“As you walk in birds chirp to welcome you in. I ordered the carne en su jugo, it was delicious. Born in Jalisco, and eating this dish at homemade, it definitely hits home! I also tried the red pork pozole and was ok for my standards,but for my American friend it was a 10. The bigest disappointment was the Tamale de Rajas ( cheese with jalapeño slices) it had no cheese, but had tomato, onion and jalapeño. I would not recommend it. Service was excellent, very clean establishment. Only recommendation is to offer a desert, like churro, flan or arroz con Leche. I would come back, I would like to try the albóndigas next time.“

“I really like this place the food is authentic ambience is great and the people here are super friendly. They offer samples they have desserts and Traditional Indian drinks. I already tried them three times in last 15 days they’re always spot on so I highly recommend anybody who wants to try Indian food“

“My second time here with my son. Great music, plenty of seating. The food is great. Variety of options on the menu. The carna asada tacos were delicious. They give you red and green sauce for the tacos. The sodas came in a tall plastic cup. Plenty of soda. There are no trash cans, after you eat they clean up the table.“

“Food was so good we ate here on our 7 day vacation in California, we drove to San Diego and drove back just to get more. 10/10 will return back when I come California again inshallah. The grill tomato with onion is so good and the meat cooked very good. Great service too, very kind staff.

Only downside is the outdated seats and tables

“Place was clean and food was really good but service was horrible! Other reviews said the same. They had my son waiting a while for a drink refill until I went to get it myself. After eating our meals, I went to get a drink refill and they just ignored me and had me wait a while as well. 2 ladies didn't acknowledge me or the gentleman serving.Even a customer stated that it wasn't kool to have me wait a while for a refill. If you advertise free refills, then give it! You need to improve your service if you want regular or new customers ! Edit: since my last review, they placed the drink dispenser out in the open. Now you don't have to wait for a refill. Good job guys!“

Service is always great, but I’m really disappointed they removed some of the best vegetarian options. The jackfruit tacos and Buffalo cauliflower (especially the Tuesday cauliflower tacos!) were amazing. The new avocado taco just isn’t the same. It’s not about price—it’s about keeping great veggie choices that regulars loved. Please bring them back!!“

“I came here for lunch and I really enjoyed it. It was really good. I’m telling you right now get the beef platter. Mix with the chicken teriyaki comes a little side salad and rice. That was really really good. I love the little fried chicken and they also had edamame‘s. The sushi is really delicious because I like that it’s not overly full of rice. It’s a nice thin layer. It’s more sashimi piece. This is definitely a must check out. It is a small spot so the seats can be filled out pretty quickly, but they do work very fast. And very friendly.“

“If you're in need of getting your Korean food fix at home, Oh Mama Kitchen is your place to go for that need. Since we were in the area, friend and I stopped by to grab some food to enjoy later.

Decent amount of parking in the lot. We easily found a spot and stopped by around 2 pm. They constantly stock their shelves and fridge so we weren't concerned about missing out on an item we wanted. Plenty of side dishes, main entrees, desserts, and drinks to choose from!

I picked up their steak bulgogi kimbap ($10), large japchae ($10), and some mochi ($7.50). I had initially wanted their non-spicy fish cake but they only had the small container ($8) of the non-spicy and the large container only had the spicy fish cake ($10) so I skipped out on that. I also appreciated that the person ringing up my order asked if I was going to eat the japchae that same day, as I had picked up the refrigerated box that's already cool and good for heating up later and not the container that was freshly made and still warm.

The inside isn't too big and if there are a lot of customers inside, it may feel a bit cramped. Luckily, most people know what they want, so the line to check out isn't long. Make sure to grab a basket so you're not juggling all the items in your arms!“

“I have been coming here for years. The food is amazing and they are the nicest people. It's always fresh and the staff goes out of their way to serve you. Very hospitable, always welcoming and are super quick. I make sure to stop by when I get back in town, first thing, for their Chorizo & eggs. I am not sure why I never paid attention as I have driven by this place for at least 24 years. Now that I have tried it , I can't have enough of it. They have the best fried Mojarra, and they have the superlatively delicious cucaracha shrimp. Their shrimp dishes are out of this world. Their prices are also moderate for seafood. Stop wasting your time when looking for some good Mexican seafood restaurants. This is it. Don't make the mistake I made. You can thank me later.“

“The Heritage Café serves Starbucks coffee making it the least desirable coffee option on campus in my opinion. Coffee aside, this is a very popular location on campus and is usually pretty busy. The indoor seating is rarely available but there is plenty of outdoor seating. The café was incorporated into what used to be the Biola Heritage museum and therefore there are many historical items and photos on display.“

They bring out free chips and salsa, and the portions for the meals are huge, so you definitely get your money’s worth. It feels like a very family-oriented restaurant, and the interior design gives it a warm, welcoming vibe.

“So this place was a random stop in for some lunch on a Saturday early afternoon about 11:30 am. It wasn’t crowded but really clean place. The parking is pretty small with some 15 minute limit right in front. We ordered the chicken plate that came with 2 chicken kabobs with rice or fries, tomatoes, onions and a side salad for about $17. We asked to split the order and Angel, the staff member, was kind and friendly to accommodate us. The food was delicious and enough for each of us. We also got the strawberry, pomegranate and dragon fruit drink which was nice and fresh. There was not wait ordering and we received our food almost immediately. We then decided to try the Dubi chocolate yogurt dessert which was so tasty 😋. This is definitely a place we’ll be revisiting!!“
