Friday and Saturday nights the parking can be very challenging. Once seated service was quick. But here is how it works. You order your broth selection an some premium proteins online. The rest is pretty much self service from the various refrigerators. Seafood, beef tendon, beef with cilantro, gizzards, plenty of mushrooms, and veggies. You select what you want and take it back to your table and immerse in the broth. Feels very cafe style which I just enjoyed. Totally a find. I will be back.“

We ordered the soondae guk and the galbi tang. The galbi was rich and flavorful. The highlight of the meal was the soondae (blood sausage). The texture was different, filled with a mixture of pork blood and noodles.

“This is my favorite spot to go to! The food is spectacular and the staff is always helpful and efficient! It gets pretty busy so we usually make a reservation to avoid waiting too long. There are 2 areas for dining and a bar area. The food is consistently good every time and they keep checking on drinks for refills. The hot tea is always good too. My favorites are the won ton soup, egg fried rice and the sweet and sour chicken. It gets a little loud sometimes because it gets really busy but it's not too hard to hear each other talk“

“This is a soondubu (spicy silky soft tofu soup) restaurant like BCD chain. You can order combo menu with a meat or fish entree with a version of soondubu soup. You can select the spicy level and toppings for the soup. I thought the soup is really good but the meat dishes except for the LA rib were too sweet. Ban Chan (side dishes) were just average. For Diamond Bar I think this outlet is fine. There is plenty of parking in the shopping mall lot.

“Had a quick early lunch here on a Tuesday, around 11am. No wait, tables were available. Ordered Pho Bac XL plus added tendons, and an Iced Coffee. Food came really fast. My bowl of Pho Bac came out piping hot, which is good. Extra tendons came in a separate bowl. The amount of food that came in XL size is more than adequate, I’m quite satisfied. The broth was just right, not too salty. The Iced Coffee complemented the meal well. Seating here tends to be on the tighter side. I was in and out within 35 minutes.“

“I wanted to provide some feedback on my recent dining experience at your establishment.

The food that was served was delicious and definitely exceeded my expectations. However, I must express some concerns about the service that we received. The host assigned to our table did not check up on our needs as often as I had hoped for. I found myself continually having to ask for assistance and even had to raise my voice to get the attention of another hostess.

Moreover, the silverware provided was not clean, and the napkins given with the silverware were also not up to par. I believe that cleanliness should be a top priority in any dining establishment.“

“Today at M’s kitchen, I went with the chef’s suggestion of “cold noodles” (which is the meat sauce noodle with soy bean paste, ask for cold noodles). The pronunciation sounds like Tsa Chang lian mein, and while my mandarin is terrible the food was thankfully not. The cold noodles, cucumbers, and pork sauce hit the spot in this warm California afternoon and i couldn’t be more satisfied with both the taste and my full stomach. 10/10 Would eat again. —Recommendations— For those who want a comforting dinning experience, Treat yourself to these delicious dishes: -general tso’s chicken -spicy diced chicken -green onion pancakes -braised string beans -house special beef -braised shrimp -cold meat sauce noodle with soy bean paste —Finger foods for your office/party— For those looking to feed your office finger foods ask for a party tray (I’d get the last 3 since they are more likely “known” by the people you are feeding): -spicy diced chicken -xiao long bao -pan fried dumplings -spring rolls -green onion pancakes When in doubt, do not be afraid to ask Monica the owner for suggestions. “Still a place to go for all the occasional. Just landed from out of country trip and this is the 1st place to go for comfort food. It was raining so perfect to have some hot pho and VNese coffee and Thai tea and orange juice. The place is packed and we waited for 15mins and got a shared table with another group. Easy order with friendly service but waited abit (understandable since it packed) but within 20mins we got our foods. The prices are still the same but I think the noodle is less than b4, I could be wrong but either way, it hit all the right spots in the body. The spring rolls were a bit of a disappointment as it was 90% garden salad mix straight out of the bag. 2 out of 3 of the spring rolls split open due to the over crowding of the salad. If the salad was tossed in a light sauce/vinegar, it would liven up the spring rolls so much.“
