“Love coming here! The staff for the most part is always friendly (ok 9 times out of 10, the staff is usually friendly). They make your sub how you tell them to make it. Oh and let me get started on the manager, I dont know his name but he is awesome! He knows how to treat his regular customers! It makes you feel good when you spend your hard earned cash in a place where they really appreciate your business!! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!!! :)“

“Walking in I can smell fresh bread, and the music is great classic songs definitely feel the vibe, employees are always kind and helpful. The restraunt is always clean when I go, from the grill to the counters to the tables. The iced tea is fresh and made with care. There always seems to be at least two employees there if not more. “Tonight (6/24/24) my mother came in to order some sandwiches for me, my husband and her, my husband can’t eat gluten so he always gets their gluten free bread when ordering, well my mom called and told me that when she asked for the GF bread the woman working started to clean off all the counters and equipment for about 15 minutes she said she scrubbed and cleaned it all including the slicer as to reduce the amount of cross contamination from the regular bread, even tho she had a small line she still took the time without being asked to do that, I wish I was there to thank her for that because no else ever at any location we have purchased from has taken the time to make sure his sandwich was ok to the best of their abilities to eat, it was extremely kind of her I don’t know her name but if that was you tonight THANK YOU! You need a raise!“

“I was amazing experience . The guys that make me sandwich his name is freed was amazing , he knows his job and make me delicious veggies patty. “Good little sandwich spot in santee I will order online and pick up usually I get the Italian sub its pretty good and you do get a really good sized sandwich for a good price the workers are always nice the restaurant always looks clean they do have a bar area with beers on tap this place is usually pretty busy so you should order online I only knock a star because 1 out of like the 10 times I went here the sandwich had barely any meat but it only happened one time all other times good sandwich“

“FYI…description for Philly cheesesteak reflects turkey sandwich on website site so I mistakenly ordered Philly but wanted the turkey. I normally wouldn’t order the Philly but it was yummy. Definitely recommend and look forward to trying the turkey next time.“

“I had the Roast Beef and Cheddar and it was really good. They forgot to turn on the TV’s and the oven, but I’m sure it’s a new store, so it’s tough to have new employees know how to do everything. The only thing that was odd was ordering. I think I’m more used to ordering like how we order at Subway. “I lived in Mission Beach yrs ago & in Old Mission was a Jersery Sub Shop & I have looked & looked all over S.D. for one that would be as good & I finally found Jersery Mikes. The first one I went to was in Merritta the other side of Temecula then when I came back to El Cajon I found the one on Broadway. haven't tried the one in Rancho S.D. yet ,I'm sure going to next time I'm over that way. So far they have been the closest to the one in Mission Beach. OK!“

“We ordered multiple sandwiches for 2 nearby events. We stopped in to order the night before each. Dominique helped us, and was a delight! So personable and helpful. She wasn't there for the first days pick up. There were a couple glitches for that pick up, the order wasn't ready, they weren't picking up the phone, then gave us a ball of napkins out of the dispenser, verses a stack we could sit next to the sandwiches and no forks to use in the vegetables we ordered on the side. BUT we still came in to order 3x the amount for the 2nd days order, and Dominique fixed all that for the 2nd day pick up. Perfect!! She made everything easy.“

“I love this Subway location! I have met a lot of very cool staff, and the food is always delicious! I once was at this location, and my brother wanted a cookie but couldn't decide. He had the idea to let the staff decide which cookie he should get, and the worker was very friendly & said that he should get the double chocolate cookie. We conversed about which was the best cookie, and it was a very fun experience. Although they don't fill up the sandwiches as much as they used to, it still tastes as delicious!Overall, I love the food; There are many different varieties of choices to put in my sandwich. The service is very chill & does exactly what I want to put in my meal. The atmosphere is very plain, but something about it matches up perfectly. Overall, I love this specific Subway location! No one comes out or says anything even though we are trying to open the locked door . have seen three other parties arrive try the door.
