties with cheese, pickles, tomatoes, "melted onions") and my friend had a burger that comes with fries and salad and looked like it was right out of a magazine photo shoot. We both asked for small changes and we got cheerful assurance that it would be no problem and our orders were perfect. So many delicious looking things on the menu, can't wait to go back and try more!”

“My husband had the fish and chips. Instead of the heavy coating they used what appeared to be panko bread crumbs. Nice and light not greasy. 2 dripping sauces, tater and cocktail sauce. Lots of light crispy fries and a little coleslaw, Yummy. I did the Hawaiian steak skewers. Hit the mark. Steak medium and juicy. Very tender. Coated in teriyaki sauce. Sides of rice and Hawaiian macaroni. Perfect pairing with great taste and texture. We sat on the patio which was nice but needs a light curtain to block the view of the parking lot. But is was still really enjoyable.”

“This is my aunts favorite pizza place. I love that I can order her one and have it delivered with a personalized message. Living in Florida it can be hard to surprise her, and this works every time. “Great selection of beer and local wines, but the surprise is the food, which is excellent. You order at the bar and they bring the food to you. The 4 stars is simply because they were too slow to take the order. Would definitely recommend this lively place if you are in the Gilroy downtown area.”

“Coming from someone who loves Japanese food and culture Ten Japan is it! The restaurant portrays that of what small restaurants in Japan are like and I love that about it. The ramen is really good as well as the sushi! Definitely one of my favorite places to eat in town and I would argue is the best sushi in town too!”

“Got there about 11:40 am, and they were getting ready for the day. The manager came out and sat me at a table. He was very courteous and professional put a warm smile. The chickens and potato wedges was on the too cooked side but still good. The servers came several times to check on my experience and see if I needed anything which is a plus. Overall good place and clean dining area to eat. Very chill vibes.”

“Food was good (we tried gobi manchurian, paneer tikka masala, butter, onion and garlic naan along with mango lassi) and the service was nice but there is only one person serving all the customers so there will be a bit of a delay but the guy is very courteous and takes care of the customers well. There was also a lunch buffet for $17.99 but the options were very limited so we went with a la carte.”

“My first chance to return to California in 3+ years. There are thousands awaiting a first store opening in Albuquerque where they will be a sure success. That said I found my burger and fries not to stack up so well at the higher prices now prevailing. I believe the competitive offerings from the other long-time competing chains have made notable strides up the price/performance curve -- especially important for we seniors who are pretty dependent on discounts whenever and wherever we are able to get out and sbout.”

“Great delicious tasting food. Have eaten here a few times now trying different main dishes, appetizers and sides; they have all been delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful and were even kind enough to check what level of heat in the spices we preferred in our curry. We tried both the mango and malai Crown Kulfi ice creams today which were full of flavor and creamy. There’s lots of dishes to choose from including desserts. Highly recommend.”

“Leider war unser Besuch alles andere als angenehm. Wir hatten einen Platz im Schatten reserviert. Kamen an und bekamen erst mal eine Platz direkt in der Sonne zugeteilt. Wir dachten uns, naja, hilft ja nichts. Dann ging das Warten los. Wir saßen 25 Minuten in der prallen Sonne, ohne auch nur beachtet zu werden. Nach uns kommende Gäste wieder bedient, wir hatten weder Schatten noch Getränke. Irgendwann wurde ein Schattenplatz frei. Den schnappten wir uns dann. Und nach insgesamt 35 Minuten konnten wir auch endlich unsere Getränke bestellen (kurzzeitig waren wir schon am Überlegen lieber zum goldenen M zu fahren) Wir bestellten als zeitgleich Getränke und essen. Essen kam dann auch. Nur leider hatten wir kein Bedteck. Also wieder warten. Nach dem wir leicht angsäuert waren, genossen wir aber das leckere Essen. Die restlichen Pizza gaben wir der Bedienung zum einpacken. Wir bezahlten und warteten wieder - auf die eingepackte Pizza. Irgendwann ging mein Mann nach oben zur Theke, wo die Bedienung stand und Besteck abtrocknen. Auf unsere Frage wo denn die Pizza sei, "oh die hab ich ganz vergessen, da drüben steht sie" Naja ist halt alles andre als gut gelaufen an diesem Tag. Aber das Essen war wirklich lecker.”

We found the furniture to be uncomfortable (metal high chairs with no back, and an unusually tall table with regular wooden chairs around it- it was awkward to sit at). It felt pretty bare, as far as decor and ambiance go.

You can walk down the street 1 block to Promised Land Brewery from here. That one has equally good beers and more ambiance (& comfortable chairs), but is much smaller.”

“Been here several times; the food is always delicious. It is traditional California style Mexican food. I've eaten Mexican food in Mexico and to me CA style is better. I wouldn't say this food is the best I've had, but when I'm craving a chili verde burrito, beans/rice, it works, and it is tasty. They serve their sodas in cans with a glass of ice. Each time you want a new soda you have to buy a new can. It's a bit expensive, about $42 for 2 adults with no drinks or tip. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is nice.”

“I ordered a delivery yesterday. Unfortunately they did not have an oldie but goodie smoothie listed online for delivery. I made contact with Gilroy Jamba Juice to explain situation, the manager, I believe, went out of her way to advise employees that when my order was received to change the smoothie I had ordered to the one I really wanted and have been drinking for many years. When my order was delivered, it was perfect. Thank you so much ?????????? Must also add that they do still make that smoothie but it’s not listed online for delivery. However, whenever I am able to go in person, I always order that smoothie and they always make it. Gilroy Jamba Juice is the best Jamba Juice in Santa Clara County in my opinion ?”

I made a mistake by not going on their website to see the menu with most recent prices. Owner messaged me to point that out which is greatly appreciated. Suggestion: i think this could be resolved with a Google menu update and/or when ordering on the phone they can mention the total cost before arrival. I will return to try other food items and update review”

“The Tostada with Pork (ao pastor) was excellent! It's not big, but also affordable. For it's price the size was just right. The vegetables tasted fresh, the pork was tasty and tender. I'll definitely eat it again. I tried a piece of carnitas (beef) quesadilla that my wife ordered and it was very good too. And the churros, wow! Crunchy and fresh! Closed the dinner very well.

“The staff were very nice and helpful. I took advantage of their Bogo offer through their app. I had them make make 1 tuna sandwich roasted as I was going to eat it that day. Then the other with all the fixings, but put the tuna in a soup cup so i can put it together the next day. This way the sandwich would not be all soggy and falling apart. They had no problem with doing that.”

“Came here for breakfast and this much older man assisted us. He was terrific and pleasant and checked up on us a good amount. The spicy sausage omelette, which is a special, was so good and is my favorite here. They don’t have it always. Omelette had generous amount of meat and is topped with half an avocado. Would happily eat here again 😀”
