“I got a Chicken Bowl and it was $15. It was pretty good. Might not be for you if you dislike the smell of garlic. It was a big serving of food and pretty filling. One order could probably feed 3 or 4 people. Take out box didn't have dividers or separations so you really do get quite a lot.
Got 2 free sushi rolls. Not sure which one it was but I think it was one of the spicy ones. I normally hate avocado but it was free so I ate it and it wasn't a problem. It was good and the presentation was cute I think. Forgot to take a picture before I started eating so that picture is not exactly how it was served.
Employees seem very nice and were overall very welcoming and not intimidating. Lots of smiles which is nice to see. The restaurant looked pretty clean and the dishes for dine in looked nice too. Fit their aesthetic and those portions looked pretty big there too.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's not a very big place so it seems like it would be hard for someone in a wheelchair to navigate around the tables and the ordering area is a standing one behind a tall divider so it could be a bit awkward to order from a chair.“

“Loved the atmosphere my boyfriend and I enjoyed it. We ordered the combo ramen and sushi and it was delicious. They are very busy so place your order ahead of time. It’s a small restaurant and they get a lot of people. Staff is very friendly. Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Parking: Parking is free and plenty of it. Try to park to the side of the building to avoid the in and out line.“

“This meal was the highlight of our LA trip! I don’t know what kind of sorcery is afoot here but this little spot manages to be so much more than the sum of its parts. I felt so welcomed from the moment I stepped through the door and I liked that they have you order and pay before sitting down, it makes the dining experience more relaxing and low key. Loved how short and sweet the menu was, the chef has incredible restraint and a crystal clear vision. Every single thing we had was incredible, the best hk french toast and bolo bao I have ever had, and omg the scallion roll and dumplings. I don’t know what it is about this place but I’m still thinking about that meal days later. Also, the dining room made me feel like I was in a tvb serial from the early 90s which is the highest compliment.“

“Here there is an interesting mix of Japanese & Thai fusion flavors. We came for the tasting menu. Fresh herbs & foods were used. 3 out of the 8 dishes i wasn't a fan of but my friend loved all of them. To each is own palette. Small & quaint place. Staff were all very approachable.“

“Small, strip mall establishment but the food was amazing. Authentic, family run environment. I ordered the combo poki bowl and was impressed with the proportion and the flavor. I will definitely come back to try other options on the menu.“

“Found this restaurant on a whim Monday night. The staff is attentive, the presentation is fantastic and the quality is remarkable. This is a must visit and worth your time! To be so lucky having THIS quality at the price is practically unheard of!!!“

“I’ve been coming here for years because I literally live a block away. The place has increased in price since I first came here and the menu has changed and what I used to get is no longer on the menu. LION KING ROLL is my goto. It’s delicious. However….. Today as I approached the counter to get my food, a homeless girl walks in barges right next to me as my order is being processed and given to me, and asks “y’all got any miso soup?!?” Stinky and obviously covered in filth, no bath for probably years and a dirty soiled blanket wrapped around her, I was instantaneously disgusted. Miso soup was given to her and I don’t know what else because I got outta there before she could even ask me for money or whatever! You feed a pigeon and what happens??? A dozen or more come. This is a simile; a point I’m trying to make. Homeless are the root of the problems here in Koreatown. You feeding them is the hand the feeds the problem.“

“You're not gonna find a better meal! Incredible home cooked breakfast - bacon, eggs, pancakes and hash browns, made by a man that has cooked his whole life and knows cooking. Nothing better. And the Asian style noodles! Incredibly good. I could eat every meal here! I'll be back ALOT!“

“Andrew, a close friend of mine who is a huge foodie, recommended this restaurant and honestly I think that he was spot on with this place. The value is insane and easily beats other establishments that cost a few multiples more. Every course is very enjoyable and I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back to try the other menu!“

“Liangpi LA is the most delicious. As a Xi'an native, I have eaten all over Xi'an restaurants in Los Angeles. This is the first time I have tasted something so delicious. In other restaurants, they are either not vinegary enough or the dishes are messy.
The attitude of the boss and waiters is very good.“

“My family comes here all the time to buy their frozen dumplings. I had never sat down and dined in before but wow! The lady who runs the shop is a sweet woman who makes everything from scratch. Food does take more time that average to arrive so please enjoy your company while you wait as the two person crew in the kitchen handmakes each dish to order.
I ordered the beef noodle soup and the noodles were handmade to order. The beef noodle soup was by far the best ive ever had. I also ordered the beef roll pancakes, sesame onion pancakes, and red bean filled pancakes. They were all so fresh and tasty. I also ordered drinks but that may be an acquired taste.
Overall, such a comfortable experience. It's like receiving grandma's cooking. Such a homey vibe.
Vegetarian options: There are meatless options like the scallion sesame pancake and the red bean filled pancake.“

“I had the Red Ramen & Washington Roll. The sushi was fresh and a good size. The ramen broth was creamy and a good spice level. My fav part was the charred, tender pork belly in the ramen- it’s unique from other ramen I’ve had in LA. The chalkboard decor gives the place character“

“This is a newly opened restaurant, so the environment inside the store is very clean and the furniture looks new. There are not too many choices on the menu. The Hainanese Chicken Rice is very tasty, but the chicken is slightly less umami. The Bamboo Shoots and Chicken Soup Noodles have a sweet soup base, which is worth a try.“

“Was craving sukiyaki - Yelp brought me here. It’s a casual mom & pop shop, 6 tables, TV playing kpop vids, no frills, just freshly cooked rice bowls and best $5 spicy tuna hand rolls in Hollywood!
Husband enjoyed his pork chashu bowl: perfect size and for $9 can’t go wrong! Satisfied my sukiyaki craving for $13: so tasty, so filling and came out piping hot. Also enjoyed their Thai tea with boba.
Thanks for a lovely lunch, we will for sure be back to try spicy tonkotsu ramen, Oreo brick toast and musubi! #supportsmallbusiness

“✅ Skewers of all kinds
❌ Other cooked food / seafood
Great place to visit for skewers ❤️ you don't have to worry about turning the skewers as the machine was set to do the turning for you.
The restaurant was super warm, coming in for this in summer is really not a favourable option. Steamed egg in cups were given as complimentary.
Vegeggies were relatively more expensive than meat options, wish that they could do more choices.
Rmb to check with the waitors about the numbers of food per skewer before ordering.
Thanks to those who had food in this place before, I managed to skip some of the less good-value food option.“

“Great location on the 2nd floor of the Weller Court shopping center! They validate parking and have very fast service. You can order 50% off the regular menu or do all you can eat sushi. I opted for the premium all you can eat sushi and it was pretty good! I love the box they presented the premium items in! You gotta try them out!“
“Service was fast, friendly and very helpfull....food was also great by the way. I came on a weekend and it was very busy and had to wait but still was well worth it.“

“I really like it.. The server is really kind and takes good care of me. I wore white clothes, but they gave me an apron right away, asked me about the side dishes first, and gave me refills. Most of all, the food was so delicious. Onmyeon is the best. Oh, and I like Jisamseon, so I always eat eggplant dishes. Today, I saw that there was grilled eggplant, so I ordered it and it was so, so delicious. Today's discovery was grilled eggplant!!! (I also ate cold noodles, but eat hot noodles rather than cold noodles!! Eat hot noodles)“

“Delicious food, Always good quality. I have been going here weekly for over a year. The only thing that is frustrating, is that their closing time is not accurate with what they have it listed on google, I’ve had doordash orders go through that never came in, and i showed up to the location to be denied.. 30 minutes before listed closing time.“

“The green salad and fried shrimps lacked the taste, which sounded mediocre. However, the macaroni one and dumplings (I forgot the name) were okay, while the yakisoba was tenderly good. Even the service was excellent with a fantastic atmosphere. Loved the restaurant since it was good to visit, as I'd recommend it.“
“Great bakery tucked away in a small trip mall on Las Tunas and Mission. Although small, the baked goods are so good here. They are also very creative with their pastries. This is the only shop I can find gigantic pineapple buns. One of the bun here equals to probable 4 to 5 regular buns that you would typically find at dim sum. They can also custom made cakes from 6 inch to whatever sizes you want with various different flavors and designs. We just ordered a 6 in chestnut cake with rose flower decoration for my mom's birthday. Order was done efficiently and timely. We ordered the cake one day before and was able to pick it up by next morning. I also like their Chinese pastries. One of my favorites is their Portuguese egg tart or Pastéis de Nata as they called the Custer in Portugal. The skin is so crispy and the egg tart filling tasted so good. I just can't stop eating them. Probably I have to run a couple of miles the next day to burn off the calories. There are so many great pastries here. I just have to come back to try them all. The owner is so friendly and she is always very helpful to introduce us to new products.“

“Honestly expensive but I think it's a sharable portion size. I got Thai tea and a regular size poki bowl spent $20 but I couldn't even finish my bowl it's so much food. It all tasted delicious to me . Customer service is clearly not a top priority but you get your food quick .“

“Wow one of the strongest standing Hong Kong western restaurants in SGV! I have been to this restaurant a few times as a child and it's still going despite Great Recession and COVID pandemic! Last time I came, it brought back a lot of childhood memories and the food was still amazing! Will come back in the future!“
