“Beautiful little winery hidden just north of Sonoma. Looks like an old castle, with beautiful grounds and tons of grapes. Small little gift shop but friendly staff, yummy food, and addicting wine chocolate fudge sauce! (If only it wasn't $30...) conner was very polite and hospitable, and gave my dog some ham. Yes they are pup friendly!! Bring your dog. We dont drink but it appeared more of a classical, fancy elegant wine tasting for the older crowds. Worth the stop!“

“This was one of the best places we ate at in the greater wine country surrounds. Pretty much everything was notably delicious, especially their chocolate dessert.
The service was good and friendly. The vibe of the place was decent enough, but their bathroom situation, being a shared bathroom outside the restaurant, leaves a lot to be desired. Sitting next to that exterior door opening and slamming shut was not great.
Would be happy to go back especially as a break from the almost too ubiquitous Italian and French options in the area.“

There were three in our party and Vikki, who provided our tastings, was very knowledgeable and friendly. “Our visit to Three Fat Guys Winery through Pushpak electric tricycle tours was absolutely lovely. The gal who guided our tasting was incredibly knowledgeable—not just about the wines themselves, but also about the vineyards, the microclimates, and the unique aspects of Sonoma that influence each vintage. It was fascinating to learn how the land and climate shape the flavors in the glass.
The experience felt intimate and personal. Tasting with someone who truly knew the wines—and clearly cared about their quality—made it feel special. We enjoyed charcuterie and snacks thoughtfully paired with the pours; the açai berry chocolates with a Pinot, in particular, brought out layers of flavor I’d never noticed before.
While the tasting itself is paid, there’s a great perk: if you purchase a higher-end bottle, you receive two tastings free. As if that weren’t enough, we had the lucky surprise of running into Tony Moll, one of the owners—like casually meeting a super chill celebrity neighbor.

“Let me start by saying this was an amazing wine experience. We visited Sonoma a few weeks ago for my birthday. This was our first tour of our stay and it likely made all the others a slight less enjoyable. Chris was phenomenal. He was so knowledgeable. We walked around the property and learned about the land, grapes, neighbors, natural agricultural techniques, and even the animals on the property. To describe this experience as enjoyable, would be an understatement. We would 100% recommend. Thanks, Chris. It was the perfect start to our week. “Rombauer allows you to reserve a table for wine by the glass or bottle, and they even welcome outside food for a picnic-style experience at their garden tables. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and make the whole experience feel extra special.
My partner and I visited on my 30th birthday. We couldn’t sit outside because of the rain, but the team set up a lovely table for me inside, complete with a big birthday balloon. Thank you for making my birthday so special!“

“This winery is absolutely beautiful! Che is absolutely the best guide. The wine and champagne we had there was amazing. This was a girls trip stop and we did the Journey of the Senses tasting in the vineyard and I definitely recommend that experience.“
“Hall Wines was an experience beyond anything that I could have imagined. When we came to wine taste at Hall, our expectations were not set. I've been too many wineries in St Helena, but I've never been to Hall. The grounds were absolutely immaculate. The winery was stunningly, beautiful. Our server Alfredo Hernandez was knowledgeable, warm, friendly, inviting, and a superb host. I love talking about wanting and asking questions as I taste and both Alfredo and Tom were both a pleasure to engage with. We enjoyed absolutely everything in our experience. We enjoyed everything so much that I decided that after July of this year, I would like to switch my wine club over to Hall from another wine club that I have in Napa. “Food is well prepared, and the staff is super helpful. As a bonus you can buy good wine at a great value, or do a wine tasting. Wednesday is especially special as they select a type of cuisine from different parts of the world. This is more like a 4.5 , but Google does not allow that.“

This winery is run by a lovely couple who know all about their wines. The wines are all organic and small batch, with a variety of different taste profiles.
They have a live music stage and run events on some weekends, the next one is on the first weekend of October 2025.
Ask about the Chapman Stick and you’ll get to see (and hear!) a new instrument of which there’s only 200 pieces worldwide“

“We are so grateful to HenHouse Brewing for their generosity in donating beer for our fundraiser to help save dogs in Contra Costa County. Their support helped make our event a huge success, and the beer itself? Absolutely phenomenal.
What makes HenHouse beer so special is how it’s made: always fresh, unfiltered, and unpasteurized. Brewed in small batches with an eye toward quality and creativity, each flavor bursts with vibrant hop character and balance. HenHouse has built a reputation for brewing with intention—showcasing the artistry of hops while keeping drinkability front and center. I agree. DELISH.
Our guests loved the lineup and I borrow this writing from online descriptions:
- Hollow Moon IPA – Bursts with tropical guava and piña colada notes from Mosaic and Sabro hops, perfectly balanced.
- Frozen Envelope IPA – A hazy, juicy treat, dripping with orange, pineapple, guava, and grapefruit. It looked like a creamsicle in a can and tasted even better.
- Big Chicken Double IPA – Bold and brimming with hops (Mosaic, Simcoe, Amarillo, and more), this is HenHouse at its hop-forward best.
Best Life Blonde Ale – Smooth, crisp, and lightly hoppy, the perfect can to crack open any time. And great graphics!
Not only were the beers a hit, but HenHouse’s generosity and community spirit shone through. They did not just donate—they partnered with us in creating a fun, memorable experience, and I'm confident they got alot of fans post-event.
Simply put, HenHouse Brewing represents the best of Northern California craft beer: inventive, community-minded, and always brewed with passion and care. Plus their graphics are so fun!

“Kunde “Wine Dog Walk” is a must for wine enthusiasts with dogs! The morning started with a meet and greet type settings at the estate with the group going. The hike then went through vineyard blocks on the estate where the fall colors and the incredible weather were breathtaking!
Kunde left no detail out at each well planned point to stop, take in the view, hear stories and history with 5th generation Jordan while enjoying wine tasting on our journey. They even had water for your pets at each stop! The hike ended with a delicious catered lunch, a final tasting and well deserved rest. The dogs were also able to “water taste” select estate water blends paired with dog treats!! Manny my golden 100% enjoyed all the treats and the 2025 bacon blend water.
