“HERCULES is a great place to live crime rate is low compared to other cities . But it would help a lot to encourage neighborhood watch “ MODESTY ASIDE I DO . I have knocked to several houses esp when I was still working swing shift I kept my eyes open n still doing it if garages are open when I go hone from work n 1 time called the police station when 1 of the neighbor’s garage was opened n no one answered when I knocked her door . Let’s have a neighborhood watch all over “ HERCULES THIS IS OUR HOME AND WE HAVE PROTECT IT AS WELL AS THE PEOPLE WHO LIVES HERE . OUR CITY OFFICIALS SHOULD BE TOUGH LIKE ( MANILA PHILIPPINES ) MAYOR FRANCISCO DOMOGOSO HE MADE N MAKING MANILA A NICE PLACE TO LIVE IN . MANILA IS HOW MANY TIMES BIGGER THAN HERCULES !! HE WAS JUST A MAYOR FOR 7 MOS BUT MADE A LOT OF CHANGES NO WONDER PEOPLE LOVE HIM SO MUCH NOT ONLY IN MANILA BUT ALL OVER THE WORLD .“

“I spent about $45…for a whole bunch of yummy stuff! It’s amazing to be able to go straight to the bakery, and also kind of dangerous. You can see some of the menu on the window outside as you wait in line (there will almost always be a line), and you can peek in and see the day’s selection of breads and pastries. Only two parties at a time fit inside to order. There’s a small parking lot in front and more parking behind. I highly recommend the seasonal focaccia pizzas! An pain epi, just yum.“

Parking: It’s in a big parking lot with Safeway and many other eateries and small retail shops.“

“This is a newer bakery in the area. It has a small parking lot. The inside has always been clean and the bread always looks and tastes fresh in addition to very neatly presented. My parents like it as well. The service has always been delivered with a smile. As far as the foods, I've only tried the tamales and they were good. The pudin is my favorite bakery item. 😋“

“This is a beautiful store outside and inside. After stalking this restaurant on Instagram and after I missed pop-up events for Oktoberfest, I finally bought some pretzels. Yummy! It was well worth the wait. I scored some of the weekly specials, the pesto and mozzarella pretzel. I also bought the jalapeño and cheddar. I will never buy one of those pretzels off the street carts ever again. I used to buy Auntie Annie’s soft pretzels at the mall, but never again. I am officially a pretzel snob now. I am making plans to go back to Squabisch for the pretzel sandwiches. The fresh quality ingredients are evident in every bite.“

“This place is great!
We got a 3 leches cake and was delicious. And they decorated very nicely too (for a baby shower) I did added the baby bear though (to make it look extra.) but all my guests had doubles and told me how delicious the cake was. I would really recommend them.

They were clear about any extra charges etc. so nice they told me about it before agreeing to anything.

One thing I didn’t like was that I had previously gotten a cake from them and the price has gone up (from 2 months apart.) and when I asked why they didn’t answer my question!

I understand prices for everything is going up, so it makes sense. But it would be nice to know in advance they’ll increase prices.“

“So I went to 7-eleven in Vallejo the other day and came across a variety of great looking cakes that were individually packaged for about $5 I believe and something told me to try one. I am so glad I did!! I have found my future cake maker. I can’t tell you how delicious Cassandra’s cakes were I still can’t believe just how good they are and I’m so happy I walked into 7-eleven that day lol. “Delicious selection of cakes and breads that made it tough going selecting just a few. In the end we settled on the lemon meringue tart, apple crumble slice and a baked cheesecake. “We have been going to Dianna's for years. We moved to the area back in 2014, and found out in 2017 that my husband was celiac.

Dianna makes all her cakes, cookies, breads and pastries with loving care, and makes many items gluten free, which is such a treat for my husband.

Her sandwiches and coffee are good too, and she usually has homemade GF bread in reserve to make a quick GF sandwich for those requiring it.

Like any "local store", product availability varies. Some days my husband can get GF Banana Bread or Carrot Cake. Other times, those aren't available but GF Zucchini Bread and Red velvet cake are. It's actually a nice surprise.

I suspect Dianna's was hit hard by Covid, and I know she's mostly a one-man show now, which must be a lot of work. But she does a good job of cranking out the goodies and serving them up well.

If you're in the area, especially if you are celiac, I highly recommend giving Dianna's a try for lunch or coffee/tea and baked goods!“

I recently ordered mini sfogliatelles, cannolis, (3) meter long pizzas n wonder focaccia bread to make sandwiches and their famous olive bread sticks!!! Thanks for the beautiful foods and service!!! “I always stop by Sheng Kee Bakery whenever I visit 99 Ranch since they are in the same building. Great place for Taiwanese pastries and cakes. There are so many items I like here, especially the cream filled buns like the chocolate bun with cream, taro cream bun, and custard cream bun.

However, I highly recommend AVOIDING the Beef Curry filled Bun, there is very little beef curry filling inside (see pictures below).

They have a decent selection of cakes as well like their chestnut cake and the fruit cakes.“
