Normally it's to the brim, not sure why it was so low. Perhaps the ice cream was melted more than normal. No issue, both of the workers working the afternoon shift were attentive, understood my concerns and worked out a remedy for me. Very much appreciated! “Service from the employees to their managers is premium like their snacks & ice cream (water/milk). 100% realistic authentic Mexican snacks at a premium quality - it is Glendale. I’m so glad this location opened up I used to have to drive far for a good snack. My favorite are the mangoneadas - frozen mango sorbet with chamoy & their agua frescas. For those days I need a good snack I get tostilocos. The variety of their ice cream & water based are delicious. I love the just as much as lemon ones.“

They’re rolled ice added the shaved ice cream and it is a good amount for the price and tastes delicious and not too sweet either. The only con I have is that they aren’t open as their tiles say. Sometimes I go and they’re closed and if I try calling to find out if their open they don’t answer.“
