“Beautiful brunch place with classics without being overwhelmingly greasy. Good service, good ambience, even the indoor seating feels like outdoor give the massive windows and open concept. Food was delicious and they have a good menu as well. Huge place so you feel like a community here, which is so rare these days.

Also no music so that was a big bonus!!“

“We narrowly missed a 45 minute wait here last week for my birthday dinner. No problems sitting at the bar - service was quick and wonderful. The sushi here is incredibly fresh and thoughtfully designed. I loved the super nova roll and the ocean roll, my partner liked the special roll. We were offered the typical (complimentary) wasabi and the fresh wasabi. My partner said the fresh is much better and worth ordering. We found the prices here to be reasonable especially considering the quality. We can't wait to go back!“

“Really great cafe with delicious Korean food. The kimchee was delicious and each dish we ordered was loved by our group of 4. The protein bowl (both chicken and beef) were LOVED. I had the kimchee soup meal and it was amazing. Staff were kind and the prices were reasonable.

By the way, at this point all of the negative reviews are from 2+ years ago and the concerns they note (few options and small portions) were not at all what we experienced. A good sized menu for a small cafe and the portions were perfect - and we were hungry. I think they adapted to the feedback. The average stars here should be much closer to 5. If there were any hesitations at all the matcha and boba were not favorites (not bad, but not at the level of the food)

“What a gem of a restaurant! We unintentionally stumbled upon Bolinas earlier this month while on vacation. When the Muir Woods closed due to the government shutdown, we pivoted, and we are so happy we did. Our party of 8, which they so accommodatingly allowed us to spilt into separate tables for 4 adults and 4 tweens, had the best time on their patio. The service was stellar and warm, the atmosphere was friendly and there wasn't a stranger to be found, and the food was even better than both those combined. The London Fog was also perfectly balanced, not too sweet with the earl grey coming through nicely. Also kudos to the baker for the perfect rings on the croissant! I have been going to Kittis for as long as I can remember and they never miss. The staff treats customers like family. The food is indescribably delicious and the portion sizes are insane! I have never found thai food that can compare. No matter what you get; Pad kee mow, Tom Ka or a lettuce cup appetizer you will enjoy an explosion of flavor! The staff consistently go above and beyond to make something delicious and special when my mom (who has numerous allergies) comes to visit. Why would you go anywhere else for Thai food? Next time you are craving Thai in the Bay Area come to KITTIS PLACE!“

I really like the New Orleans vibe at The Hummingbird. The menu includes several creole items alongside standard breakfast and lunch choices. The servers are friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food is fresh and delicious. I love their catfish po’ boy sandwich. The fried green tomato BLT is very good too. My third visit will happen next week — I’m thinking waffle & fried chicken this time . . . or maybe the fried shrimp po’ boy sandwich.“

“Today, we took the ferry to Sausalito and made our first stop at this distillery. Who knew you could do a vodka tasting in the Bay Area?

Jim was our server, and he was fantastic—not to mention easy on the eyes! He explained each vodka with great detail, which made the impromptu private experience even more enjoyable.

I especially loved the butterfly pea flower cocktail, and my favorite vodka flavors were the cucumber and the espresso—they were both excellent.

This was such a memorable experience, and I’d definitely love to return!“
