“I had a wonderful experience at Bricoleur! We did the Rooted Tasting and they were very accommodating to my dietary restrictions of no pork/shellfish, and even better- that didn't make me sacrifice quality at all! The dishes were amazing, my husband said his scallop dish was his favorite thing he ate all trip.

It was all paired very well and we very much enjoyed our wines-- the pinots and the Isla Rose rosé were my favorites.

For anyone who doesn't want to do formal pairings, they also offer delicious pizzas and a bowl of french fries the size of my head. My toddler was in heaven.

The property is massive and stunning-- would be a great place for an event!

I was immediately won over when we were offered two different bubbles to start and our crew really appreciated how informative yet informal the experience was. We tasted three of her 2023 Pinot Noirs, each grown in a different AVA in California, each delicious and well crafted. Best of all, each as unique as siblings—reflecting the winemaker’s successful desire to produce wines that reflect terroir. Though her specialty is Pinot noir, we sampled other wines, including her Zinfandel—a wine that has positively changed my perception of California Zin. Kerith is personable and smart. You can geek out on viticulture and learn a lot, or kick back and enjoy great wine and company.“

We loved getting to speak with Randy, the winemaker and owner, as he walked us through the wines that he clearly put so much love and care into. The setting was absolutely stunning — quiet, serene, and surrounded by natural beauty. It was the kind of view that makes you want to take a deep breath and stay a while. The wines were just as memorable, especially the Zinfandels — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.

To top it all off, we were greeted by Poppy, the sweetest dog who made the whole experience even more charming. Between the warm hospitality, the incredible wines, and the peaceful ambiance, it was the perfect way to wind down our day.

“We were visiting California but were concerned about stopping at a vineyard with a 13 yo and 11 yo twin children in tow. This was the perfect place. Relaxed atmosphere with nice wines and the kids were completely fine (big sigh of relief)! “i drove all the way from the Los Angeles area just to come here. im a big fan of music and a big fan of wine, i couldnt ask for much more. i chose to sit outside but they have a small indoor area for tasting as well. They weren't incredibly busy when i came, it was just me and a couple so the service was immaculate. you MUST get a dog to get the full experience 😆. if youre a fan of Primus, they have their old tour bus on show and you can purchase some merchandise as well. my favorite was the Sonoma Coast Rosé, i took a bottle home for myself.“

The winery is organic, uses sustainable farming & harvesting practices, and even the structures they’ve built use reclaimed wood and as many local materials as possible. It’s woman-owned and made; we loved hearing the story of how Kathleen started the vineyard in ‘99. Meredith was our host, and she was extremely hospitable, inquisitive, knowledgeable, just a lot of fun. She read the room (or the patio in our case) perfectly and seemed to appear at just the right moment for the next glass. This is the kind of business that I want to support.“

“This was one of the most wonderful catered events I have attended in recent memory! My spouse and I hosted a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner for my son and his new spouse at DArgenzio Winery in Santa Rosa in early June of 2025. There were 35 attendees and we were catered to in the Cibo Rustico event room with a wine bar, relaxing music, bocci ball and incredible service. We selected numerous authentic Italian appetizers such as Vegan Salad, Ceasar's Salad, Rustic Fire Grilled Vegetables, Brochette breads, Caprisi Salad, and Pasta with Bolagnese and Pasta with Pesto sauces. That was followed by three delectable pizza selections (Margarita, Italian sausage and Pepperoni) and polished off with two desert selections of Chocolate Mouse and Tiramisu. Everyone in attendance was in awe of the dishes and ate until their hearts were content. We drank the DArgenzio Pinot Noir, Red Blend and Sauvignon Blanc and they were all terrific. I had forgotten that there was such a thing as "customer service" ever since the Covid19 debacle but the staff blew our socks off with friendly, attentive, professional and nurturing service for all members of the party. This was truly some of the best service I have ever seen and I would highly recommend this establishment. The cost was completely reasonable. My favorite parting shot of the event was watching all of our happy guests leave the event with boxes of awesome leftover food, bottles of extra wine and giant smiles on their face! Thank you DArgenzio Winery for making my Son's Wedding Rehearsal Dinner an unforgettable and epic event!“

While the wine was superb, the experience was only heightened by the incredible attention to detail the team put into the experience. We were greeted with sparkling Chardonnay and tasted wines from different appellations including the Estate Pinot Noir - one of our favorites! We also shared some charcuterie which is nice to have a little food with the wine.“

“Matrix Winery is located on a beautiful property just outside of Healdsburg in northern Sonoma County. Like many of the wineries in this region, pinot noir is a specialty of theirs, but zinfandel and chardonnay are also strong contenders. I was a member for the last three years, and each bottle was quality.

One of the reasons I joined Matrix’s wine club is how much I love their outdoor patio and its view. It's also an affordable tasting at $25. Don't hesitate to ask if you want to taste something other than straight pinot or zin, too! I quite liked a recent 50-50 petit sirah and zinfandel blend.“

“My girlfriend Angelica and I had such a wonderful and memorable experience at Taddei Wines. The owners Chris and Dana gave us a private tasting and immediately welcomed us like we were family.
Because of his superior reputation, his generous spirit and active nvolvment in the local wine community, Chris has access to some of the best Vineyards in Sonoma and Napa. His Wines are consistently balanced, complex, yet unique and deliciously distinct in flavor and profile. There truly is no other wine like his in this area.
During the tasting, His passion for winemaking came through as he had us try different vintages of the same varietal and on numerous occassions, he pulled barrel samples of wine that was in various stages of aging and development.
Both Chris and Dana were so generous and kindhearted that the afternoon passed by effortlessly and before we knew it, we had been there for hours. Special shout out to club members James and Nina, who encouraged us to give Taddei Wines a try.
We happily joined the club and look forward to drinking their wine and visiting when possible. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you get in every bottle.
