“The rooftop restaurant and bar is located in the heart of Laguna Beach and is in a complex with a few other establishments including a lounge with live music. The rooftop restaurant has incredible ocean views and a fresh vibrant menu with seafood, salads, and some amazing burgers with 10 oz. of kobe!! Now we are healthy disciplined so we passed on the fantastic looking burger and opted for the ceviche, portobello stack, and seafood salad. The ceviche was delicious and extremely fresh, shrimp was great quality and clean flavor. The portobello stack was a beautiful dish and tasted equally great. The seafood salad was loaded with delicious scallops and shrimp as well as lobster and some grilled veg. Overall the service was excellent with plenty of staff making sure everything was to our liking and giving solid recommendations. Even the small things like extremely clean restrooms and professional responsive valet staff were very much appreciated. Overall experience was a top notch lunch with great quality food and service at a very fair price.. it feels like they threw in the beautiful ocean view for free just for us!“

“Had dinner again with our favorite server, Eleasha. She never skips a beat. She’s always smiling and keeps us on our toes laughing. Love coming to see her when we are in town. Sirloin was great tonight. But we don’t come for the food. ❤️❤️“

“The Eddie V's Newport Beach location is by far our favorite restaurant. We have always enjoyed our dining experiences here for many years. We are beyond sad to hear that this location is closing over the lease renewal with The Irvine Co. We hope that both parties can work this out. It would be a terrible loss if Eddie V's Newport Beach closes.“

“Hi. I was there for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I had fish with shrimp (creole on top) . I sat in the bar & the waitress was nice but I asked her if the entry was spicy & she reassured me it was not spicy. Well, it DID have a big kick to it & I could only eat about 1/3 of it because of that. She never came back soon after she served it to ask me how it was or I would have told her it WAS spicy. Your caesar salad was DELICIOUS & I highly recommend it. And your cheesecake with raspberry topping was good too. Had a glass of wine also. Sorry but I won't be back because the entry I ordered was spicy & told it wasn't . That was disappointing.“

“I used to be a skeptic about those chain steak houses, believing they were overpriced and couldn’t cook steaks to perfection. However, I was pleasantly surprised this time. Every dish was delicious, and the steaks were cooked to perfection. The smoked ones were particularly delightful. The service was excellent, and we had a great time overall.“

“I visited Yard House on a Thursday night, which wasn't too busy, but still kinda hyped. I was greeted by the host and sat at the Bar. The drinks were so good. I tried the Lavender lemon drop Martini, and it was amazing. The host recommended their whiskey glazed salmon, and it was absolutely delicious. All the staff were super friendly and I had a great experience at this location.“

“My wife and I won a gift certificate to this restaurant a few months ago, and decided recently to use it. WOW! We were stunned that we had never heard of this place before, especially given how frequently we eat out. We were so impressed by the cocktails and food that we have gone back 3 times in the last month. The whisk(e)y selection is world class and the creativity of Leo the bartender is definitely to be experienced! The service is polite, accommodating, and friendly. We are big fans of Alley (spelled phonetically). She is sunshine in a pretty package! If you like creative food or just a plain steak, this is The Place to eat! Enjoy!“

“What a fantastic dining experience this evening at The Bungalow in Corona Del Mar. The hostesses were very friendly and professional as was the Valet attendant. We were seated at a lovely booth in the dining room. Derrick was our server extraordinare. What an amazing person, professional and kind. We started with drinks and my wife had her favorite, Don Julio Blanco with Topo Chico and three limes muddled with mint and I had bottled water and a soft drink. We both started with salads and my wife had the Cesar salad and I had the wedge. Both salads were presented well and very tasty. Oscar, another fine individual came by and brought us fresh bread and also attended to our table. We so enjoyed the evening with great conversation and fantastic food. Derrick took our entree order as well and my wife had the seabass entree, butterfield and I had the filet mignon entree with melted blue cheese and a side of sautéed spinach. The meals came out beautifully prepared and presented and the taste of both meals were excellent. I finished with an Americano and some additional conversation and then Kevin, one of the managers, stopped by to thank us for coming in while asking how everything was. We thanked Kevin and praised the staff, food and overall experience. Highly recommended ?“

“I love this place! I don't eat red meat too often so when I do eat I want to make sure it is good. This place never disappointed me.
1. Space: From bar to dining area (even bathroom) this restaurant is always clean!! When you pull your chair out no surprises (piece of food from previous customer).
Silverware, plates, and linens --always perfect. I hate restaurants with dirty silverware and glassware!
2. Food: I usually order filet mignon or filet mignon with lobster tail. I like my stake
medium-rare. They never dropped the ball on cooking my stake. Their side is always tasty too. I order asparagus or sometimes crab cakes.
3. Service: If you go to the
restaurant this level you do expect them to have good attitude and service. Servers are all people too and probably do have a bad day--but they never dropped the ball for me. Always friendly, quick to get what customers want and need, professional in every way.“

“The food? IMPECCABLE. I went with a large group of friends and we decided to try just about everything, sharing around the table. Yum! Best. Idea. Ever. The Ambiance was just as we had hoped - ideal for us to comfortably hang out and yap a bit. It was a perfectly fun and inviting atmosphere. The service? AMAZING. We had Mikey as our server. He was so fun, so attentive, so friendly. You'd think he was just one of our group. He made us feel welcome and watched over. I can't wait to come back to Salt Creek! And, Yes! We are asking for Mikey! So should you!“
