“The team who works here is amazing. The beer has depth and character and the Hazy's.... OMG! Top notch! It is a San Diego must see/taste brewery. One thing that stands out as well is that the have sours but not traditional ones. They are not sour at all, more like a fruit drink. I can now bring my non beer loving friends with me and enjoy. There are two other breweries attached to this one as well. Three breweries who all have specialties so whatever type of beer you like you will find it it.“
“Exceptional beers! With a wide variety of styles. Their west coast IPA and saison are my favorite. The staffs are very friendly. Stepped in 30 mins before the closing time but still got great service. Highly recommend!“
“The new location in Normal Heights. It's a must visit. The taps are clean and pouring the same brew as the convoy location. Its a fun and inviting environment. And if you need a little food, Bulldog's pizza will be coming... but you can also order from the restaurants right around and they will deliver to you at Hopnonymous.

It ended up being such a wild, weird experience we’ll never forget. but the beer was on point and the two guys there were super chill. We’ll definitely come back here on our travels.“

“Hands down my favorite craft beer and brewery in San Diego. AleSmith is not far from the extremely crowded Ballast Point brewery and is superior in every way, from the beer to the service. And not nearly as crowded. If you can visit only one brewery in San Diego, make it this one.“
“We had our wedding reception upstairs at Mission Brewery and it was the best decision ever. The manager Eric went above and beyond for us and made something so easy. Our bartender, I believe his name was George was so so great and also made our night to remember. Parking is nearby, close to many hotels, lots of space, and great beers. Highly recommend booking all of your events at Mission Brewery.“
“Societe Brewing Company has a nice central location in Kearny Mesa just off of Clairmont Mesa Blvd with a traffic light so relatively easy to get in and out of. Lots of tables both inside and outside and great to meet up with friends for a quick drink. Now the place is extremely loud with terrible acoustics so if the place is relatively full you have to yell to hear people right next to you. Also, under the Marine Core Air Base so lots of noise from the jets. I would not recommend any business events or groups except just friends that don't mind hanging out. Having Chacho’s food truck right next to the brewery is fantastic as you can get quick eats while drinking beer.“
“We booked the back patio area for a wedding event and had about ~90 guests over the course of 3 hours.
We highly, highly recommend Knotty Brewing for an event. The staff was *extremely* kind and attentive, the space was perfect in size and decor, the food and beverage selection was great! We made use of the outdoor TVs for sports, the cornhole section, and the private bar made it very easy to order.

“I've had most of the menu and have loved every beer I've tried here. Today was overcast and cold, perfect weather for a stout. The Gambino didn't disappoint. It is well balanced and smooth. The Coco Ono a Pina colada hazy IPA. Also an awesome choice tith the pineapple nicely complementing the hops and the coconut being present but not overwhelming. Definitely stop by and have a taste“

It has a rustic interior, friendly staff, and an impressive list of craft beers — both local and international. The bartender was super knowledgeable and let me sample a few before I picked my favorite. They also had board games available, which made the night even more fun. “A really solid brewery that delivers on what matters most — good beer. The selection is broad enough that pretty much anyone who enjoys beer can find a flavor that fits their taste, whether you’re into something light and crisp or bold and hoppy. Everything felt well-crafted and balanced.
The food was a pleasant surprise too. It’s definitely more on the upscale bar food side — elevated takes on classics, quality ingredients, and well-executed dishes that go perfectly with the beer.
Overall, a great spot to grab drinks, enjoy solid food, and spend a relaxed evening.“

“So I was not convinced this was an actual place upon first look at the reviews, but indeed it is and a nice place at that. It's small but cozy, with parking nearby. Located in the UCSD grad housing, you're guaranteed interesting people and the bartender is a lively welcoming person. Well curated selection of beverages and trivia on Wednesdays.“
