“Really enjoyed our meal at ixlb Dimsum Eats. We ordered the pickled cucumber, shrimp wonton with chili oil, xiao long bao, and pork & shrimp siu mai. Everything was fresh and delicious, but the siu mai was my favorite and definitely my recommendation.

The restaurant is extremely clean, and I really liked the open kitchen where you can see everything being prepared. Everyone working here was incredibly nice and welcoming. The lady who offered me water did it with such a big smile, which really stood out.

Great food, clean restaurant, and genuinely friendly service. Definitely worth a visit.“

The host is amazing, with incredible customer service.
The house Chili-Garlic sauce, is to die for, I wish I could take some with me.
The Har Gao is EXCEPTIONAL, the amount of shrimp packed in there is unbelievable. The wrapper is the best I've had, it just melts in your mouth
The pan fried Chive cakes, loved the texture
Chicken Feet...yumm, just try it, you won't be disappointed 😋
The steamed fermented rice sponge cake was very interesting.

“I was honestly a little hesitant to order from this place after seeing some of the reviews, but I’m so glad we gave it a chance! We ordered through DoorDash, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, not like frozen, reheated food at all.

And the prices?! In this economy, it’s honestly such a good deal. Freshly made food, authentic flavors, generous value… I genuinely don’t know what more you could ask for. Definitely deserves more love than some of these reviews suggest!“

“What an awesome little restaurant that popped up here. Was looking to try something new and found this amazing little bao spot. The most amazing thing is how they fry these bao. The bottom is hard and crunchy and the top is soft, making a soup filled bao in either seafood, curry or the standard pork. They sell them in quantities of 6 and 2 to 3 is enough to fill me! Highly recommend a quick lunch or dinner here, you won’t be disappointed in the authentic flavors.“

“Qi Steam Kitchen is so good! We tried several items from the menu, including the chicken wonton soup, chicken xiao long bao, beef noddle soup, beef and vegetable dumplings, scallion pancakes, and pan fried pork bao. All were delicious and came out so quickly! It’s a small restaurant, but there are still several places to sit. There is a small parking lot. The server was very attentive.“

“Shrinkflation is real, haven't been here since 2019, but they're still quite tasty. Cash only, prices aren't as high as expected. You don't really need to talk to them if you prefer that, just fill in what you want on their menu and pay. Familiar HK fare but quite delicious“

“If you’re looking for a restaurant with delicious food, reasonable prices, and outstanding service, this is definitely the place to visit! Every dish we’ve tried has been fresh, flavorful, and worth every penny. The staff is warm, attentive, and always makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. “Been coming here for as long as I can remember - I suppose as long as this iteration has existed. The H.Way Frontier is a place you’re introduced to early on if you’re below the line film crew in Burbank running with a rigging or art dept./set Dec crew. This storefront carries on the tradition as I’ll often bump into fellow industry crew here.
All that stuff is well and good but the real reason we congregate here is THE FOOD. There are other good Chinese restaurants in LA but this place to me is by far the best. Consistently wonderful, delicious, very good portion sizes and a nice menu variety. It’s quick (15 minutes or less) and the lunch specials are a great deal. I’m not usually this gushy about anything but Frontier Wok Too deserves every bit of praise I can throw at it. If my family is in the mood for Chinese Food there’s only one choice for us and that is right here. With no traffic it’s still a 20 minute drive one way but it’s worth every minute once we’re sitting down to eat it. You can’t go wrong at Frontier Wok Too. If you haven’t tried it you simply must and you can be the judge.“

“Everything we tried here was absolutely delicious! The seafood tasted fresh, and each dish was cooked just right. The crab and lobster were easily my favorites—they were flavorful, tender, and really stood out. The shrimp was also excellent, and the fried rice made a great addition to the meal. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable everything was considering the quality. Great food, generous flavors, and fair prices make this a spot I’d happily recommend to anyone craving good seafood.“

“Handmade with love. Tastes as if I'm at my Halmoni's house. Delicate, real and subtle Korean flavors of my childhood, not too sweet or salty. My bf and I ordered the steamed veggie dumplings, chive pancake ((better than my Sumo's! Shhh)), king sized veggie dumplings, side of rice and miso soup. Cooked to order -- be patient. Soft textures. “This dim sum restaurant inside a hotel has an elegant, upscale feel. I enjoy the quieter atmosphere, which makes it a relaxing place to eat. The dim sum is beautifully made and delicious. The only downside is that it costs more than a typical Chinese restaurant, but I still enjoy coming here.“

“I grew up eating here and the food is still so tasty. I love coming here for family dinners. It’s perfect for sharing and trying so many dishes. I enjoyed the stir fried veggies, oyster clay pot, crab fish maw soup and beef chow fun. The servers are very friendly and the restaurant is very spacious.“

“Mama Lu’s never fails :) this restaurant was the perfect choice for my family dinner gathering. The food and taste remaines as consistent as their original store in monterey park. All their dishes are served in round table family style dining, which encouraged us to share and socialize at the same time. They offered wide selections of chinese/asian staple dishes like Xiao Long Bao, which was my must have when I visited this restaurant! We also ordered Singapore Stir Fry Vermicelli (soo delicious with that fire work flavor), Beef Wrap (crunchy on the outside with delicious fillings inside), Spicy Wontons drenched in chilli oil (yummm), Seaweed Fish, Peking Roasted Duck (my second favorite!!) I loved how fast their dishes come out by one so we didnt have to wait for too long. There was also ample parking spots at the dedicated parking lot next to this restaurant. I highly recommend to try this spot with your friends and family :)“

“Wow! Meat pies from heaven in a mini- mall off N Garfield Avenue. Everything here is great. Not a sit down place as such, since it's really small and they only have a few tables, but I'm sure you could eat in if you wanted to (they have a short menu) - but it's not really a restaurant atmosphere - more of a small hole in the wall family run takeout, with Grandpa making dumplings by hand at a table when I was there. There seems to be very little English spoken here. Very delicious and authentic - I'll be back!“

“I will be back but I won't order number 22 next time. It's the traditional house ramen but the pork came with the skin that looks like chewing gum. The seasoning was great. The noodles were cooked just right and had a good consistency. They could have added a little more bean sprouts. The service was so charismatic that even though it wasn't the best ramen I've ever had, I'll be back again since the price is super super fair.“

“Everytime I drive anywhere near downtown, I stop by Chinatown to grab some goodies. I'm part Asian and have actually come to this restaurant as a kid. I don't get much as I am just grabbing a few things to go, but I usually stop and grab a couple orders of Steamed BBQ Pork Buns (Char siu bao) and Sesame Seed Balls. Not only is it cheaper buying it from the restaurant, it is better as well. I highly encourage anyone looking for some Chinese delicacies to give them a try. They have everything and always have parking right in front.“

“Quick, polite service and carts move around. Dim sum 4 plus on weekends. Eight steamers came to 50 plus tax and tip. Servers get for you what’s not in the carts yet if it’s in the kitchen. 2/person tea charge. Lobsters for 16.99 are very small though and 29.99 crab deal also not big. Duck special is alright but is worth two stamps. Place is packed on Sunday and waited about five minutes for a table.“
