Those biscuits put them on the MAP! I had lost faith in biscuits & gravy in this city. I have been let down time and time again because it was so weak. But these gave me hope for the future 🥹 I could see this place being my breakfast new normal. “We wanted breakfast food and ordered the salmon bagel sandwich and breakfast burrito. Both were delicious and wait staff were very helpful and quick. The restaurant itself is a bit sparse but was comfortable to eat in.

“Amazing little spot. Service was wonderful despite it being Sunday during Labor Day weekend. Not too busy, as we were able to seat ourselves outside. Adorable dogs on the patio!

I got the French toast while my boyfriend got the waffles. We shared the eggs, bacon, and hash browns. Everything was delicious! The waffle was perfectly crispy yet tender inside. The French toast was soft as well. Order the hash browns crispy! You won’t regret it.

“I came here with my family. We looked up local places and this place caught our eye. I've missed a good breakfast burrito and they did not disappoint. My husband had the chilaquiles with egg and he loved it. We bought two breakfast quesadilla's to split with our 4 kids and they were huge. They couldn't even finish them. And the owner was amazing, so friendly and he brought us our food even though we were sitting next to the counter. If we lived in Cali still we would come here often.“

“Whenever we are even close to Downtown LA and staying in a hotel for a night or more, we have IHop delivered. It is just the best.

We have eaten at this one more than once and it is clean, the service just great and the whole place is very comfortable. The servers are always nice.

This time we had it delivered and it was, as always so good. They pack it all in such a way there is no way it can get ruined or food mixed with other food. The delivery is fast and I have never had an issue, not once.

This time we had burgers, which were so good with bacon and cheese. My grandson had a grilled cheese sandwich with French fries and he loved it. I am the huge pancake lover in the family so I had their big breakfast that comes with the best, most fluffy and perfect pancakes along with hash browns and bacon, ham and sausage. It was all great and I saved the meat for our dogs who were waiting for us to get home (we were at a hotel nearby).

It is just the best and the prices are so fair. You will pay much more for some fancy place, but their pancakes won't be as good.
