“This is a sweet and small shop! The workers were nice, helpful, and greeted me when I came in. I stopped by on a late evening and it was not busy at all. I got my order within 5 minutes or so. Drink-- strawberry horchata- I thought this was pretty good! It wasn't too sweet and you could definitely taste the strawberry. The horchata was apparent, but it was more subtle than I what I wanted. The boba was also okay, but I could do without it next time. - ube horchata- I didn't think I could taste the ube much in this one. Other than that, the drink was good and not too sweet!Coming back to try some other drinks!“

They were prepared quickly and both tasted great. The boba was the most flavorful, but okay. The restroom was out of service at the time we visited. Definitely will try it again when in the area.“
“Be ware of the portion. We ordered 2 pot and each pot can feed us for 2 extra meals. The soup has a lot of meat and vegies. When we to go our left over, we asked for more broth and it was perfect to eat with our rice or noodles at home. Their sauces were special made and they are uniquely delicious. “I love Teaspoon boba—they easily have the best honey boba around, and such delicious drinks. I visit regularly. However, today’s visit was a major bummer. My husband had never been and he ordered the honeycomb banana milk latte. We used the touch screen in the shop to order, he ordered the drink as normal and added honey boba. When he received his drink, however, it had no honeycomb, which he mentioned to the man working. The man said “oh it’s not included anymore, it’s $1 extra.” We were very confused by this and my husband was quiet upset and disappointed. It feels like false advertising. Honeycomb is literally in the name ??♀️ Will likely choose other boba shops over this one that have better service and clearer descriptions of drinks without being shady about it.“
“Look at that fresh, PACKED & beautiful rainbow Chirashi plate . This new addition to Alameda is a must try. There’s Ramen, sushi, bento and boba here, something for everyone! The fish was fresh, they do not skimp on portions. The prices are stellar too. The ambiance is modern with beautiful Japanese touches and a tasteful art piece of the Golden Gate Bridge that somehow all fit together perfectly. Happy to see large parties, couples on a date (seemingly) and then a family came in with a small toddler, the waitress doesn’t skip a beat and brought out a night chair for the little (whom happily ate everything the parents fed her. They shared the same Donburi plate I did plus another roll.) What a great restaurant, I can’t wait to go back. There were so many other sushi choices on Park street, I’m glad I tried this one today. “The boba drinks are delicious but we love the mango bingsoo from here even more. It's very comparable to the ones we've had in North Shore, Oahu. The snow ice is perfectly soft and doesn't melt quickly. The mangoes are super sweet. We appreciate the evaporated milk on the side and the extra mangoes and ice cream at the bottom of the bowl. Order using a kiosk inside. Staff is very friendly and costumer service oriented. The place is clean and perfect temperature regardless of the weather outside.“
“I NEED to stop by this place every time I am in downtown Walnut Creek. ' If you love popcorn, this is a must stop on your East Bay adventure. There location has a boba tea section and a popcorn section; with this review only being around the popcorn section. Flavors: There are a multitude of flavors, like movie theater, kettle corn, double cheddar and chicago mix. Beyond that, there are specialty flavors that include Ube Caramel, Matcha, and Chocolate (note that these three flavors are more expensive. I have tried the Ube Caramel, Matcha, and Chicago mix; with a Chocolate popcorn just waiting for me to open. Based on what I have had, every flavor has been a 5/5 and the Chicago Mix is my personal favorite. Overall: I cannot recommend this pace enough and you need to get yourself here ASAP.“

“Delicious spot nestled in a small plaza! I opted for the medium poke which included about 3 scoops of protein for $13.95 and was quite impressed. Also liked that they had tofu and octopus as an option as I find that those aren't always common. As for my order, I got salmon, albacore. and octopus but added mango, edamame and jalapeño peppers to it as well. Sauce was the Spicy Poke Sauce and a hint of Sweet Chili. Everything tasted fresh and I loved that it came in a box because I felt like it made the portion size feel that much bigger lol. It actually did fill me up as well though so that was good. Few things to note: - Lots of free parking all around - They have about 6-10 tables in the restaurant so you're definitely able to come with a group or 3-4 people - Service is fast and efficient“

“Third time eating here so thought I dropped a review. Banh mi sandwich es we're flavorful with the right balance of sauce and veggies. My son and I really enjoyed the chicken and grilled pork. We've ordered one of each per visit. I like how simple it is to place the order via the kiosk, especially to go. Last night we decided to dine in. I had the grilled pork with egg roll vermicelli dish and I appreciated the fresh veggies. The fat was nicely charred. My son had the grilled pork rice dish and a grilled pork banh mi (he was famished from band rehearsal:-)). The ambiance is nothing spectecular; just another standard Vietnamese restaurant. “If you haven't been to this location before, be warned that there isn't a ton of street parking directly next to the store, but there is a parking garage within walking distance that has 1 hour free parking! The interior isn't huge, but you can definitely go in to sit down with a couple of friends! We only came for the drinks (D3 & B2). The service was quick as well. I generally try to go by the rule that if you've never had a drink before at a new place, you should always get 100% to try the drink how it was intended to be made. That being said, we got the B2 with green milk tea & 80% sweetness but didn't really feel like the flavor was super strong... I definitely feel like I should have gotten a 100%! There was A TON of boba in there, which was half appreciated but also it was so difficult to try the drink on its own! We also got the D3 with 100%( Milk with Caramel, Boba + Pudding). The caramel definitely makes this feel like it's 200% sweetness, so you could totally tone down the sweetness for this drink. Other than that, the boba was nice and chewy, a little smaller than usual though!“

“Consistency is key when it comes to boba and Big Bang is consistent! Their boba is always cooked perfectly, soft almost melt in your mouth boba but with a slight chew. Brown sugar boba flavor is spot on, without being overly sweet, IMO. I've tried a variety of their drinks, both milk bobas and fruit teas. I like their matcha lattes varieties too, the mango matcha is my fav. Tried the piña colada but that one I didn't care for because drink flavor was a bit lacking but boba was great! Overall a solid spot for boba lovers.“

The plaza is located in a residential area and it was lowkey deep lol. There are is a good amount of seating and two kiosks you can order from. There are more croffle options on the kiosk than advertised on their menu. We ordered ube cream croffles, creme brûlée croffles, and a Biscoff croffle. I honestly thought it was going to be mid lol. But it was actually really good! I got the creme brûlée croffle and the custard was torched perfectly with sugar. You get the crunch from the croffle itself with every bite and the toasty brûléed custard on top. My sister says that the croffle itself is very good. Everyone else liked their croffles and we would definitely return back to try their other flavors! They also offer Korean hot dogs, bingsoo, and other snacks!“

This area is pretty busy most weekends and weeknights, so parking is hit or miss - it is mostly street parking or you can park in the parking garage nearby, but you have to walk a couple of blocks over. I wished that they did not close down their other location in Newark - it was more convenient for me to go there because there was parking. There is much of a welcome or any service, but it is a boba shop, so no high expectations - plus, my drink always comes out decently quickly and it is fairly good, so no major complaints.They are usually pretty good at answering the phone for orders, but on this particular visit, they did not, so I had to order inside when I arrived. No worries though because there were only 2 other customers in the store and they already had gotten their drink, so I ordered and got my drink pretty quick. I ordered my usual - the jasmine green milk tea with boba. It has a good cream/milk to tea ratio like always with a good sweetness to it. They serve golden boba as their boba, which is not the best, but it is decent - it is not my choice of boba compared to the other shops though. “Ordered a hot Hong Kong style milk tea on the kiosk and I couldn't make any adjustments. Had to ask about it and she was able to cut my sweetness in half. Thank goodness she did because it ended up being perfect. We also ordered a watermelon drink with Boba and that was good. Also ordered a Vietnamese coffee that was already less sweet but note that their drinks are very sweet so we probably could've cut down the sugar to 25% and it would've been fine. The medium size drink is already really large. I can't imagine what the large drink size is. Cute place and nice ambiance... they had a few video games to play as well as a chessboard. Their order kiosks need a bit of an upgrade because several of their items don't have pictures and don't allow for customizations.“
