“Came for lunch with my gran about a month after my grandfather passed. It was my gran's first outing since the funeral and i was worried but our server was this adorable silver haired woman named Rebecca. She had my Gran laughing the whole time. We ordered combos and the suggested jalapeño watermelon margaritas, which were spicy and refreshing. We needed a nap afterwards because we were too stuffed! The afternoon started perfectly with the hostess who kindly and efficiently fulfilled our request for a round table by the window. It was exactly what we wanted and set a great tone for the meal.
However, the real highlight of the night was our server, Melissa. She was absolutely exceptional! Melissa was incredibly friendly, polite, and courteous, and she made my entire family feel right at home from the moment we sat down.
Melissa took care of us every step of the way. She was wonderfully attentive, constantly checking in to ask if we needed anything else. Our drink glasses were never empty, and she was quick to refill our sauces without us even having to ask.
And of course, the food was wonderful as well! Everything was delicious and served piping hot.
It had been a while since my family and I had dined at P.F. Chang's, but this experience guarantees our return. Thank you, Melissa! You are truly an asset to your organization.“

“Appetizers and salad and bread was very good. The main dishes need to be improved. Scallops were barely acceptable and there were only three scallops, but more importantly the sauce was only so-so and the vegetables were not special. The lamb was also barely acceptable.“

“Went to Cozy Pine for date night and we enjoyed it. Really feels like you are in a different place, inside a restaurant. Decor, cocktails and food were all great. Definitively worth stopping in.
Food is mostly “snacky” compared to Bacchus outside. We did not have a reservation and we’re still able to get seated, likely because we arrived early in the evening.“

However, the taste more than made up for it! It wasn’t overly sweet, and the strawberry filling with whipped cream frosting was absolutely delicious. We had the Turkey Dinner, which included mashed potatoes & gravy, macaroni & cheese, stuffing, Brussels sprouts, and Pumpkin cheesecake, all of which was delicious, and only $29.99 per person. The service was great. The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Management even came by to check on our table. We will definitely be back!“

“Staff is normally friendly. Food is good. Drinks are good. ......Today was not a good day for them. The lady inside decided she needed to yell at someone and decided to yell at my wife. There is a 3 person minimum in the Store, which I understand. We both went inside and there were two people in there. They lady decided that the best customer service approach was to Yell rudely at my wife "THERE ARE ONLY 3 PEOPLE ALLOWED AT A TIME, YOU NEED TO GET OUT.". .....We both went out and we came back in and while checking out, I told the lady she was very rude to my wife. She decided again the best Customer Service approach was to argue and yell at me " THERE ARE ONLY 3 PEOPLE ALLOWED AT A TIME." This one BAD BOBA won't deter us from coming back, because we have always had good experiences there. She just needs to be called out on this. I am pretty sure she is the supervisor for the morning.“
