“The OG goat! Definition of hole in the wall but far from a dive. Delicious and affordable burritos. Can’t beat this combo right here. Spicy salsa and a weekly raffle to win more burritos.
Street parking and take out only but you can find plenty of spots down the block to sit and eat at. I tend to grab a burrito then a latte at Black Elephant to chill at their patio.

The Al Pastor was ON POINT. It’s rare to find authentic pastor outside of DF and this is IT. As I sat by the parking lot, getting an accidental whiff of gasoline, it was almost like being back in El Defectuoso!!! “Some of the best tacos and service (which is weird to say for a fast casual type place) I’ve had. The cochinita pibil was my personal favorite but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, they have samplers with 6 mini tacos and the first one I got was so good I went back to get another so I could try the rest. 12 mini tacos later, I am very impressed, full, and grateful for the staff seeming to take a very genuine interest in making sure we had a great time. “Dude, I’m really impressed with this little spot. The food is flavorful, fresh, and not greasy, and the gentlemen working here are kind Sinaloenses who are easy to talk to. Authentic Mexican food without the fluff. The tacos are fairly priced and GOOD, the gringa is insane if that’s your thing.

If you’re looking for something a bit lighter, I highly recommend the bowl. The flavors are spot on, the portions are generous (easily enough for two meals), and it’s hearty without being heavy.

“I got here by chance on a Saturday night, the parking lot was full and the line was long, so I assumed it was good. I am not lying when I tell you that these are probably the BEST TACOS I’ve ever had in my life. If you want to have the real street food experience in LA, this is absolutely it.
